"Visited Coda on Saturday night and the restaurant was about 80% capacity but despite this, service was very quick, we were greeted and seated by Adam and served menus and drink orders were taken without delay"
"My girlfriend is a fan of the first dates show so we decided to come for the experience"
"I've eaten here several times before shows in the 3"
"Had delicious 3 course meal, beautifully presented, along with fab cocktails (alcohol and alcohol-free) on Saturday night before Our Planet in 3 Arena"
"Ordered the Sicilian pizza which was actually a Margherita topped with cold meat and cold cheese! Then asked for the Chicken Supreme which was lukewarm"
Visited Coda on Saturday night and the restaurant was about 80% capacity but despite this, service was very quick, we were greeted and seated by Adam and served menus and drink orders were taken without delay. Food was excellent and the service was spot on, was hard to fault to be honest, will definitely be back again, many thanks
My girlfriend is a fan of the first dates show so we decided to come for the experience. Sadly it didn't live up to the expectations. Food was ok but nothing special, while we were waiting for desert they took whatever water and wine we had left wich we found quite odd. It's a good place but probably we were expecting a bit more
I've eaten here several times before shows in the 3. The food is always delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and professional. I think a lot of people are disappointed the place doesn't look like it does on First Dates but that shouldn't take from your evening.
Had delicious 3 course meal, beautifully presented, along with fab cocktails (alcohol and alcohol-free) on Saturday night before Our Planet in 3 Arena. Great service despite busyness and lovely staff. No pressure to move on (we were 30 minutes early for our table). Will be back again More
Ordered the Sicilian pizza which was actually a Margherita topped with cold meat and cold cheese! Then asked for the Chicken Supreme which was lukewarm. No offer to take something off the bill. €27.50 for the trouble (incl fries). Gordon Ramsay would have pulled his blonde hair off.
Sorry i didn't read the reviews first, in a nutshell, the food was ok, but the service was absolutley abysmal, could'nt get anyones attention to order desserts and more drinks, there was several staff sitting around talking, one on a phone,
I had some delicious food but as I exited the bathroom, I was accosted by a man dressed in a bear costume. It wasn't Halloween and I don't think he was a real bear either, as he could use his thumbs quite well. The service was poor because
Its not so much that the food is bad, as it is overly expensive. 2 courses was €30, and for that, I'd expect better. I got a burger and chips; the chips were under cooked, the burger was ok, but nowhere near worth the price. The dessert (a
I've been a customer of the Gibson for over 4 years now and the current level of service deterioration and degradation at the Coda Eatery bar is alarming: waiters always new that never get to know the business; waiters that are not looking
I have never left a bad review before but this was one of the most disappointing meals I’ve had in a very long time. Starter was bland but our main was the real issue as our vegetables were bruised and wilted which was really off putting.
We booked the restaurant not only because of handiness staying in the Gibson but also having seen the TV programme First Dates. But yet it bears little resemblance to the show. Food was grand and hot, perhaps delivered a bit too quickly
Lovely hotel, we’ve stayed a few times and eaten in the restaurant before with no issues. Six of us dined on Saturday night but to be honest it had faults this time round. No sides arrived with our meal and actually wasn’t sure we were
An excellent meal. Quite impressed with the unexpected standard to the food and service here. The presentation is good but the service and the inclinations to cuisine and flavours to the food are superb. Had a 3 course meal. All
Nice value Asian style food. Can get cinema deal on nights where nothing on in 3 arena ONLY. Nice views, good value and big screen for matches if you just want a drink. Only do brunch one day of weekend which is a pity
Freezing cold Baltic restaurant. The manager was wearing shirt and woollen polo neck jumper and jacket. It was so cold we could not stay any longer so no dessert or coffee. A real disappointment
Sandwich with ONE thin slice of beef?? Got stuck eating in this hotel restaurant, really regretted it. Overpriced bad food and poor, inattentive service. Hotel is nice, restaurant is not.
Busy Restaurant inside the Gibson hotel, modern, spacious, excellent quality-price, has a terrace, smoking area, good design, pleasant atmosphere, highly recommended!!!
Lots of interesting stuff on menu, but not very well done, food uninteresting, mediocre taste, especially for the prices.
Relatively expensive (expensive) but good cuisine with filling portions and friendly service, ambience is rather so-so
Food was great, staff were really friendly, place was well maintained and organized. Balcony area is a charm. More
Had the rib of Hereford Beef. €29.50 served on a cold plate after a long wait. Two thumbs down
A lovely restaurant, great atmosphere and attentive staff. Our meal was delicious, accompanied by great wine.
Food wasn't great, I'd say below standard. Table beside us also complained re portion sizes.
Hot fresh food despite mediocre reviews. Had the vegan curry & spinach tortellini. Tasty.
Grossly overpriced, food is disappointingly bland. Staff are very friendly.
Very disappointing meal. The food was a massive letdown.
