Reajean Sly was an absolutely incredible real estate agent. Our family was buying a home in Portland from out of town, and she made that process achievable even in this insane market. This was only possible because Raejean made herself available on our schedule and was always organized and prepared to maximize every minute that we had together. Further, Reajean stuck to her principled approach to representing buyers and insisted that we don't take unmitigated risks like waiving inspections in an attempt to be competitive. This counsel paid off in a big way when the inspection on our dream house came back with an undecommissioned cesspool and underground oil tank. Because of Reajean's tactful negotiation with the selling agent, we were able to navigate those issues, and the seller ultimately picked up close to $50,000 in repairs below to closing. Our family has a home that we are extremely proud of, in a great neighborhood and at a fair price. We wouldn't even consider working with another agent in the future! 10/10
