If I could give him 10 stars I would. My 2 sons and my nephew have used Casey for years on past situations. The latest of my oldest sons case I thought he was surely going to do some time facing several serious charges and having prior background history. How many attorneys can get you off on a 2nd DWI, 3 felony terroristic threats to a public servant, as well as an assault to family member charge all facing at the same time. Casey worked hard on his case and worked negotiations with the DA and got him off on probation. Hands down the best defense attorney in Fort Worth! Casey walked me thru every step, was very precise and detailed in explaining what was going to take place and how he would do things. I was looking at state jail felony for theft, took my case for $2500 which was more than reasonable, he explained a few things for me to do before the court date to help with the case(some community service hours and a couple theft classes), he has a long respected, upstanding relationship with the DA’s and court officials and staff which I believe is why he was able to get my charge reduced to Class A misdemeanor 1 year deferred probation, truly the best call you can make for your defense and future is right here. Casey was my partners attorney for a DWI case and I’m not going to say I’m impressed I always had to call for any information great salesman that’s for sure consultation made you think he has so many options for you no just a sales pitch. I don’t think he really fights for you he make sure you do what he needs you to do so you fit into his mold takes money and gives everybody the same outcome if you have a DWI he will get you probation no matter if your below the limit or not coincidentally another client of his got similar outcome as my partner and if he had a different lawyer probably could have probably got a better outcome in my opinion. If your pinching pennies and don’t want a fuss he’s your guy but if you want to pay a little more and have someone who puts the money where the mouth is not your guy.

He was my court appointed and he didn't do anything extra to help me out. He did wutever they offered to me and that was it. This lawyer didn't try to fight anything he just did wutever the district attorney told him to do. I was told to take a class didn't matter which one so I took 8 hour class and when I went back to court the district attorney said I needed to complete the 16 hour class. And instead of trying to say the client has completed his part of what was asked of him he just said ok I'll tell him to do another 8 hour class. Wouldn’t recommend him at all, He didn’t fail to embarrass my girlfriend and himself in court by being over 2 hours late to the first hearing and over an 1 1/2hrs late to the second.
