Doctor Robert Cole is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. No one ever answers the phone in the office, it constantly goes to the voicemail that you can't leave a message on. I'm currently trying to figure out medications and my current one is not working for. I have been trying to get a hold of him for a week now, calling dozens of times a day and not once have I been able to connect. Today, I tried to simply go to the office in person, only to find they seemingly closed early? It's only 3:20pm, he should not be closed already. This has been incredibly frustrating and I will be seeking a new family doctor ASAP. I need a doctor I can actually talk to. This is ridiculous.

Dr. Cole has been a remarkable doctor. He takes his time and listens and gives you a full hour if you need it. He ask questions you would not even think to volunteer. He truly cares about his patients. He can handle the truth regardless of your situation and doesn't show anger and emotion like some bad apple doctors. He is intuitive and has always steered me in the right direction. So glad I changed to him. The only reason I am giving four stars is there have been a few administration slip ups but nothing overly huge and nothing overly frustrating. Keep up the great work!

I would not recommend Dr. Robert Cole. It is clear to me that as a patient, I was not the priority. Condescending, arrogant, and smug. I felt my health concern was an inconvenience to him. Later, I was unable to contact the office by phone to follow up with my lab results. Recorded message with no voicemail. Please. Save yourself time and look elsewhere. There is a good reason he is still accepting patients.

We moved from another city and luckily we found Dr. Cole. He is very caring and thoughtful doctor. Always listens, never rush. We visit him with our toddler and my family which came from ankther country. The receptionist Tanya is always caring and attentive as well. Recommend dr. Cole very much

Dr. Cole is so professional and alway goes to bat for his patients. He also makes sure things are explained in a way that I can understand (not just focusing on medical terms). He is always patient and takes time to answer all of my questions. The best doctor out there!

My wife and I moved form Vancouver and thank goodness we found Dr. Cole! I have a medical family and he is a fantastic Dr. His office may be in an older building and his equipment may be aged, but his professionalism, knowledge and bedside manner is OUTSTANDING!!

Receptionist booked our appointment incorrectly. It was a waste of time driving down to find the clinic closed. And the phone number is absolutely useless, call ends with no options to speak to someone. This place will inevitably close down.

The receptionist will eventually screw up your appointment booking/reasoning and make your relationship with Dr. Cole suffer.

Receptionist on 3 July 2019 was more rude than anyone I've ever spoken to on the phone.
