Unfortunately, I cannot put zero stars on this place. Such a bad property in terms of customer communication. DO NOT book it online, I repeat NEVER EVER book the room online for god’s sake! The property manager is very intelligent that he play all kind of games to make sure you never get your money back. Poor OYO customer service agents are not capable of understanding his cheap tricks. I booked a room for 2 days and went to the google map address that I received in my confirmation email. When I was at the check-in desk, the frontdesk guy says no rooms are available and they have a problem with online booking. So he asked me to call the customer care and I’ll get the refund. When I called Oyo customer care they connected me with the property manager. When I explained about the whole situation he says that I went to a wrong location, go to the right location his hotel is on top of the chutneys restaurant (which is actually on top of Dadu’s now) and he’ll give the room. I literally went to the same location which the google map or my confirmation message pointed out. Oyo customer care sent the same address again through email, when I went again in the middle of the night, and the same story repeats. I don’t know if I get any refund or not but the Oyo customer care says they escalated the issue to their internal team and wait for 48hrs. Literally I end up not having a room for two days when I paid online. The property manager’s name is Darima Yadav and he plays all kind of games to distract the Oyo customer care guys that it’s a customer’s problem but not his property’s problem. He says “he have rooms available and customer went to the wrong address, which is his way to escape and get money from online bookings.”

Hi, I had stayed @ Oyo Townhouse 113, Dilsukhnagar, Chaitanyapuri, Hyderabad. What you show in your website is what you DON'T GET. No toiletries. Cockroaches in room. Floor Mopping not done. No drinking water. Broken window glass, TV not working, lift not working (switched off purposely) no house keeping available. No one for cleaning, no lights in pathways, no restaurant ... Disgusting & Unacceptable.. Early check in & late check out cost are crazy rules. Take out those rules first. You cannot expect all travelers from all zones to land up & leave at your stipulated time. Even when you have rooms, you are not giving them. Instead you make us wait & forcefully collect early check in charges for family who travel long hrs. You pretty well know that guests all need to check in to refresh as soon as we get into your hotel, but that 2 or 3 hrs to open rooms, you charge money .... This is an insane rule. With women & kids we reach your place & you charge us for our waiting time, in the name of early check in, you are literally grabbing money ... this is exploiting travellers & cheating them. Maintanence of OYO aren't worth a stay. Your reception staffs need to be trained for guest manners. I was asked to pay in full in this place, before they gave my room keys. Only in OYO, you have such stupid rules. My review, will educate others to take a wise decision. OYO isn't worth..ZERO Maintanence. Perhaps people management, property management, lease, take over, ownership, house keeping, maintanence, staff employment, guest care, all needs a complete make over. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE FROM ANY HOTEL. THIS HOTEL HAS NO LOCK. NO ROOMS HAVE LOCKING FACILITY. WHICH SIMPLY MEANS YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR BELONGINGS IN THE ROOM AND KEEP IT THERE WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO LOCK THE ROOM. AND THE WORST PART IF YOU CLOSE THE DOOR, YOU CAN'T OPEN IT FROM OUTSIDE. ONLY WAY TO OPEN THE DOOR IS FROM INSIDE. THE LOCKS HERE HAS SENSOR AND THE NORMAL KEY. BOTH SENSOR AND KEY DOESN'T. YOU CANNOT USE KEY TO OPEN OR LOCK THE DOOR. THE ROOMS ARE NOT CLEAN. BED WAS KINDA CLEAN ROOMS AND BATHROOMS ARE NOT CLEAN. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE. IF GOIBIBO HAD A NEGATIVE RATING OPTION, I WOULD'VE GIVEN NEGATIVE RATING. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. SO OUR COMPLETE PLANS GOT CANCELLED DUE TO THIS. NEXT DAY MORNING WE GOT A ROOM WHICH WAS OKAYISH. THE ROOM WASN'T CLEAN AND THE BATHROOMS ALSO. STAYED THERE BECAUSE WE HAD NO OTHER OPTIONS AND ALSO GOIBIBO WASN'T SERIOUS ABOUT THIS ISSUE WHEN I COMPLAINED THEM ABOUT THIS. THIS PROPERTY COULD'VE BEEN BETTER IF THEY MAINTAINED IT WELL. NEGATIVE RATING FOR THE FIRST DAY AND 2 STAR RATING FOR THE FINAL ROOM. WONT RECOMMEND.

The hotel rates are definitely value for money. Wifi works absolutely fine. Even if it gets disconnected for few mins, it comes back in no time. The DAIKIN ACs are fantastic. Location is quite well, it's exactly in front of Service Road of NH65 which makes it easy to access. Service Quality from the Hotel Managers is fantastic, however I can't say the same about the bell boys. They generally do not bring the water easily. Just ask the managers nicely and they will make sure you get water. The rooms are spacious and even the bathroom is huge. 24/7 water supply as well as geyser. I did not need the hot water. The tv has horrible quality, remote does not work. Then again who watches tv these days? I did not need tv. Food is good but quite spicy. I just wish waiters to have more patience in every single thing. Again they are not acquainted with refilling water as soon as the glass is empty or delivering tissues when a table has run out of them. In breakfast they should add aloo paratha more. Since most of the people coming to stay are from various parts of the world, choice of food in the breakfast menu should not be restricted to only South Indian foods. Cleanliness is top notch, however I would recommend the hotel to provide some mosquito repellent oils, like Good Knight/All Out. Not everyone will be cautious enough like me to carry. If someone forgets then they will be in trouble.

I have been last night in this hotel and already I have seen many negative reviews about this hotel were very correct. I have taken chance but it was horrible experience. There were many reasons for giving 1 star but some I was writing. 1.They charged me 1850 where as my actual bill was 1009, I asked why this much difference then the receptionist told the price is wrongly showing on oyo app, though oyo was charged more nor hotel. 2.Room was not cleaned. 3.No Hand wash or soap in Bathroom 4. cockroachs in all over the room. 5.Bath Towel is also missing. (I call to desk then he was send the towel). 6.There were breakfast at the booking time but the reality is different He said(Receptionist - "There is no breakfast"). 7.Some Agarbatti smells were there. 8.Bedsheets is white but there was black patches & strains of curry was there. 9.No hot water in the bathroom. 10.Besides this hotel one wines shop were there all the drinker will look like u are going somewhere which they don't Like.

Worst experience ever. We chose this hotel because it was one of the highest rated apps on one of the leading travel sites. It’s in the city and there are shopping centres nearby but service was bad. We initially were impressed with the artwork around but later were disappointed with a few experiences in the room. The bed sheets in our room were not changed and there were stains of some food. We asked the reception to change them. For a long time it wasn’t attended to and thus we had to call again. And then it was changed. The sealing of the bathroom was leaking and on the second day of our stay it almost came down. So they gave us the option to change the room. We changed the room but even in that room there were a few stains on bed sheets. Was quiet put off. Even the restaurant which is attached to this hotel served one of the worst Dum biryanis we have ever tasted. The place needs much better service and care. Posting the pictures of stains on the sheets we got in our rooms.

I wish I can give 0 but no option. I am a frequent traveller and stop by many hotels. Among all hotels I visited so far this is the worst I have stayed at. I poor Amenities blocked my mind ...broken switch boards, slippery washroom surfaces, elevators are out of service, refrigerator has +30 degree and stinking, dust every where in the room. I can oversee these things but how can I forget their rash behaviour and unprofessional service. They don’t have minimum sense to provide drinking water to their guests, no one even helped to keep lagguage in the room, they dnt even know how to welcome guests with smiling faces. I called the reception in the night for drinking water... they said water is not free has to buy, I ordered one chilled bottled... which is not available in the hotel. I was pretty surprise by the way they responded. They dnt even apologized for not providing water rather asked me to go next street to buy one. The worst experience I have ever had.

At late night about 11pm we are again on the road for finding hotel all the hotels nearby is full either same quality rooms with complementary insects Still after 5 days refund is not credited in my a/c. I stayed here with my family in February 2015 for 3 nights and the overall experience was not that great. The biggest plus point of this hotel is the location as it's ideally located very close to main shopping centers in both DSNR and LB Nagar. however, the rooms weren't clean and the basic room (executive room) is too small for a family, I upgraded to Deluxe room after checking in. Room service is not bad they responded to my requests fairly quick. Breakfast buffet was awesome...they provided a widespread of items for the breakfast. restaurant staff greeted us with a smile all the time. overall, I would think that if you "have to" stay somewhere near DSNR or LB Nagar this is not a bad choice at all.....however, if you are not location specific I would recommend exploring others available near city center (Lakdi Ka pul or banjara hills area)

In spite of negative reviews, I still chose this hotel as it was near my work place. I booked here but the reception person said your confirmation was not received. But I have received confirmation mail from Agoda. Froud people plz don't go here. 1) Booked this hotel online,and paid part payment balance was supposed to pay at the hotel. When asked receptionist gave unacceptable reason saying it was technical glitch on website giving less price. Rooms were not cleaned stains all over the wall,beds are not comfortable. Tv was not working when asked staff to fix they said none of televisions working in the hotel. Overall it was worst experience it was not upto the standards. My sincere advice do not book this hotel, if you still want to book,go ahead and do not pay online,pay at desk.

hi team i am hear to write a review as i all ways write my good experience but this time it's a big disappointment booked a room it's a oyo townhouse never expected that oyo townhouse will give this type of experience 1. came at 11:58 got the room late at 12:20pm 2.room was not at all cleared,some one used it but for next booking it was not kept ready 3.there were no sopas in washroom and no face or body towels to use 4.main thing water did not come till 5:30pm 5.all over it was like cheep lodge room near railway stations 6.landline was not working it's all over worst experience we have to leave the room at 6:30pm early we couldn't stay only. even we have proof of it we complained but no response from management. i never expected oyo townhouse will give this type of experience. 1300 rs it's all waste money waste and time waste too

The room was not clean, the sheets were torn or dirty. The toilet is stained and bathroom is not clean. Table side lamp is not working nor the shower in the bathroom. If you are staying with ur kids please be carefull near the lift, there is a big empty space near the pillar. hold on to your kid, they might walk-in to the space without realizing.(only in GF they had put a plant blocking the area.) Also they had provided me a STD room while I had booked for deluxe and I had to specifically ask if they had taken the right information from my booking. Then they gave me a proper room. The build next to my room cud have been a hotel kitchen I was continoulsy disturbed by noise of vessels. Once my room was filled with the smell of their cooking.

Located in a busy traffic area, it was easy to getting in and out with good assist of valet parking people. Food is okay. Ambiance is good, attractive heighten chairs are across walls, but its not so comfortable. Awesome place... Yummy indo chinese food they serve.. Staff is so welcoming... Love the place alot..

Frankly speaking wasn’t even okay a bit . It’s a place which is simply repainted and nothing else but poorly guess very negatively maintained . Our room was full of cockroaches to welcome us every time we entered, and after our complaint we were shifted to another room which was even worse . Thanks to the name of Covid they don’t have any plates, glasses or anything . If requested you can get a paper plate on paying . And yeah now Iam fetching for a lock as we don’t even have a lock working for our room . Never expected OYO can lower their standards so much . Only request is to atlst clean the rooms daily and a monthly pest control .

PARKING FOR THIS HOTEL (NEXT TO THE HOTEL AS WELL AS IN THE BASEMENT) IS CONVERTED TO DRINKING LIQUOR BARS. It is NOT SAFE for ANY guest to reside here. Restaurant facility is ON CASH & CARRY. Causes inconvenience since we have to pay for each and every item we order through Room Service. Reception is NOT AT ALL COOPERATIVE. We requested for a cash advance for all our Room Service consumption. NO to all such requests. The restaurant is NOW a separate ENTITY is what we were told and were informed after joining the hotel. GST is the MAIN REASON behind this HEADACHE...........

The room was not as displayed in the pictures, the room is very small, walking around is also difficult. The crazy part was you can’t control the AC , it’s operated by the receptionist, you have to call and ask them to reduce & increase temperature and to turn it on and off . 40-50min for food order. The reception staff is very friendly. The washroom was in terrible condition, the water in the sink was taking lot of time to flow out. Shower was not functioning. The bed was also small. My room was 208. Overall I’m not satisfied with the experience. I expected a lot by the pictures displayed but it’s not at all like that.. very much disappointed.

Worst hotel better to stay at any free dharamshala 1. Make my trip show 1256 but when you reach hotel they will charge 1650/-. No accountability at all. 2. Room have cockroach inside and there are no glass no towel nothing. 3. Pathetic service they won't do anything you ask,even after checking in nobody assist you to room they will say use the lift and go to your room 4. I asked for a water bottle but they never come back so I have to go down the reception for the same. Please do not book any Oyo property.

service quality is going down over the last year. reception staff ( particularly Jagdish ) is extremely courteous and helpful. 1. no room service even coffee till 0730am 2. room access cards are not working, every time some body has to come with master card. 3. inhouse restaurant food is below average. 4. no room boy available for taking luggage to rooms or bringing down. 5. lot to improve in service issues. 6. both sides open bars so evening 0600 to night 1100 both sides of hotel ae packed with drunkards in different stages. We had no stay because the manager refused to let us enter after our booking was confirmed. They fed us lie after lie, to try and remove us from the premisis. This was based purely on discrimination. I am Indian, and my wife is American. They lied about the reasons for dismissal, and laughed at us when we left furious and in disbeleif. DO NOT SUPPORT institutions like this one, which lie and cheat individuals who look different. I will never support a place that encourages backwards morals.

It was a pleasure to stay at Green Leaves Hotel. Life was so much easier in staying there esp. under the care of Mr. Adarsh. I recommend this hotel to everyone as it is easily accessible and located centrally in the city wherefrom all locations are accessible easily. Food was awesome.Do try the biryani there as it was far more better from the biryani of Paradise. Also it has a wonderful Bar and a very lovely staff who knows how to host the guests. It is a must stay and I will always prefer this hotel over any other place in Hyderabad.

Worst hotel ever stayed. If I have an option for -10 star I would give that. Not cleaned anywhere. No clean bed sheets. No towel. No drinking water. Lift and corridors are stinky and full of pan spits. At nights hotel have arranged little cockroaches for us to sleep with and it will stay below our pillows. Lift and glasses have never seen a cleaner before for sure. Above all my prepaid hotel booking was declined and I had make hours of calls with customer care. Still they charged extra for check in. Tht too double from online rates.

As usual High level of expectation and disappointment. Lights is ROOM are NOT WORKING. Dressing mirror lamp found damaged. AC is NOT EFFECTIVE. Took over 4 hours to cool the room. Improvement in Service. But not enough. Morning Tea supply after 7:15 am onwards. NIZAM habits die hard. We needed to travel by 8 am BUT delayed due to Hotel dictates when they will start Room Services. Not Guest. Breakfast buffet spread. No drinking water on table. Checked out very next moment even though needed to stay for 2 more days in Hyderabad.

We booked the deluxe room. The room doesnt have water and there is nothing in the refrigerator to use and i order mineral water they charged 35rs for each kinley 1ltr bottle actual cost is 20rs.the room is with different kind of bad smell other thing is that the hotel manager told that i booked executive room where as i booked deluxe room as he doing the favour he has given us deluxe room.. The room is not worth of ****bugs...i got some discount from goibibo which cost me around ****bugs...i dont prefer this hotel again

Hotel rejected checkin asking for Original Hard copy of Adhaar card, though I had soft copy. Later agreed for soft copy. very Dirty hotel ... poor maintenance. really disappointed...1. Wine shop is next to hotel and imagine the situation in the evening. Not suitable for family. 2. No Towel was given even after asking till check out.3. Complimentary water was given with seal open , that too local water bottle. 4. Dirty smell in corridor area.5. 3rd floor lift button does not work.6. Poor response from reception.

I recently stayed at the hotel. The stay was great. Looks like they recently renovated the hotel. I was bit skeptical in the beginning as some one pointed out of the hotel having a bar. But actually, there is NO bar in the hotel. It's very family friendly. They have a breakfast buffet. I stay in USA and find this hotel surprisingly neat, and well maintained. This definitely exceeded my expectations. The reception also picked me up from airport and arranged for a drop off.

If they are providing complementary breakfast it would be appreciated. Earlier they provided. But now they stopped it. For that they haven't reduce the amount of room rent. The same rent is remaining. But still they cut the breakfast. Every hotels they are providing complementary breakfast, why not in this hotel? They are showing that if we pay extra money then we can opt for complementary breakfast. It is huge amount they are asking for complementary breakfast.

The management and hospitality team needs to work hard to improve the room ambience and room service.Location is important and i feel there is scope for a lot of improvement in terms of services and upgradation of room quality.The food definitely needs a lot of positive change for visitors to appreciate. I could not find a Single Green Leaf as the hotel name suggests.The Wifi does not connect at all and neither the Jio or Vodafone of my mobile had network here.

It is on the main road(While going to LB Nagar) so we can find it easily and the hotel is near main circuits like market and everything but i dont know much about car parking facility. About rooms i would say these are the best, trust me you will get one of the best facilities over there and servicing is also not that bad. And finally the disadvantages are it is slightly in costly side as it costs you around 2200 for a day including breakfast.

Rooms were dirty with cockroaches and insects roaming everywhere. Restrooms were dirty too. Blankets, bedsheets are like what are they even cleaned after every use ? TV was there for name sake without any remote Will not recommend for couple or family. 2 stars given for the Airconditioing as it's the only thing seemed working properly

First of all location is not real. The place has a duplicate called green leaves. It is a scam and fraduent place. I lost my booking which was crucial to me for a stay of 4 days. I had to run places to get room and ultimately had to go into a costly place. I also saw the room in that green leaves it is the worst with drinking smell and pesticides smell.

Easy to find the hotel, courteous front desk, free wifi, quite rooms. The good things end here. There is no restaurant, they bring food from outside. Two days during my stay, the room was not cleaned, linen not changed, toiletries (if any) not restocked, no bottled water provided, the woes are endless. If you plan to execute self-imposed solitary confinement or if you are running away from the law, this is the best place.

Worst hotel in prime area. Beds with cockroach, not accepting Oyo bookings but using Oyo name for extra payment during check out if we delay to checkout. Rude behaviour by the Manager.Not at all customer friendly. Bathrooms are in bad condition, tv not in working condition. Not a single value for our money.

One of the worst experience i ever had the room was full of crocrokes and bed bugs literally were walking on me on midnight and pre-paid for 3N but the work was done within 2N after so much of request also they dint refund the money and they don't accept if we book online as rates are cheap and they charge more once we reach there.

Room bill not giving to me , 03-10-2023, room number 209, night 11 I will take a room and morning 8 vacated room , staff is not there

Good hotel and centrally located in Chaitanyapuri. Very close to major eateries like Macdonald or KFC. Prominent south indian joints are also closely locaated in Kothapet . Service needs slight improvement but once it is informed at the receptionthey ensure that they help you. You can travel straight ti Airport or Ramoji from there. Breakfast has limited choice but the food is good and tasty.

There were cockroaches on bed and every corner, there is no view as shown in Google photos. No lights in toilet.

Quite sketchy place, doesn't seem so safe, locks aren't working for the rooms.

This hotel not accepting online payment if we pay online on Oyo app the reception persons are denying check-in and here outside food not allowed and when we order in-house restaurant service was too late for 1 lassi they take 1hr after tht we call for same order again after half an hour they served....room service very poor Not satisfied stay....

Worst rooms I have ever seen.small.tiny rooms,no wifi working,beds weren't clean, don't trust the photos,and they demand for extra cash for checking worst hotel I have ever seen railway pe lodge Issey 1000 times better raheyte I guess

Scammers here. he will not accept the oyo apps booking. if you pay in oyo app your money is gone. he will ask 1850 rs for any room and he will take one hour to clean the room. WORST ROOMS. FULL OF COACKROACHES. yukkkkkkkkkkkk. please report guys.

This hotel was very good a year back and I have been stayed for more than 3 months in this hotel.Compared to last year quality of maintenance is a bit de graded but overall this hotel is very good and worth for the money paid off. I would sincerely recommend people to stay here.Will get delicious north and south indian food.

The receptionist asked for Aadhar card for iD proof and does not even give room . It gave us the room in around 1 hour. The service is very bad as I asked for 2 plates but it came after an hour after calling again. The room was not cleaned everyday. The bed sheets has stains on it. The door lock was very bad in condition .

Not good maintenance, air-conditioning is not controlled by us. A/c water leaks to floor. Water logging on Toilet floor. Cleaning is not done until you demand for it. Set top boxes will not show your favourite TV shows because it must be needed to recharge. For everything you need to ask the room service repeatedly

Worst experience, Unhygienic maintenance. Lift service is not there. No food. All are worst. They are alloting rooms Based on online booking amount. Management doesn't responding properly, rood behavior. I will never get this experience in my all oyo bookings. Don't select this property if you want check in.

I was charged extra rs500 while check-in.The guy at the reception asked us to pay extra amount to countinue the booking. And the reason for extra charge was they are not accepting the bookings from oyo they hotel has there own particular rate so we need to pay the extra amount. This was totally unacceptable

I was an excellent town house comparing to flagship .. the food and is too tasty and hygiene .. the service is awesome .. at the ground floor the restaurant is very attractive and about food , it was an amazing experience with that dish named as #hakunamatata wow ... Good experience with oyo town house..

From my past experience, hotel has improved a lot from past. There's a nee restaurant section which has opened up and focuses more on hygiene which is good. The only sad part is that hotel still doesn't even provide a complimentary water bottle even after spending almost 2.3K INR per night which is bad.

Courteous staff. Room service was a bit slow. South Indian breakfast was good, but I would request them to add boiled eggs/omlette as well to their list of complimentary continental breakfast - just bread toast and corn flakes isn't enough. Otherwise, everything else was good. We had a pleasant stay.

i booked on oyo and paid the recipient denied saying they are not accpeting oyo booking and asked me to pay extra 1800rs or speak to the customer care of oyo they are cheating , avoid this pathetic and cheating hotel

Room was nasty. Poor maintainance. Cockroach was roaming inside the room what else to say. Bathroom and rooms were not cleaned at all. A.C was not working. Worst room I have ever seen. Negative rating for the room.

Hotel was good but the new receptionist Girl behavior was not good she wont response properly, looks like she was feeling jealous on customer's. Of she will replace everything will be good as previously.

Location wise its great. Rooms are of adequate size. Reception staff and home cleaning staff were supportive. But the sheets were dirty, had spots and tangled hair on it. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Recommended for a short stay. Needs to work on cleaning aspect. Rest fine.

the TV channels were limited to 5 , was unable to view any proper TV channels . the food was average and pricey . The food in the next restaurant was superb ( forgot the name though ) The manager was really courteous . Got my room upgraded for free from executive to deluxe

It's fraud, they denied to give room saying that their online booking is not working. Suffered a lot in midnight.

nice hotel to stay in if u r planning a site seeing in Hyderabad.Bus of Telangana tourism will pick u up from d bus stop opp to hotel. manager helped me in booking the seat in a bus going to Ramoji film city.nice staff n good service. food quality is also not so bad.

Value for Money, Comfortable and Neat rooms. They say that the rooms are having centralised AC , but the room where I stayed had a Daikin Split AC, Still I had to call the reception to turn on /Off the AC . They could have simply provided the AC remote in the room.

Don't go by their photos which was uploaded very long time now the hotels doesn't seem like same in the photos it is under construction property with lot of dust and cockroaches

If you have your car to park, you will be disappointed as there is no parking space. your car is parked on the road obviously at your risk. No restaurant in the hotel. The nearby restaurant supplies you limited items against cash. Restthe facilities are good.

Hotel reception staff look like rowdies. They demand for more cash if th booking amount is less. They denied check in and sent me away, however marked checked in after i left for money. The most cheapest people and hotel I've seen untill now.

The rooms were good. Nothing great. The walls had paint cracks. The AC would not work until we call reception to turn it on. Overall felt it is only decent. Not saying it is bad. One good thing about it is the fact that it is on the roadside.

I booked thru oyo, paid and confirmed but they denied me checkin saying room not available in the middle of the night at 3am. I came from Airport and now I’m standing in the middle of the road at 3:30AM. This is ultimate. I have no words.

The room was infested with roaches. The management offered another room and the that room was filled with roaches as well. Would not recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel in Hyderabad I stayed 2 days,first day there in no complementary breakfast, although it's included in my booking. Room service very poor quality. Even they didn't provide any assistance while loading the luggage in car.

Please don't book this hotel. They take booking online in low prices then ask extra money. They denie giving room and talk to oyo. They even if give you room denied early check in and ask for 1k for extra 2 hr early check in.

Neat room. But over priced. Lots of rules. No ciggretes. No alcohol. No outside food. Cant have breakfast because of heavy rush and improper mangement. But overall stay was fine. Staffs are friendly and polite.
