OMG! 5 starts won’t do it for this place, it’s more of a 1000000000000 star experience! I have never been so obsessed with my dentist appointments! I was literally looking forward to my appointments. Dr. Eric Holm is an incredible dentist! 1. He definitely loves his job. I never saw a doctor so excited to be at work and perform all kinds of dental work. He explained everything to me in plain regular people language. I loved learning about his job and dental health. He made me feel like I was working with an artist and not with a burnt out dentist trying to poke and drill in my mouth and sell me every service there is. On the contrary, every appointment was so quick and efficient. His communication and understanding of his patients is incredible. 2. The actual procedures: okay usually getting cavities fixed is quite a mood killer….but at this place, I didn’t get a single accidental cut, not once they tried to sell me an unnecessary procedure, if anything, they talked me out of pointless things other dentists tried to sell me. Getting my mouth frozen never been so easy. No pain, no discomfort, no headaches after. The whole clinic is up to date with their tech and equipment. They always made sure I was happy with the final results. I never felt rushed. Once the work was done, the dentist would make sure to finish our appointment in a very professional way and not just rush out onto the next patient. 3. The team working at this location is incredible! Everyone from the assistants to the hygienist know what they are doing; and what really stood out is that they all respect each other’s specialty! There is a lot of respect and professionalism at this place! It really stood out. All employees are very friendly, they helped me with everything and never left me hanging. They actually made me feel like they also wanted to work with me and not just take all my money. 4. The random: they do direct billing so that was one less thing to worry about. I barely had to wait in the lobby, and my appointments were always on time. I also didn’t have to wait months for my 1st appointment, and we got all of the work done within a month!! P.S. this isn’t a sponsored post hahah! I am just that impressed by the whole experience ! Thanks to every single employee from the front desk assistance, for your patience and help with my never ending questions about everything hahah, and for the high quality dental work that you did! Thanks for walking me through all the procedures and for accommodating my helath anxiety judgement free! S/o to the team playing afrobeats and putting Netflix shows on for me to keep me entertained at all times. Absolutely grateful for this place and the hardworking team for fixing my cavities ;-D and rewiring my brain to think happy thoughts when it comes to dental care.

I went to CSD for the first time last week after deciding to make the switch to a new dental office. Previously, Dr. Eid had been my dentist, so it made sense to try out his new practice. It was Dr. Holm who treated me, and I can understand why Dr. Eid decided to go into business with him. Both of them are very calm, very eager to explain and discuss your oral health, and have hired a team of very friendly and efficient dental care professionals. My hygienist Emily, picked up on a few things that had previously gone unnoticed and gave me some good tips and other things to look out for. An added bonus is that the office itself is beautifully decorated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CSD to anyone looking to make a switch from a corporately owned dental practice to one owned by the dentists who work there and genuinely care about their patients.

I had a wisdom tooth taken out and I was SO nervous! They made it such a great experience though! They explained everything and made me feel so comfortable and calm. It was so fast and easy and they were so nice and accommodating. I’m so happy with the service from the people at the front desk to the dentist and dental assistant. I had the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist! And to top it all off they were so sweet to my baby and even entertained her with cartoons lol. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you all for making it such a wonderful experience :)

This practice is by far the best one I’ve ever been to! I don’t enjoy going to the dentist and get extremely anxious. When I told Anna who did my cleaning, she was very patient with me and made sure I was doing okay through out the process. Dr. Holme was amazing! Extremely easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable enough to express my feeling of stress when I was going in for a procedure. Convenient location, lots of parking and very clean modern office. HIGHLY recommend this team!!

I went to see Dr. Zhang at College Square Dental for a cosmetic mole removal consultation, and she removed it in the same appointment. She was very thorough in her discussions and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. She was responsive when I emailed her a few days later with a question, and fit me in to see me sooner for a follow up. The facility itself is very nice- modern and clean. I would recommend Dr. Zhang for your aesthetic procedures.

Dr. Holm is the best dentist I’ve seen, nice, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly cares about his patients. The duo, of Emie and him, couldn’t ask for better care. I’ve had dental anxiety for years, and have had dentist after dentist miss something, or traumatize me and I can finally go into this new office with confidence and certainty that I’m getting the absolute best. Even the front desk, and the entire team go above and beyond to help. Super friendly!

Dr Eid and the whole staff are an absolute delight. Just extremely professional, pleasant and accommodating. I also want to mention Emily who did a cleaning for me today. don't think I would ever come here after finding out that one of the employees, Victoria does not support and stand with people of colour. Does not feel like an environment I would want to be in or children for that matter. I think this matter does not represent diversity as Canada should be represented with diversity and acceptance of ALL.

Absolutely fantastic team, everyone was sweet and made my visit extremely welcoming. Dr. Holm’s is very educated and personable, he is happy to listen to any concerns and address them so you understand what is being done and why. I have never met kinder staff at a clinic, they definitely go way above and beyond anything I could’ve expected.

I was looking for a new dentist after being treated horribly by my previous one. Let me tell you that Dr. Holm and his Staff are absolutely amazing. Everything I was looking for and more. They are so good I even switched my son over to this office and he had his first visit and told me he loved it. We highly recommend

The state of the art office will be the first you notice. Than you will be greeted by their office manager, and lastly, doctors and assistant, hygienist are beyond words. Being a patient of Dr. EID for more than 20 years should say everything about how great doctor he is. Now he partnered with amazing Dr. Holme.

The staff are welcoming and very friendly. It was an honor to meet with Dr. Holm. He was knowledgeable and professional with his approach. He also has a good sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable! Overall, the rest of the staff I was in contact with here were nothing short of amazing and wonderful.

I needed two emergency appointments recently and they were able to fit me in fairly quickly. Dr. Eid, Dr. Holm and the rest of the staff and super friendly and made my experience enjoyable. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Such a modern establishment. Almost makes you excited to go to the dentist. The kids love Dr. Eid. He's patient and welcoming. And again, the place is so nice. It definitely doesn't have a medical look to it. The hygienist and other staff were great too.
