Tony the branch manager is rude condescending arrogant and unprofessional. Who does he think he is, the customer may not always be right but there are ways of dealing with them on a professional level which he has yet to learn. The rest of the staff that I have dealt with, do so with the utmost of customer service and I can’t say enough good things about them. I wonder if this was a complaint against one of the staff would they be dealt with harshly, I think so. But who will deal with the branch manager? Waiting for a reply!
