Totally disappointed with the kind of customer service from Noarlunga branch this afternoon.All i wanted was a copy of my home loan statement but the staff at the front was so rude and not willing to help at all . She was happy to say you might get a statement by post in three week (but not sure) They were very happy to give me a home loan and take money off me but when i ask for a statement to do my tax they cant do anything. Am ashamed i have an account with com bank

Coin machine broke down and wouldn't release coin plus what was deposited never went into my account after soughting that out I go to call the so an so and get a recording saying leave name and number an reason when machine broke there was still money in it , I can't afford my own coffee's and biscuits wasnt impressed but in the end the phone call message was answered at 4,30 when there shut pending outcome til Monday,,, 3 stars with the return call

Very terrible customer service. Not enough staff to fulfill customer’s requirements. Bank is full of customer’s and only three staff members are available. Two of the staff members are just with two customers from last 45 minutes. We waited over more than an hour. I don’t want to give even one star. It’s time to move to another bank.

We have been banking with Commonwealth Bank for many years. We recently went into the branch and were assisted by Farah Asim. She answered all of our questions and was very professional. We recommend everyone to go and see Farah at the Noarlunga Centre Branch.

Why can't you speak to someone on the phone at the branch...are they really that busy? With record profits you think they could hire more staff so they can serve the people that allow them to operate.

I bank here for work and the staff are fantastic but sadly the facilities are not up to the ANZ where we used to bank.

Will ask you to take a set to serve the people that walked in 5min later like I wasn't there great service
