The worst branch I’ve been to. There was only 2 tellers with 12 people waiting. The second teller at the door kept asking the BACK of the line if they needed help.. never mind the people that have been waiting longer. I don’t understand your system but hearing everyone complaining in the line made me aware that I wasn’t the only one annoyed. After waiting over a half hour I was told that they wouldn’t help me and that I can just do it on the app (which doesn’t work) hence why I came in. The whole system is pathetic trying to make everything online rather than helping in store. We are all coming in for help so do your job and help us rather than teach us how to do it online

We will only ever come to this Salisbury Downs branch from now on , everyone there is so lovely :). My partner and i wanted to put all our bills on our home loan and the guy from the parabanks branch said we could not do it and rushed me out of there, So we came to the Salisbury Downs branch and saw a beautiful lady named Vanessa, she had so much time for us and wanted to help us and we were made to feel so welcome. Thanks to Vanessa, our bills are now going to be on the home loan. Seriously, she was just so helpful and works so hard, She needs a pay rise. FANTASTIC customer service. Worst branch in Adelaide. I've never so much as walked past let alone tried to use their services without there being a line up litterally from the front door to the counter, no matter even you start lining up 30 minutes before open. Neither of two available tablets are ever in working condition & I'll never understand why they downgraded to only TWO tellers for such a busy bank.

At first there were 4 tellers and the service was good. Then it changed to the Commonwealth Bank policy, profit before people and 2 tellers were removed. Now the waiting time is rediculous. Millions of dollars profit but no service. The Munro Para branch is no better for service, and looking at the condition of this branch they must get it for free, too run down to pay rent.

This branch is very busy between 3pm to 4pm. We were served by Francoise who was really nice and helpful. She went the extra mile to make sure our documents were in order. To avoid disappointment, I recommend coming in a couple hours earlier before closing or by making an appointment in advance. Overall, my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the service. Thanks again!

When you say you offer 24 hour depositing using all functions you provide, we kinda expect it. Coin depositing unavailable? Is it ever available? Then went to PARABANKS for that to be unavailable as well. Don't offer it as a 24 hour service.

What a bizarre service they provided. They took two hours and still I have not received my card and when I checked they said it not updated. So Technically I spend two hours for nothing. CBA lost its creditability.
