Terrible branch.. Change and deposit machines always out of service. Never more than one teller available. Plenty of staff in back offices and out front doing their best to avoid helping you. After finding the change machine out of order yet again today, I had to line up for the teller. I was second in line, 20 mins later I was still second in line. Another 10 mins and I gave up and left as I have a business to run and cant be in a bank waiting over 30mins to get some $5 and $10 notes. It should have been all of 2 to 5 mins to get what i needed but not with this bank.. It is very poor attitude and truly pathetic customer service. Today was the end for me in a long line of disappointments with Comm Bank. I'm taking all my accounts off to another bank. Will it be any better? I don't know, but it certainly can't be any worse. Will Comm care? Absolutely not just another profit hungry corporation who provides nothing but POOR ASSITANCE to the general customer.
I’m so sorry whoever has to experience their customer service. Been here plenty of times and I’ve only had a handful if good experiences where the employees would help us out. Other than that, their employees really need some work on their customer service. Really brings the mood down when everyone is gloomy, rolling their eyes at customers who do not have English as their first language. Many employees are Vietnamese and being placed in an area where majority of the residents are Vietnamese, it is really hard to see people getting badly talked about by their own language. The employees here seem to not want to work here at all, seems like they do not want to deal with a multicultural community. It was very hard to communicate with them especially when they are ignoring you. My experience at Inala Commonwealth has really brought down the company’s brand name, making me second guess being a loyal member of their company for 10+ years now.
WARNING: Stay away from Dang Dinh. He is a liar and deceiving. He took extra money from our bank account without telling us which caused us so much trouble and the house was unconditional at the time. We also found out that extra payments were coming out of our account, when we rang up to find out why? they said because when we took out our home loan we never chose Fixed or Variable rate? WHAT?!!! yes we did, we chose FIXED for two years. Dang lied and said we did not make a selection. This is a lie and this is why he should NOT be trusted. Horrible bank especially now with the interest rises we are suffering because Dang didn't listen or chose to get extra %commission bonus by making us Variable without us knowing and taking extra money namely $14K also without telling us. STAY AWAY from Commonwealth Bank Home loans especially Dang from Inala.
I am autistic Went in to change coins Was told to wait coz lady wasn't sure.Then told they no longer do it if you don't have an account (they used to just take 10%) Then told there was a Westpac around the corner -there wasn't.Went back in to open account.Waited in line for 20 minutes (in which they served two people)Then was told I was in wrong place, went back to first lady.First lady said to second lady "I already told him no" until she realised.Then second lady did it and proceeded to tell me we'll have to use the computer I them asked her what the problem with everything was She told me I was angry.I told her I'm not and she refused to open an account for me.Straight to my barrister.I'm pressing charges (also against manager -;this sort of bullying needs to stop.Hife smarter people
My partner went there today and was served by 2 tellers who told her that the bank couldn’t print out bank statements even if she paid for it. This is ridiculous- the statements are needed for a legal matter. She has 2 saving accounts and a mortgage. They ended printing the last 2 bank statements and didn’t print out the mortgage. It’s pretty common to need 2 years worth of financial for lots of reasons eg tax , divorce The staff clearly need to be trained- it’s a not a question of the bank not being able to do- more likely the staff don’t who how- which is ridiculous as this wouldn’t be an uncommon request
Poor customer service and really poor attitude from the employee too. I was a quiet person, and when Jenny cannot hear me. She was literally frowning at me instead of saying “pardon”, use your manners. You’re at work not at home. She made me feel so uncomfortable and I was just gonna leave. I love this branch and always get a good customer service from others Commonwealth Bank but not the one in Inala :) I definitely will never coming back to this Commonwealth at Inala again.
The staff are rude, unwilling to help and show judgement. After seeking advice on personal loan additional repayments, staff did not care about the issues raised and simply stated it’s all in your contract terms and refusing to explain processes. Do not recommend.
Very bad experience, poor customer service, staff are very rude especially those are Vietnamese one, feeling so ashamed as i’ve been to others banks such as Westpac, NAB, they are very friendly. None of those have the attitude as same as this CW branch. …
Ignorant staff, worst customer service ever. Staff clearly doesn't want the job or whatsoever. Especially that islander teller. I honestly do not like your attitude towards your clients ! Go to CBA Forest Lake for a better customer service.
Not willing to help at all unless it was easy or convenient to them all I wanted was to make an appointment for 4 days out or when ever the next time was available so I didn't have to wait 45 to and hour to see some at the time terrible !
Excellent customer service Dang and Daniel did fabulous job with getting our loan approved in few days and saved our time. The bank manager is really nice specially came to ask if we are satisfied with their customer service.

I spoke to them twice after I called and left a message for them , the response from the Commonwealth Bank staff at Inala was great, two phone calls in a space of three hours was very impressive to me.
Terrible branch. Absolute time wasters. We were all locked out at 3:30pm. No communication. And some of us had time sensitive business to get done. Ridiculous!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Staff are rude, especially Ms "ANGELA". If you see any woman wearing that name tag. I highly recommend "DO NOT ask her anything".
Terrible bank, some staff ok some need to work elsewhere, this bank will get what there trying to do, close branches, I will check out other Banks
