Diisgusting experience!!!! I just went to renew my credit card because my Visa changed and I had to provide Visa Documents. I had my Credit card, Debit Card, Drivers License, My client no, Combank App, Certified scan copy of my Passport that i used to get my visa and few more Idintification documents. They never wanted to see any of my documents and kept me waiting on a seat. They also put my name in the queue and served the person who came after me. It was truly RASIST!!! They were whispering to each other and didn't tried to help me. Then I call the Customer service and they Idintified me very easily by asking few questions. I made a complain and still feels very bad and angry. If you can't accept other people please don't work anywhere that you meet people. Worst banking experience.

Great service and good people but, if your bank backs Adani with financial loans you will loose one long time customer, me (60 years of banking with you) Please pressure your employer to help save Australia by refusing to bankroll coal, the great polluter .

I've been with the Commonwealth Bank for twenty five years. They are a very easy friendly group of people who seem to rarely change staff. They have help me in numerous ways over the years and it's always a pleasure meeting with them.
