Have been waiting on line for over an hour and nobody has answered the phone just an interminable apology a bout how they appreciate my patience for waiting. What an insult. Have also tried to ring just about every branch in South Australia and basically was told to leave a message. This is not a service! It is deliberate avoidance and irritation. The one star is as low as you can go if you wish to post your review. The Commonwealth needs to have an option of at least 5 stars in the negative zone. Now after ONE AND A HALF HOURS WAIT - I am about to hang-up. Disgusting!!

Absolutely love the branch manager here and her corporate culture and brand of customer service. Treats me so well even when I cruise around in my house pants, doesn't matter how much money you have, everyone deserves to be treated well, dignity and courteous. Wonderful bank, and it's great they remember me from buying Christmas drinks with a shopping trolley full of alcohol hahaha

Terrible experience with one of the staff members at the Commonwealth Bank Unley branch, who has been rude and condescending towards me when I tried to finalise a transaction. I simply wanted to understand the process but because I wasn't a commonwealth customer, this person decided to treat me like a wrongdoer. I won't give any name but I won't forget this experience.

Worst customer service, they send employees to lunch during peak hour, and only have 1 person in the store. waited 45 mins with no help, others 3 other people in front of me that had been there for 1 hour. Commonwealth Unley STOP being tight, employ some customer representatives ! You sure have the money for it, with all these ridiculous interest rates! what a JOKE!

How dare you make elderly people wait in line for over 30 minutes! You KNOW when Pensioner week is so how about having 2 tellers on all day! All you're worried about is how well your Netbank app is functioning with pointless surveys! Most of these elderly customers been banking with Commonwealth for decades and this is how you show respect? PATHETIC!

Commonwealth Bank is an appalling institution along with the rest of the banks which have now been dictated by government bodies with never-ending hoops to jump over and no one accountable to assist in actually delivering a service. This is an atrocious overreach of control and banking requirements, ridiculous!

Went there on a busy Friday morning for an urgent bank transfer. Waited 10-15 minutes and then was assisted by their very helpful staff. They made everything so easy and the transfer went through in just minutes after the transaction. Really pleased with my experience with them!

The staff here are so warm and in inviting, will 100% recommend making this branch your home branch. I am from Brooklyn Park, and will gladly drive the 20 minutes, just for the customer service standard that this branch delivers. If i could give more than 5 stars i would!

So disappointed very unprofessional staff. I have been a commonwealth bank customer for over 10 years, always paid our home loans much a head of time, and had no problems whatsoever, but in this branch they treat you so disrespectful.

I went there for open account. All staff were very kind. Especially, I would like to greatly commend Melissa for waiting for me and kindly consulting me even in an immature conversation. She has good customer service and kindly.

Honestly what's with the crazy hoops you need to go though these days to take actual cash out at a teller. Almost needed to give a blood sample and a rectal exam before they will process a transaction.

Terrible service…….. I was waiting for an hour with my name on their service list, did not call my name and serve other people after me. Think this is not fair and bad customer service.
