One of your member of Parliament Mr.Xavier Baeslein mqaking so much Fuss about muslim women who weare Hejab oe Burqa in your country. and passed a special law to Ban. do your country have constituanal law or not? We in United State of America are very Fortunate to enjoy our Freedom of Religion right,by the law. i understand only 30 muslim women wear Burqa in your Country. Remamber a Women name Meriaum(Also known as Mary ) Was punished by to become refugee 2050 years ago,and has to travel to Egypt with her infant son. name EsahLatin name was Jesus,She still have Hejab on all her picture. Come on Mr. Baeslein, please wake up.we are in 21st century. GOD BLESS AMERICA.

I made an appoinment on June 18th, 2018 to apply for a visa for my mother who is US resident, brought all documents required for a visa, a tall lady reviewed docs, and refused to help us and sent us to the Italy Embassy reason because entry was in Italy, she was so rude, basically throw me all docs, even I had proof of reservation showing that most of the time we would spent it in Belgium. Very dissapointed.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this review. I had an unfortunate visit 2 months ago. This lady who answers the phone and also interviews people in the embassy is RUDE. She has no manners at all. She is giving a bad image for the country of Belgium. I don’t understand why she works there if she is not willing to help and do her job. I got the feeling she is racist. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ASAP.

My appointment for a passport renewal was a breeze, except for the biometric camera which was acting up ( not cooperating at all for about 20 minutes) . The gentleman attending to me was very apologetic .He was professional but friendly. Not always a given at an official institution. He gets a 5/5. Emails to the Belgian Consulate-General have always been answered promptly and courteous.

Lady on the phone is rude, has no knowledge or interest in helping you. I was told by the Belgium foreign affairs office to contact the Belgium embassy in Los Angeles unfortunately that did not help at all . This used to be a great Embassy, everybody helpful and friendly, I don’t know what happend the last couple of years .

If you go in prepared, its painless!! Can you blame one for directing you to the website? There is so much information you need to know, you can always go back to see if you missed anything rather than have that person keep repeating the same thing. I was in and out in 15 minutes for a passport, and identity card.

Hi I have been there once few years back taking a friend to apply for visa. She explained how humble and very professional the personals were comparing to other consulate in town. She is a very critical personal but to appreciate Belgium consulate the way she did, I have to say big .

We had the same experience! There is only one person who answers the phone and she is rude and will tell you to go to the website and if you ask a question she transfers you to a voicemail... who by the way still has not called me back after 3 weeks! NO HELP AT ALL!

The people who work here are extremely responsive and work in a very efficient manner. Our experience with this embassy has been nothing but the best. We have applied for visa twice from from Belgium embassy and both the times our experience was great.

Very positive experience. I had difficulty with website, called to ask for assistance. Call was returned later same day. Information given was accurate and concise. She even made the situation easier to resolve.

Not helpful at all. Can't even talk to anyone. you have to e mail your questions. They should call Japanese embassy and learn how they respond. …

There is only one person pick up the phone and all she knows is to tell you to go on the website and look for the answers by yourself.

Super friendly and helpful. They even called me about my own mistakes on the passport form and helped me resolve them.
