Very helpful and respectful staff. I was very happy with the service, unlike the consulates in DC (worst) and NYC. (maybe its the California sun) I was having several issues applying for the Evisa and Ms. Makhanu took the time to figure it out, gave clear and precise answers to questions.. She was very helpful, great rep for Kenya!!

Trying to schedule an appointment to renew my passport for 2 months now. Try calling and get a voice mail to leave massage. No one calls back at all. Reach out to NY & IL offices. They have been receiving multiple call from different states with the same complaints.

Had appointment for 10:30 am and waited more than an hr to even begin the process of getting an ID to renew passport! It is amazing how they take forever even with appointments!

Knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I felt like I was in Belize, in the middle of L.A., with a warm, relaxed ambience in the office.
