Terrible experience. I would give it zero stars if we could! Such long wait times and very rude service!! I dont reccomend. Go do it online if you can. The lady at the front desk used vulgar words with me, Shame on you. I am not Armenian, nor does ethnicity play a role in this. The staff is very aggressive, I ended up not doing business with them.

The staff were so nice and helpful. We went to Azerbaijan Consulate all the way from San Francisco and they managed to help us in any way they could, they fit the time for us so we won’t have to go back all the way there. Thank you for your work and we appreciate everything. Professionalism in high level.
