I simply cannot say enough good things about this office. I have been attempting to regain my lapsed Finnish citizenship for several months. The process has been long and difficult due to lack of documentation. Laura has been incredibly helpful and gone above and beyond to help me with this. even if I am unable to reattain my citizenship, while disappointing, I am grateful to Laura and all her assistance.
