Corey was decently polite. But this is just a sales center for cut rate insurance. My wife and I were victims of a hit and run in JULY with our 3 week old son in the car. I reached out many times to our actual claims agent and received nothing. Halloween is tomorrow, and my wife JUST got in for an evaluation where they found out she has GRADE 3 WHIPLASH. This led us down the path of trying to find out if we can still claim injury benefits like physio or get a settlement. Long story short I myself had to call the other insurance company myself and ask what the deal was... They told me they closed that claim months ago and paid out their client because the vehicle was stolen. This is info I could have gotten the day after the accident and nobody has reached out at any point PERIOID. even after my calls. I was forced to call back to certas again, only to be told I'm now SOL. They will not be paying for anything. After my own investigation, after my wife's months of neck injury, I finally found out certas will be doing nothing for my family because the vehicle was stolen. We have to catch who stole it first. To hell with my baby, to hell with my wife. THEY WONT EVEN PAY TO FIX THE CAR LET ALONE MY WIFE. Also, Corey is not used for this I know. He just forwarded me on to the useless call center after i pleaded for some kind of actual help because unfortunately that's not what they do there. Which believe it or not I understand. Corey just sells the insurance. But someone needs to tell you it's garbage. I'm sorry I have to leave this here but it's the only place that isn't just the larger conglomerate that is desjardin. Thank you, certas... I hope this finds you.

Absolute rip off. Talking to stuff and Corey is like talking to a wall. The insurance goes up with out notice,just the new updated insurance sent your way by mail and then when you get overcharged your realize you get ripped off for being a loyal customer. No loyalty programs,nothing. $423 dollars for rental and two cars. No help from neither stuff nor Corey. I don not recommend anyone to go there,as when you sign an agreement, and would like to cancel it for some reason,there is a cancellation fee of $315. Ridiculous and frustrating being a customer since 2013,starting in USA and continuing here. No privileges,nothing. Please,go somewhere else where monthly charges can be lower/negotiated/reviewed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: First off shopping for Insurence has always been a lot of work for most people, and making the right choice is never easy. That said, the staff at Corey Scales made it so easy and painless! Navneet made me feel like a person and that life is more then making a pay check, we talked and she made me feel confident, that I was making the best choice, they may not have been cheapest price out there. But my peace of mind and families well being was her top priority!! If your looking for auto and home insurance in the Edmonton area these guys are my #1 top pick. Terrible unprofessional and sadly unknowable. Actually sent me temp pink card and payment confirmation, then I asked wife to ask more about particulars. The agent woman then said “oh btw the underwriter doesn’t cover Ducati motorcycles”…we both have perfect driving and insurance histories. My ducati is brand new with 350 kms on it? How can I trust these people now if they don’t even know what is covered? Shame shame. We cancelled all vehicles. Bye!

Unlike other insurances, these people are very difficult to deal with. They will try to milk you like a cow until you run out of money. No compation no respect. It easy to get in but difficult to get out. Worst insurance i had ever had. Not recommanded to anyone.

We have been signed up with this insurance company for the past 6 years, for our two cars and home insurance, every year the payments gets higher. Today when I called them to cancel they didn't even bother to ask why. Very disappointing.

Their rates are astronomical compared to other insurance companies. Don’t know how they come by their quotes. Don’t settle with them, please, until you have really shopped around and you will see the difference.
