(Purchased Dec 2022) Very disappointed with the service we have received. We had to exchange our original couch for a new one due to poor workmanship and had to exchange the replacement for the same reasons. It’s been an 8 month long mission to get any sort of feedback or accountability. I wouldn’t spend my money here. The Coricraft standard is not what it once was. (Update 03/07/2023) Since the assessment on 20 June I have had no feedback. Very annoyed with the lack of communication. (Update 11/07/2023) Still waiting for any feedback. (Update 12/08/2023) Received the second replacement couch and sent it right back. Such poor workmanship!!! Waiting for our refund. Don’t waste your money on Coricraft furniture.

Great help from a professional young man (knows how to handle customers), but the after sales side is completely nonsense. My furniture came 1 by 1 and 5 months later I'm still waiting for my chair(which was damaged and had to be sent back in January). Called them on 20 March(today) and got told that the order to replace was put in 3 weeks back, I'll have to wait another 3 weeks for the chair. I'd also recommend another shop(by that i mean avoid coricraft at all).

I purchased dining chairs from the store and it was delivered with mismatched and damaged legs. I reported it upon delivery and no one has bothered to rectify this. I have all the trailing emails, pictures and proof. Yet, Coricraft has not intervened, even their regional MANAGER does not respond. This has been going on for 5 years- SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND Satisfaction! Very Poor service! Next step is the Ombudsman , i guess

What an excellent team at Cori Craft Springfield! Not only is their showroom stunning but the employees are excellent! Queenie was very very helpful and so patient as we tried to make decisions. Finally they helped me through the purchase of 2 couches and everything was seamless! It was an absolute pleasure and I highly recommend this branch if you want the best service and quality products ever!

Purchasing experience was great. Sales lady kept me updated of my order. Come delivery time, couch didn’t fit in the lift so they had to hoist. Instead of arranging for hoisting to happen immediately, delivery was returned to arrange for another day. And get this, I had to pay another R870 to re deliver and an additional R870 to hoist the couch! I’m still waiting for my couch….

Worst quality furniture I have ever encountered. After just over four years my 6 tub chairs are peeling and cracked and look disgusting. I phoned the Springfield branch where we bought them from and there is no recourse. They simply don't care and offer no assistance to recover them or help us. I am not used to such poor quality. Usually my furniture lasts for many years.

Experiencing the worst service of my life. I'm stuck with pieces of a dinning room table lying around for 2 days because coricraft gave me wrong pieces. Now I have to wait for someone at their warehouse to find time to look for the coreect piece to put the table together. I am so disgusted and furious with this incovenience in my home

Once you pay, service thereafter is nonexistent. You have to wait ages for your furniture. The person from the delivery department is rude and you have to work around their schedule even though the salesperson promised otherwise. The sales person makes promises but none of them are fulfilled. Stay away

Worst shopping experience ever.. Don't do returns if the manager is not present ... Manager is never present at any of their branches... Sent from one branch to the other for stock that was already sold... Staff aren't bothered about customer satisfaction... Untrained...

Pricey furniture which isn't as high quality as the price suggests. Take an eternity to deliver despite the furniture being transported Locally. Service definitely doesn't match the eye watering prices. Rather go to @home living space.

I went to Corricraft Springfield today with my 86 year old grandmother to get her a comfy chair. The staff were absolutely amazing. Kind, helpful and efficient. Gran got exactly what she wanted and had an lovely shopping experience.

Nice big coricraft store situated in Springfield park area...I think the biggest I've seen so far Staff are really helpful and friendly and parking is more than enough around the area

Not impressed with the quality of products!! Check the items you purchase for damage before leaving the store/on delivery to save you the hassle of going back.

Excellent household furniture. I have personally bought a sold oak dinning room table and chairs from the branch in umglanga.

Bad customer care. Shoo assistant is not welcoming and no smile.Prices are not marked on couches.

Good quality furniture at premium prices. Staff are somewhat informative and helpful.

The RCS credit company they use is absolutely pathetic. The store itself is fine.
