I have been dealing with Corner Drugstore for over 13 years.I started going there because I lived in the same building there located. I don't even live in Calgary anymore and still go there.They are a great Pharmacy. Abdul is very knowledgeable. All the staff is supper friendly and helpful. They know exactly who I am and treat me like Family. If you are in a hurry they get me out fast, no waiting for an hour. But they also take their time to talk to me and see how I'm doing, which is really nice in this day and age were your pushed in and out so they can get to the next person.They really care. I wouldn't go anywhere else.Plus a big BONUS they pay for you're parking!!!!Thanks for the great service :)

I have lives in the East Village/Calgary for 2 years and and The Corner drug store is the only Pharmacy I go to. Abdul and Neddie with their staff are incredible. I’m a person that has always and will continue to require a lot of medications. They make sure that my prescription is always ready to go. They have the personal touch of phoning to let me know when it’s ready and offer door to door service in the area. I have witnessed how incredibly important this long time staple is to all of the residents in this community. It’s not just any Pharmacy, it’s a family and an institution. So I have had my prescriptions here for over 20 years and love all the staff here like family. Even though I live further away now I still keep all my business with them. You won't find better customer service and pricing. Check out their website,delivery, online ordering,etc,etc. Don't pay any attention to the review about the restroom incident posted. Some people just can't understand that it is a smaller business and they only have a staff restrooms. If you want the human interaction rather than the cold larger pharmacies....this is the ONLY place in town. You won't regret it.

Just moved to the neighborhood and went to buy some lotto tickets. They wouldn't let me pay with my debit bank card without buying something else in the store.There is not another store on this planet that has that rule. You could have had a new customer for life but instead I'll go to Shoppers. They welcome my business. And I'm a very good shopper..I just didn't happen to need anything that particular day. I don't mind the walk. Bad way to drive away new customers over literally a couple pennies for the debit transaction.

They have a set of professionals who really care for you and have always given me the best advice. Time to update my review. 5 stars does not seem like an adequate rating for The Corner Drug Store. From the minute you walk in you feel welcome. City wide delivery, phone consultations, telephone or email prescription refills, flu shots, shingles vaccine and Covid Vaccine, I could go on with the services they provide that I have used. Thank you Netty, Lijo, Abdul and everyone else :) This is the only pharmacy I have used for many years, one visit and you will know why !!

The corner drug store has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced within the medical industry. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and always has your best interest at heart. I highly recommend to use this pharmacy. I also was able to book an appointment for my first COVID-19 vaccine, I did not have to wait in a line and there was plenty of public parking available on the street. So easy, so fast, thank you corner drugstore!

A great pharmacy service with professional people working there. I merely send an image of our prescription and the medications are usually dropped to our doors on the same day free of charge. In a few circumstances, I sent the prescription after their delivery person left the store and they called him to return and deliver our prescription the same day. It has always been above and beyond our expectation. Thank you for your great service.

We have been getting our prescription filled by Abdul uncle for 20+ years. Him and his staff are very diligent with the service. We get our ,meds delivered to our home the same or next day depending on the time we let them know. He will advise us on the side effects (if any) and will go thru our blood work. We are treated like family. We recommend Corner Drug Store to everyone!

I have worked in partnership with Abdul and AHS helping to organizing Quitcore , smoking cessation courses in East Village for seniors. Abdul is a great person with a wealth of knowledge, he is able to communicate this in a non patronizing, non judgemental way. What I really liked, on the 2013 Flood, as soon as Abdul could good get to the store, he was there making sure all his customers had what they needed in everyway humanly possible. We were walking by one day, while corner drug store was opening up shop. Expecting his first delivery of the Moderna vaccine, Abdul spotted us and told us to call him a few days later and he would get us in as soon as he could. Corner drug store goes above and beyond to take care of their patients and we really appreciate it!

I walked in for a flu/pneumococcal shot. The pharmacist advised that I get a flu shot immediately to protect me in the current flu season. She suggested that I return when I turned 65 at which time the cost would be covered by AHS. I appreciated her advice. I got my flu shot during this visit and did not have to wait.

Corner Drugstore has been managing my prescriptions for over 10 years and I have always received professional and friendly service. Over the past few years Mr Kanji has also been allowed to administer some vaccines and I always get my flu shot from him. Also received valuable advice on shingles and pneumonia vaccines.

Moved to Calgary in November 2022 and needed somebody to administer allergy shots. This pharmacy gave me the allergy shots without me ever filling a prescription there. Always very kind and makes time for me (even on a busy day) as I come weekly for the allergy shots. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

This is a hidden gem in Calgary. Very local feel and very friendly business. I am able to email them to get info, which is very convenient. They are very quick at getting prescriptions ready as well. They also offer vaccines, which is very handy.

Lack of consideration, inhumane. We are visiting relative in Calgary. After long drive from Edmonton and my wife need to use washroom, so we stopped at the store and asked to use the washroom and the store won't let her use their washroom.
