"We were expecting to see a grand avenue of oak trees worthy of photos and a tribute to our past and living prime ministers"
"The Corridor of Oaks park is dedicated to former prime ministers of Australia"
"Kind of an odd place"
"A lovely place to go for a stroll and take a dog for a walk"
"It's very interesting seeing all the plaques of past Prime Ministers"
We were expecting to see a grand avenue of oak trees worthy of photos and a tribute to our past and living prime ministers. Instead most of the trees appeared unhealthy. On closer inspection we noticed the dried skins of cicadas at the base
The Corridor of Oaks park is dedicated to former prime ministers of Australia. The park has some great new sandstone landscaping with lots of new seating and an upgraded walkway but is still awaiting oak tree memorials for ex prime ministers
Kind of an odd place. There is an oak tree planted for each prime minister of Australia. In theory you get a tree planted after you've left office. I could find one for Julia Gillard and Kevin Rudd, but there was no tree for either Tony
A lovely place to go for a stroll and take a dog for a walk. There is a place where there is a bowl and a tap so the dog can drink out of that and a small playground nearby with public toilets. Side road parking so not recommend for 4WD
It's very interesting seeing all the plaques of past Prime Ministers. It's also funny seeing where they are placed- not always in chronological order- some have their tree planted far away from their political opponent!
Nice and leafy. Play equipment across the road however mostly not in the shade. Used to have toilets but not anymore. Basic fencing but not secure (children can get on the road easily). Bubbler available. More
Difficult to rate. I was expecting the "corridor" to be set within larger parkland.. but this was a small area alongside the road. Maybe unfairly I've marked this down because of my expectations.
Well maintained park with historical and educational significance with oak trees planted by Australia's past prime ministers. An interesting place to visit for a quick stop on your travels.
Pretty cool place, enjoyed reading all the signs and info about former prime minister's. Lots of nice trees, shame about the graffiti but that isn't the parks fault I guess
Excellent victory track walk to Clarinda, then 2 creeks further on right turn upcreek to Numietta Falls about 4 hours return and 210m up & down moderate mostly great track
Good spot to stop and refill water if you're cycling Toilets, some play equipment, park benches, a shelter and cool water on tap. …
A 'left of field' attraction. A good reminisce of previous Prime Ministers, but the trees themselves were a little underwhelming
Good for walking with kids or dogs, learn Australian history, play area and toilets across the road, good picnic spots
An oak tree for each former prime minister of Australia. A few are missing. Otherwise just a simple little Park.
Beautiful on an autumn day, with plenty of park benches. It was lovely to sit in the dappled sunlight.
Worth a visit, but note some Prime Minister's have not planted trees. There are toilets onsite.
This was established as a place of pilgrimage and rememberance for past prime ministers.
Great federation history walk tjrough all the Australian Prime Ministers oak trees.
Nice place for a stroll or even a picnic but you'll need a rug - no picnic tables
The bathroom is rather sad looking and has no toilet paper or cleanliness to it.
Great place to hang with friends. Bring your own seating though or a picnic rug.
Prime Ministers walk an area of trees, one for every Prime Minister we have had.
Very pleasant place, though a little noise affected next to the railway line.
Can't believe there isn't more information about this place. Fascinating
too many prime ministers that are always changing so they can't keep up.
Major Construction work happening at present. Looks in need of a makover
Just by the road is good for a stop. There is some interesting trees.
Liked cockatoos & kookaburras Where's Tony Abbott Turnbull & Scomo?
Slipped over and scuffed my knee, Gillards tree called me an idiot
An oak for each Australian Prime Minister. Best view in Autumn.
Good for a stop. Toilet facilities okay. Next to the road.
Reading park reviews more entertaining than the park.
Nice clean park. Playground for kids. Toilets.
Lovely spot for a walk, picnic or quiet time.
Nice quite place has seats and rubbish bins.
Lovely park for recreation and reflection.
Nice park. Great for Pokemon collectors.
Nice quiet park plenty of shady trees.
