Bought this car trade-in was very happy with the car estima 02, promised to give 1 year rego but only 6 months in the end.. michael complaint about the car he was trade in with me said over-heat.. i confirmed with my mechanic honda odyssey 97 the car was never over-heating.. the gauge always in the middle.. very upset about this, that's a lie... really.. so for all customers if you do trade-in make sure all warranty and condition must be confirmed... the car normally has 6 months rego but he always said 1 year rego but when you trade in and they are not happy in the end they just said 6 months... be carefull with this.. i myself to be honest not a mechanic.. i dont know anything about engine at that time i know there small problem that car hard to start...even when dealing with him.. he said the car hard to start so he was ok with this.. therefore he only gave me some value of that car.. and we finally agreed..he asked me about gear-box no problem.. he didnt ask about over-heat because he tried the car himself he ran around the car gauge he saw himself... now he turned up-side down saying over-heat.. and now i got only 6 months rego.. the car itself is good, but has problem with engine light, sonar problem as well... but that is i hope is minor.. cant really trust 100% with this guy.. you may get good price and good stuff if you are lucky.. but becareful when you trade-in though...

By far the best service I have had from a car yard! I have to say I'm very weary of used car salesman, for obvious reasons. However, Michael provided exceptional service. And the car I bought of him was in immaculate condition, compared to others I had looked at, around same price. And from what I can see, I am going to get the same after sales attention as I did with the last car. After doing some research on the dealer I called and spoke with Michael about purchasing an Estima. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. After a Video call presentation of a beautiful 2008 V6 Estima with Michael I left a deposit and the van was delivered to us in Coffs Harbour (Purchased Sat and it arrived Wednesday) clean and completely Covid sanitised. Car is exactly as described, in immaculate condition for a 2008 and we have enjoyed driving it for a week now including frequent trips on the freeway... Could not rate higher for the service provided.

Purchased a Toyota Estima roughly 2 weeks ago and just successfully completed rego transfer to ACT with no issues. Sales process was great and the onsite mechanic was able to change a few things in the vehicle to our request, sales person was even willing to swap out carpet etc if we had have wanted. Only issue (if you could call it that) were there far too many vehicles to choose from so it pays to do a bit of research first and figure out your criteria is before shopping. Would recommend to anyone interested in a Toyota Estima as it appears to be their specialty.

Alert for interstate buyer. I bought a Nissan ElGrand, it was registered at NSW as two seaters camper van. But, dealer posted his car at Gumtree as 8 seaters family car. Elgrand does have eight seats, however is illegal. Can’t be registered and no insurance cover. Once car arrived, Mid and back seats will be moved before government inspection. Then, a pink sticker is putted on, which showing two seats. Others six seats will be back on before market. Insurance company will not cover other six seats for any lost in accidents. The only usage is two seats campervan.

I recently bought a hybrid Estima. John was really informative, without being pushy. The after sales device was good too. They drove the new car to me; they got me an extra key and Michael was helpful when I rang them for starting advice ( I didn’t realise I had to have my foot on the brake for the keyless start up.). John is sending me a description of how to change the tyre. Their dealership and waiting area is very homey.nothing like I was anticipating from a used car place thank goodness. A thoroughly positive experience

We were told the car was from a nonsmoker. When the deodoriser wore off we discovered how far from the truth this was. 8 months later, I still smell the stale cigaret smoke on hot days. Every time I smell it, I regret the day I stepped into the car yard. And the host of little problems. The automatic door doesn't close all the time. I was told it was just a bit of dirt and to clean it. It isn"t, and it is just frustrating. And all the annoying beeps that Australian autoelectricians don"t have experience with. End of rant.
