Wish I wasn't able to place any stars about the Country Road Rundle Place store. I was in seach of an item and was told by two other stores that the City was the location which had the most on-hand. I called in the store 7 times from just after 9:00 in the morning till 12:00 and still had NO ONE answer the phone! I proceeded to head in and purchase the item, lucky they had this in store. I purchased my item and asked the lady behind the counter if they had a phone and she proceeded to respond with 'yes whys that?' I then responded with 'Ive been trying to call the store 7 times since this morning and no one answered over that span of that time. She responded with 'If we are busy with customers we do not answer the phone'. Keeping in mind I called the store again less than 10mins before I walked in and there was less than 8 people in the store. I am truely disgusted. Both customers via phone and via face to face are important. If you're busy with ONE customer place the other on the phone on hold - this isn't hard. Would've expected more from The Country Road Group as I use to work at another fashion based store under the same group. I will never be purhcasing from the city store again as well as the Norwood store. It took me 4 times to call through and when the staff had answered she acted like she didn't want to be there and was very rude over the phone. (Didn't seem to catch her name) The lady from Country Road David Jones Marion - was very helpful and answered the phone so nicely!! - thank you!!

Received some amazing service today by one of the girls working there. My CR bag broke after 2 months of having it and I just went in to see if they would exchange it for me. However I knew I didn’t have a receipt and it was a couple months old, so I wasn’t expecting anything, just wanted to ask. The woman working there exchanged it without any fight or attitude and understood that it shouldn’t have broken so quickly. I was so surprised and so happy! Definitely coming back :D

Went in trying to find a suit to wear to a wedding. Tried one jacket on and only was acknowledged by a staff member after I walked out of the change room to put it on the rack. She walked past my twice whilst browsing to straighten clothes on the rack. I would have asked her for help but after saying why I was putting it back I felt there was no point because there wasn't an ounce of kindness that oozed out of her.

Been shopping at CR for decades and it's getting worse to try to get some service. trying to order from another store,. and no follow up done by staff. Online chat is useless and a waste of time. They ask you questions for 20 mins only to come back with " we can't do that online, we will get someone at the store to follow up". and this doesn't happen. Useless being a platinum customer.

Ordered a click and collect. Went to collect a little early and they wouldn’t give order. 6 or 7 staff hanging around doing nothing. No customer in the store. I asked what’s the difference if I pick 6 mugs from the shelf now and buy them? She told me I couldn’t do that either. Too many systems in place that it becomes an inconvenience to customers. No common sense anymore.

The women with dark brown hair working on 17th of May on the Tuesday afternoon was very rude. Country road should not hire staff who do not want to work and seem very miserable to be serving customers. I was very polite and was served with nothing but petty behaviour. Very disappointing having someone like that represent a great company.

I received the best service today from 3 lovely staff members (I only caught Liv’s name) and redeemed an awesome deal through the spend and save. I feel good customer service is never commended especially when out weighed by the negativity of google reviews so really wanted to make an effort for these lovely girls. Thankyou x

Spent a healthy sum of money there today. Wish I didn't as the service wasn't deserving. I know this sounds like sour grapes, however, in a celebratory mood, I went there planning to spend a lot more than I did. Kind of a buzz killer.

The kindest, most helpful pair of ladies helped me get a couple of outfits together for an important event at the last minute. Top-notch customer service, honestly can’t think of many times I’ve felt so valued as a customer :)

The staff at CR Rundle Place are all wonderful!! They always go above and beyond to help you and they do it with enthusiasm, which I find is somewhat rare these days ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice store and great staff for my experience. A little expensive though. A trousers costs about $130 and a shirt is at least $40. …
