Would not recommend this place to anyone I bought a Toyota auris from them from them last year June, they advertise for a certain price but they force you to take a warranty out with them which is like and extra R10000 on the advertised price and they refuse to sell the car to you if you don't take it. The morning after receiving the car I had and issue with cold start which persisted when I called the sales consultant Leon who sold me the car and asked him about the issue he said he was aware of the issue. Wtaf how do you sell someone a car knowing that it has a known issue, I expect this from a gumtree sale not a dealer. I had to fight with them to get the warranty to sort the issue out. Now I've also noticed that the back bumper was resprayed and when looking under the car, the side of the bumper where it lines up with fender is also coming loose. Don't trust this place, looks good from the outside with the fancy showroom but they know how to flous customers.

I bought my car there - less than 67k kms Diesel injector/s broke about 2 weeks into owning the car. The DP (Herman Marx) refused to look at it, even though the CPA forces a 6 month warranty. Delay tactics have been played by the Dealer and the RMI (remember the RMI is not the authority here Miosa is). I finally won the case at miosa.co.za and am now at thencc.gov.za seen as the DP still does not want to even look at the car. The NCC is a long process, but it seems like they will not let them get away with this. It is sad Dealers don't take up their responsibility - I would say be very careful buying a car here. my car was spotless, but something went wrong and I was left on my own. If you cant take this risk, go somewhere else. Cowley's many year ago, used to be great. seems like new ownership / management is just not there to look after their clients Social media is here to help warn each other. Very sad guys like this get away with things like this.

I recently bought a car and the engine stopped less than a month even before the first installment. I made the dealership aware the same day of breakdown (12 July 2021) and I'm still stuck today with the car and with no help (21 July 2021), I have been communicating with them every day since then but i was told the boss needs to authorize the vehicle to be collected and fixed but he's ignoring it. They're friendly when buying until you have a problem. The inspection report shows that everything was checked but the oil is at minimum, windshield reservoir is empty, collant reservoir is empty. Have your vehicle inspected by the a professional to avoid the same issue.

All those reviews are probably friends and family, wont recommend them if anyone is looking for a car. i went back an forth with this place, after sales service is pathetic, management is rude and useless. they are only nice till you bought a car. i bought a car by them and that same week i told them about the issues, an up till today its still not sorted. so my advice, a bunch of cowards, Herman is one of the biggest crooks.

Car was advertised as being accident free. Thank goodness I had the car professionally inspected. When the report came back, the cars bumper, bonnet, right door and left door had been repaired (obvious signs of car being in a serious accident). Additionally the car passed their 'road worthy' test, but according to the inspection, the brakes failed horribly with a 0.1. BE CAREFUL! Double check everything that they tell you!!

Would not recommend this dealership to any person buying a car.. Company bought me a car from them absolutely shocked at what I experienced and discovered after the fact. Car had a million issues with only 33000km on the clock. Car was in a accident which they never declared. Please if anyone wants a second hand car go to any other dealership.

Nice showroom with cars ranging from cheapies to average to luxury vehicles. Good after sale service. My Merc's air conditioner pump broke one day after I got the car. It was replaced free of charge the same day. No questioned asked. Friendly staff as well
