Dear Branden and Staff of Coynes. This letter of thanks is long overdue. We are so grateful for everything that you did for mum last April. The care and compassion went beyond the call of your duty. Coynes staff I would say each are hand picked for their caring nature. You walked us through the process with careful consideration, you and your staff showed myself and my family in our time of grief and pain will never be forgotten. You went the extra mile the evening before her funeral extending your hours so we could fit in a vigil of prayer. Every request was handled in a most professional manner from Mum's days in waiting to the church and then the crematorium. I was returning to Canada very soon after the funeral and before I departed mum's ashes had been rushed through so I was able to say my final farewell. Thank you Catherine Teebay

My nan passed away in March this year, Coyne Brothers where the company my nan had chosen to look after her final moments. Absolute shambles, the funeral director Brendan was poorly turned out and felt it appropriate to fold his arms across his chest when walking in front of my nans herse shows more contemp and disrespect than care and compassion and they lost the spare orders of service. My nan was glamorous and we wanted some make up on her when she was in the chapel of rest. There was nothing except beige foundation my sister had to apply it herself. Not what you want to have to do when you should be mourning. Would not recommend to anyone.

Thanks to Lynsay and all the team for all the help and support. Our family have used Coyne Brothers for both our Dad and Sister when they passed on, my Mum also wished for us to use them again to look after her when she passed, which we did. We were helped with everything for the Funeral and it was a relief to know that Mum was being looked after and cared for by the team at Coyne Brothers. The after service has been exceptional too.

We used Coyne Brothers for mum’s funeral in 2014 and was the only choice to use their services again for dad’s funeral. The service we received from everyone was superb and nothing was a problem, all questions, no matter how small was answered professionally and politely. With their help and support we gave dad a good send off. Thank you.

The staff were very helpful to me and the rest of the family. Nothing was to much for them they helped and advised us over the arrangements making sure that everything went well (which it did) I express how much they helped us through this very difficult time.

Thank you to all at Coyne’s especially Gill. She helped us through all the arrangements needed. Her kindness and compassion was beyond reproach and she understood perfectly what we wanted. Once again , Gill your help was invaluable to us, thank you.
