It's 8:15p.m. there's not a customer in the pharmacy. The pharmacist was completely cold, avoiding all eye contact. I was collecting over the counter medication for somebody who is in ISO (COVID) so I had a few questions. Sales assistant how ever was very helpful and professional.

One staff member has decided to make up the rules as she goes by telling me it was mandatory for me to wear a mask while in the store even though I am exempt from wearing one. If that is how you want to treat your customers, I will happily spend my money elsewhere.
