This library is located next to Craigieburn shopping centre, at the intersection opposite to Splash. A huge library with ample parking and two levels in the building. The library is very neat and clean and has loads of space to sit including armchairs, chairs and couches. They have the latest updated computers for use. I went there for a quick photocopy and scan. For scanning any documents, one has to become a library member which is for free. Staff there is so nice and friendly. It took me five minutes to become a member. And photocopy and scan was pretty quick too. There are also playgroups run in the library for different age groups. Overall a wonderful experience.

I am extremely disappointed on the lack of responsibility the staff at this library has. I called the staff three times because there was two groups of school students running a muck, being loud and inconsiderate. Even after the three phone calls, the security and Hume staff walked right past the students and ignored their behaviour when they were called to do something about it and they clearly lied and denied it. This is extremely disappointing and concerning as the library is set for people to study efficiently and complete their work accordingly.

You guys should update your time and dates online before the next day. I looked up on Sunday nights the opening hours and also on Monday morning before I left our house , still says Monday open at 10am to 8pm but when I got there, it closed. The stuffs saw me with a few people standing there but non of them come to tell us it locked, like what normal people do so annoyed and when I got there too, there was a sign there says Monday open at 10 to 8pm

The library is great but I feel the council customer service staff member that is located inside the library was very rude. I saw her reaction whenever she was required to deal with a customer it was a chore for he. I think if she had to smile her face would have cracked. Where as the customer service I normally receive from the Hume Council is welcoming and friendly. The staff member made we wish I had travelled to another office to ask my question.

Had the most wonderful experience. Thank you Joan for assisting me, not only in finding the right books for my child but getting them delivered at my door step. During these tough times, it is so amazing that the Craigieburn library staff is working hard to keep thing up and running. Thank you, Anna for being so polite during our phone conversations. We have 20 books to keep us entertained and enlightened this month - all thanks to you!

It's more like kidstown. Very noisy and chaotic because of the activities for kids and only has 2 small rooms for silent studies that are rarely free, and I assume they're not soundproof. It has books for loans but not a good space for studying or even reading those books, so technically, it can still be called a library. I would go elsewhere if one needs to study or read in a quiet space.

Seems like a decent enough library, plenty of study space and it is quiet which is pleasant. However the no (covered) coffee cup rule is just ridiculous, and contradicts the library's own policy at hume council website - Additionally the internet service did not work properly for me. Definitely has the potential to be a good library, if these issues are addressed/made clear.

It provides lot of services beside just being books collections. There are volunteers to help children with homework, to understand concepts they are struggling with. Children story time in different languages. It is global learning center. Please bring along your children and let them grow into reading habit.

It seems some of their staff are impatient. Asked help for printing; she help with rude attitude and with high voice. Other stuff are reasonable but not top of the mark. The library itself is specious. I’m not sure about the collection. A free reusable bag for signing up is a good thing.

Asked for glue stick, that was not available, later asked for wite out (Tipp-ex), that was not available as well. Staff at customer service has a quick look at drawer but could not find it. Not sure if they do not even have basic stationary items!!!!

Nice helpful Staff members but its not a quite place to study or do any work. Children PS4 game setup is right in the middle of library, they scream all the time while playing games. No matter where you sit, u still can hear them.

The worst service ever you get going to this library , its not for professionals doing there work because they do not have internet or printer at home , its might be only good for people borrowing fiction books or for young kids to play .

Went there to study as the library should be a quiet place,but there was kids running up and down the place while their parents were busy talking to the lady at the reception, and then a bunch of old men and women came in and they started

I went yesterday Wednesday 20th of May, 2020 to get some print outs, but library was closed. But on google search it says it opens at 10 AM in week days which is not please put an update on web search and some notice outside the libaray.

Wonderful knowledgeable staff, great range, lovely clean setup with PCs, printing services and the kids look forward to going all the time. School holiday activities available. Storytime for little ones. Quiet spaces for work/study.

I take my little one to story time, it's ok gets too busy though, the space probably is too small. The facilitator isn't that great though, it feels like she's rushing through the songs.

Although the information in google map said it closes at 7pm on Fridays, the correct closing time was 5pm, so I had to leave there straight after I entered. Correct information please.

Nice clean and pleasant place to get some paperwork done. Being between houses at the moment, with no internet at home, being able to use public WiFi is helpful.

They are a free RAT test collection point. For anyone in that council area. Simple, fast, easy process. Staff are very helpful. And printing is really easy.

Not good for study or book reading, its hangout place for school boys and girls, who chat loudly without any consideration for the other people around them.

Library itself is alright, parking entrance is very tricky, almost everyone takes the wrong turn to where the warehouses are, as it wrongly sign posted.

A couple of staff members are really good and helpful, but they have other staff members that really got issues and need some people social skills .
