Not a single person knew what they had on the floor. Not a single person acknowledged the question about the floor items they just went strait to their iPad. And showed me what they had online and in store. They could not possibly know anything about their stock. Like they didn’t work there. They arrived that day and were handed an iPad. It’s a stupid sales tactic. They get points or commission or something but not a single person actually helped me in the store except for the stock guy elvin. Lol. They are proud they have the process of having larger item at the front when your ready down. But that’s bc elvin knows where all the things are. He was even able to answer a last minute question I had and went strait to the item on the floor and brought it over to me bc he knew I had a 2 year old I was keeping content. No other person in that store even considered who their customer was. My mother got asked if she needed help finding a decorative piece or picking a rug. (My mom Never looked at any items )She was clearly sitting in a chair with a 2 yrvold. And two other customers were actually shopping and needing assistance who she passed and went back to her corner. Another lady appeared to approach us at the register to acknowledge my child sitting on the counter. As some people do with a kid who’s not screaming. Lol. But while I was checking out and answering ridiculous questions from the cashier and waiting on the longest check out for two marked items, she reached passed my child to show me a magazine about pottery barn kids and that she could show me their new items in the catalog and on the floor if I wanted. I WAS CHECKING OUT and my 2 year old had not screamed, cried, over excitedly yelled or broke anything!!! No I don’t wanna go look at kids stuff upstairs or in the magazine after I check out. (But fair enough she didn’t use the iPads for that sakes attempt)

I recently visited crate and barrel recently and was impressed by my overall shopping experience. The store had a good home decor selection, and I was able to find everything I needed to spruce up my living room. The store was also very well organized, which made finding products a breeze. The layout was intuitive, and I appreciated how the different furniture sets were arranged. The customer service was also top-notch. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with any questions I had. They were able to provide recommendations based on my needs and preferences, which made my shopping experience much more pleasant. The check-out process was quick and efficient, which was a relief since I was short on time. The staff were able to process my payment swiftly, and I was out the door in no time. One thing that really stood out to me was the new furniture designs on display. The pieces were modern, sleek, and would be perfect for anyone looking to update their home's decor. Overall, I had a great experience shopping at this crate and barrel. The good home decor selection, well-organized store, customer service, quick check-out, new furniture design, and friendly staff all contributed to making my visit a memorable one. I've always been a huge fan of Crate & Barrel and the Knox Street store, but not so much lately. Most recently, I was in store to make a return. When I finally made it to the sales counter, I had literally just handed them the box and receipt when they rudely blurted out "I'm going to have to ask you to stand back on the circle." What the heck? Was I supposed to THROW the box and receipt to them from the circle? And then, while I was situated within my circle for several minutes, other store employees literally brushed against me as they rushed by... without any sort of "excuse me" or acknowledgement that I was even there. I am not some sort of anti-masker/anti-vaxxer, and I take COVID precautions very seriously. Other reviewers mentioned being greeted at the door with hand sanitizer; I saw nothing like this. In addition, I've had a few concerns with inaccurate website descriptions, shipping, and poor quality merchandise. Example: a 9 X 12 rug was left on my front porch without any sort of shipping notification when I was out of town. On a positive note, I've had a couple of good experiences with recent curbside pickups. I will certainly give the store another chance, but I will be leery and would not recommend without a caveat or two.

Worst furniture buying experience. Our upholstered bed was delivered without any packaging, dragged in dirty moving blankets in truck, road, and our apartment. This is third time this happened with Crate and Barrel over the last 2 years with us, where the store does not communicate to delivery people effectively. I visit the store every week and am a great fan. But your company let's us down repeatedly. Every other furniture delivered to us from other stores always comes perfectly packed. The only recourse we have when we call the store is: refuse delivery and wait another 2 weeks. If I have to wait another 2 weeks, we might as well have custom ordered furniture that comes in 6-8 weeks. We're stuck. We don't have the luxury of refusing delivery. We need a bed to sleep on. We travel a lot and had to make special They refunded $100 delivery fee, or offered to replace the bed. We'd have to remove all our bedding and clean everything again. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL STOP BUYING FROM C&B. Watch out for Jenny at Customer Service - she just punts and doesn't really resolve anything.

I've been very impressed with how Crate and Barrel is working to make shoppers feel comfortable and safe during the time of COVID-19. You're greeted at the door with hand sanitizer and masks. There are several signs to direct your path and ensure you're keeping a safe distance from other customers. The employees at Crate and Barrel greet you with a smile and are eager to help. Within 5 minutes of entering the store, I was greeted by at least 3 associates. I didn't have to look far for assistance. When I was ready to purchase my items, I was helped by Deirdre. She was very knowledgeable about the product and walked through the ordering process as the item I wanted would take about 2 weeks to arrive in store. She also took the time to print out specs for an item I was considering for a later purchase. She was extremely nice and helpful. The store offers a great selection of what's online and also a few pieces I hadn't seen online, the associates are attentive, and I've been happy with all of my purchases.

I bought a dining table from Cb2 and the experience has been terrible. I had to pick up the table from the warehouse in Dallas since there is no store in town and when I assembled it at home I noticed that it was broken. Called cb2 and they offered to replace it. I have been waiting for about a month and still don't have my table, but they sure debited my credit card right away! It's just excuses and excuses with them, first they got my city wrong and a guy called me to arrange the delivery in Miami, then I was rescheduled for July 7th and I called today and they tell me that the table is not here yet and that they will contact me whenever it's available. So that's going to cover at least another month... Terrible. I think the furniture is expensive enough for these people to provide a decent service!

We received eight sets of Roulette Blue Band dinner plates, salad plates, mugs, low bowls and bowls for our registry. One dinner plate and salad plate broke in shipping. C&B replaced those. Two more salad plates and a bowl cracked down the middle after a few months. Took those to the store and they replaced them on the spot, no questions asked. Just had another bowl chip. Took it to the store and they told me they would no longer replace broken items…there is not a warranty on them any more. These are very thin and brittle. They are not at all like my parents’ wedding plates that are still being used after 40 years. We also received eight sets of the Shaw flatware. They started rusting after a few months. For the amount they charge for their products, you’d expect better quality and customer service.

Never use the design service at Dallas store. They are horrible... "Fallon Benzenhoefer" was our designer who promised to deliver our furniture on time but after we placed the order ( more than 10 months before our expected delivery), she completely ghosted us and ignored all of our followup emails regarding the delivery and we ended up living in a new house without any furniture for over a month. She just took the sales commission and did not fulfill her obligation to monitor delivery that she promised. Later on, the store manager told us they will no longer service us because we used abusive language (complete lie) in the followup emails that she completely ignored. We spent $30k with them and it is unbelievable and that this is how we are treated by this store.

Walking into this store was like walking into the catalog. There is a ton of stuff and it's all arranged very well and tastefully. Staff was very friendly. I went in to return items from my wedding registry and they processed the return easily. A few of the drinking glasses we had received were chipped or cracked and they happily exchanged them. The staff was very friendly and helpful as I perused the store afterwards. I also really appreciated that they had stations set up to sample some of their candy. Only real drawback was the parking. The spots are all pretty narrow and quite a few people park across the lines which makes it hard to find a spot that is open and still large enough to fit even a compact car in.

Avoid the older(mid 80s) white woman at the checkout counter. I went in today, 7/25 approximately 1:16 pm, she saw me patiently waiting in line & decided to service someone else. Then…chimed in on me & Miguel’s conversation about citrus squeezers. If you see someone waiting for help, HELP THEM!! YOU WORK IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY. You’d think if you’re spending $200 on bath towels, you’d get decent service. Thanks to Miguel for helping me. UPDATE: returned everything I purchased, no longer shopping where I’m not welcomed. Why does their customer service keep leaving comments? What questions would I possibly have?

I wanted to leave a review regarding excellent customer service by Missy Slavin in sales at this store. I recently purchased a three piece sectional and the sales associate that I purchased from had moved. Typically if someone did not sell something to you they will not go above and beyond to help you Not the case for Missy. She has helped several times on this order that she did not get credit for. As a business owner with commissioned team members, I appreciate when the team works for the good of the client. I highly recommend you work with Missy on your purchases at this store. She cares!

I wanted to give a shoutout to Ryan, one of the managers at this Crate and Barrel location and head of the Registry Program. Ryan has gone above and beyond to help me with my registry items. I am actually moving right after the wedding, and he helped to change my address to registry gifts that were on backorder. He made the process smooth, offered me his contact information to check-in about the items delivery status, spoke to me about other registry perks and "must-knows", and even helped me pick out some of his favorite items. Thank you for your exemplary customer service Ryan!!

The Crate & Barrel location on Knox in Dallas is the BEST overall! The staff member who greeted us at the door gave a very warm and inviting welcome. She proceeded to let us know that the shopping baskets were sanitized and offered masks and hand sanitizer if/when needed. The store was very clean, organized and stocked. Mary, our cashier, was extremely helpful and patient. She took her time assisting us and didn’t make us feel rushed. Huge thanks to all of the staff who offered their assistance, the shopping experience was AMAZING. We will definitely be back soon.

I love this furniture store a lot. They have a variety of sofas and kitchen products. Also, the prices are decent and affordable. Crate and Barrel have an innovative software that can design an entire floor plan for free consultation. A month ago I acquired two Petrie Sofas, 6 x 10 rug, corner table and a coffee glass table. Those items gave my apartment an exotic magical touch. I highly recommend anyone who wants to be helped should meet The Design Expert "Les Garretson." He is so helpful and supportive, Les strives for his customer's satisfaction and happiness.

Not sure how they have so many good reviews. I went in and was completely ignored by the staff. I know they ignored me because they would look at me but then not bother with me. Not sure if its because how I was dressed or maybe because I look to young to be dropping a lot of money there? Apparently this is common with a lot of people from what I've heard. Ended up just going to Pottery Barn and was actually able to purchase some furniture. Needless to say I wont be spending any money at any Crate and Barrel.

I purchased a marble dining table in early September from this store and I was told by the in sales person that it will have about 5-7 week lead time. It’s almost end of January and I’m still waiting… Don’t even trust the 10-12 weeks that the webpage shows on the lead time. It’s almost 5 months now! I did not experience such a delay with any other furniture manufacturer! It is really frustrating and their customer service says you just have to wait. Until when? Only God knows!

Thanks to Ashley at the Knox store I would have walked out! After nearly 20 minutes not one person asked if I needed any help etc. When she saw me she spoke and assisted with my purchase. Chase also intervened because what I was looking for was his dept. I ended up with an even better choice thanks to him. I should add Jeff was also helpful in grabbing my original choice. They are the only reason I made a purchase and the only reason for the two stars! I almost walked out!

Customer service is 5/5. Products are 5/5. Prices are 2/5. For some items the prices make sense, but for many, many others the dollar amounts quickly dip into insanity. Don't get me wrong, I love this store and my entire flat is filled with its merchandise, but y'all realize your foot stools and blankets shouldn't cost as much as your flat screen TV, right? Some of the most patient, understanding salespeople I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with, though.

Ordered a sleeper sofa back in September. Was promised a 10-11 week wait time plus 1-2 week delivery time. The sofa after 13 weeks just arrived and the earliest Crate & Barrel can deliver is 3 weeks out. 16 weeks to get a piece of furniture is unacceptable and their service people defend the lack of timely service. If you order a sofa beware! We were hoping to have received the furniture for family that was visiting over the holidays.

Thank you to the kind staff here! Every time I come here, I get awesome service. Fallan, Charlie and Johna (?) and others were all so helpful and friendly. Even let me borrow on of their phone chargers and also saved me a trip to Target by letting me know they had nespresso machines as well. Twice I’ve been hurriedly outfitting private jets and they’ve been so nice checking stock over phone as well as in store. Thank you!

Horrible management! I live an hour away, so I called in advance to check item availability, and ability to price match Pyrex’s price online. Once here, the manger refused to do the price match stating they won’t match Pyrex’s sale price, only the regular price. If I’d known that, I would’ve just had it shipped and saved myself 2 hours drive. They saved the store $12 but lost a repeat customer.

I ordered a custom sofa with the Crate and Barrel design software. It arrived with white glove service. It is beautiful! The delivery company killed it with customer service and delivery. Unboxed it all, Set everything up. Cleaned up their mess. everyone had mask and gloves on. They left with no drama. Ahhh! Wish every company could be like this! Clean, Fast & professional!

Came in to start our wedding registry and had a great experience. Entire staff was helpful in getting us set up, but Charles stood out when we got to kitchen ware. He spent around 20 minutes explaining the differences in knives and frying pan sets, and offered a lot of advice that really helped us make a decision. Great experience overall!

Low quality dust fabric cover and it was not attached to the couch properly. There is a big hole which defeated the purpose of a dust cover. For the price of a customed couch, you could at least do a good job. I am not happy about the service either, reported this via text 3 days ago and no one has the decency to respond.

Great place for most everything in your home. They have some great products but also some not so great, cheaply made items. Their couches are nice but super pricey. The best part of create an barrel is their wedding registry policy. Love this place. Only 4 stars due to the high price of furniture and towels.

Purchase faux plants elsewhere - tried to purchase 2 large plants here - preferred the floor model over options provided from warehouse. Manager explained floor models are not available for purchase because they are both taller and fuller than the models available for purchase.

Terrible experience shopping and picking up my online order. They forgot half of my entire order and I had to come the next day for the rest. HUGE waste of time. “Sorry for our negligence” simply doesn’t cut it. Great way to lose customers. I’ll stick with West Elm.

I bought a 4 folio Saddle Top grain leather Dining chairs . I used only one chair. The chair lost the color . I sent four e mail to Crate and Barrel customer service and not response yet. The leather look bad . We have taken very good care of the chairs .

I love the Crate product but the customer service here seems a bit islow and disorganized, and not always as friendly as I expect from C&B. Maybe it was just a couple of off days or associates. But maybe online and shipping is my new friend.

First time here, staff was great! They were a little short handed, but didn't let that slow them down as we purchased about 9 different styles of glasses to build up our new kitchen and bar areas. Customer service makes all the difference!

Lots of nice furniture, if you can afford it. It's quite expensive. I didn't like the color scheme of the furniture. It's all bland, beige and white everything. But I guess that's just the Modern style unfortunately.

Store does not honor prices of final sale items. Store manager Michael stated that “we put the wrong tag on the item” and that “you can buy this table full price”. Horrible customer service. Own up to your mistakes.
