My momma passed away 3yrs ago this April and she left instructions to be cremated she lived on $1,400 a month widows pension and the state wouldnt do it cause the income limit is $1,100 so I starting calling around and come in contact with Chuck and he told me $1,800 to cremate her I told him I couldn't afford that so he gave me a # to a place that would do it for $900 then right before I hung up he said you know what ma'am I'll do it for $900 and I said ok so he gave me a $1,000 discount. My little sister unfortunately passed last fall, and Heide and Chuck were so wonderful and caring. The best part about them was that they were so open to us- and they provided me with an experience that I know not everyone would have. I think of them often, which is what brought me here 9 months later to write a review. Very grateful for them.

The Crawford's are so caring and helpful. They are also very reasonably priced. I can't imagine having to deal with a mortuary company where you are pushed to buy more expensive items while you are in grief. That is not the case here.

A recent family death brought me in very close touch with both Chuck and Heide Crawford. They made themselves available 24/7, explained the cremation process clearly, and were ever so patient and kind. I highly recommend them.

This is the best mortuary service in Nashville. Chuck and Heidi are warm professional and very compassionate. They go above and beyond.

The owner has no respect for people. He thinks he is top of line and beyond comparison to anyone else.
