I would like to give my highest praise for, and recommendation of, Neptune should cremation be chosen for a loved one. Although Dad had been hospitalized for a bit, his death on the Sunday when it occurred was unexpected (we thought he had at least a few days left to pursue options). Dad was fully mentally alert before life support was to be disconnected (he had reached an objective end to available, beneficial treatment for his heart and kidneys) and he told me: “Use Neptune.” After we ended our conversation (my final one with Dad; we did have an opportunity to talk about things other than “business,” reviewing happy moments in our family), I got right on the phone. On a weekend, and within an hour, I spoke with an after-hours Neptune representative who took the basic information and said I would be hearing from a local representative the next morning. In the meantime, Neptune would do all the work with the hospital to take custody of Dad. All I had to do was call the hospital and let them know it would be Neptune, which I did. So, within an hour of calling Neptune and hearing from the after-hours representative that they would take everything from there, I could turn fully back to Dad and also my Mom who was with him in the hospital – I unfortunately could not be there from out-of-state (am in a vulnerable category with COVID-19 and could not travel). In the circumstances, they spent a wonderful final day together, including calls to many family and friends, until Dad began to fade and the time was right for him to pass. Thanks to Neptune and no need for me to worry about “business,” I could devote all my thoughts and prayers to my parents, all afternoon and into the evening. Promptly the next morning (Monday), I received a call from the local Neptune representative, Lori. She could not have been nicer or more compassionate, while at the same time diving into the “business” details. I was new to the whole process (Dad was the first death in our family), and I made a few rookie missteps. Lori patiently and at no extra charge corrected everything, and we finally got it right. The remote document review and signing available to a remote person like me worked perfectly. Although I know Neptune has other simultaneous clients, I truly felt that Dad was an important and personal priority – not just another business transaction. And while there can be factors beyond Neptune’s control delaying a family’s receipt of the ashes, for us we had Dad’s ashes by Thursday afternoon – 3 business days after Dad’s passing (4 days altogether), and which included a stop for tissue donation (Dad had checked that box on his driver’s license and his skin was suitable for donation to burn victim skin grafting – whether an actual procedure or training and research) – Neptune coordinated that transfer as well. I thought the price was very reasonable, and especially Lori’s no-extra-charge correction of my missteps (and totally my fault) and then such things as a second overnight mail of a death certificate copy to our local attorney. I am not hoping to have an occasion to use the services of Neptune again any time soon, but when that does occur, I will call them again for their beyond-excellent work.
When my mom passed away a few years ago, I requested information from a few local cremation options. Since 2017 I have been receiving soliciting phone calls regarding 'my previous inquiry', as they call it. I have asked on numerous occasions to be removed from their call list- which has never happened. This morning, I received yet another call. Normally, I let the sales person give their pitch and just simply say I am not interested and ask to be removed. This morning, however, I wasn't interested in hearing the pitch and before the gentleman got started giving the details, I tried to ask that I be removed from the call list. The gentleman proceeded to scream at me telling me that I was interrupting him, demanded he be allowed to finish and while still screaming, demanded over and over to know why I was so rude. I had to hang up because he would not let me speak, much less ask to be taken off their call list. So, in efforts to answer his question- I am rude because: 1) I have asked to be taken off you list no less than 5 times in the last 2 years which has yet to occur. 2) You called me for my business and then proceeded to scream at me and 3) and this is the most important so please understand, I am rude because I buried my mom at the age of 28 when she very suddenly passed away at 54, so my 'interest' was not out of curiosity nor was it interest for future sales opportunities- this isn't like I reached out trying to quote out a security system and you are just following up on a sales lead. Every single time I receive a phone call regarding my interest in Neptune it is literally using my mom's passing as a soliciting tool and I am honestly, just really really tired of it. I am getting married in a week and my mom won't be there- so today I was rude to you for the first time in two years because today, your phone call and berating behavior danced all-over my last nerve to tolerate your sales team and their ridiculous behavior.
The office manager was the rudest most uncompassionate person I have ever dealt with in this type of circumstance She made accusations at our family stating all we are interested in is getting a death certificate to get money. We lost our father to cancer. Even though we knew there was no money for us or anything We spent money and time to be at his side until his last breath. We thought he had his burial plans in order but he did not. We did not know any plans for sure except this company picked him up and took him 2 hours away from where his home was and stated we owe them money if you want him cremated. We had no money. We were going to sell items in his house to get the money for his ashes but his neighbors gutted my dad's house and stole all his personal items worth anything. I wanted to comply with my dad's wish to have his ashes thrown in the gulf in Florida where we live. But finances made it impossible. We asked for a death certificate for my mother for social security after they were married Olmos 20 years and she never remarried. This office manager was very loud and rude to us. Calling us money grubbers and how dare we leave this poor man in a cooler. It was hard enough going through watching my father die, which he kept his illness a secret until the end, but to be put through such vulgar unprofessional emotional distress was un called for. She was uninterested in listening to what we had to say she was very unhelpful . She is definitely in the wrong business. I deal with hospice patients everyday being in health care. I was appauled with her demeanor. When I called to reach out to someone else about this person ,this woman put me on hold and put this woman back on the phone and she attacked once again. My fathers only 4 children are left with nothing but grief. No ashes, no finances, no death certificate. NO Response from the company on this post
My mother in law recently passed away from COVID. Not only has she paid $1600 for cremation services, she actually had worked for Neptune Society as a sales associate. When contacted to make arrangements for cremation, we were told she’s not in their system and that unless we can find a card the size of credit card, then we are out of luck. We KNOW that she purchased this service as we have seen the missing card, in the past. So, on top of the grief of losing her mother, my wife has been forced to try to dig through every single thing her mother owned (additionally sorrowful for her) in an effort to find this card (no luck). So, we have had to come up with the money for the cremation, ourselves, because it seems that Neptune cannot, or will not, honor any claim for service without this card. Im sure insurance companies would love to be able to deny paying benefits, based upon whether a policyholder can find the policy, but they’re held to a higher standard, and are forced to pay. I don’t know what to make of this company. Are they uncaring? Are they simply trying to get out of honoring services that were pre-paid? Are they really so disorganized they they cannot identify any records associated with anyone without the number on this magical card? Aside from dealing with the death, itself, this situation created by Neptune has truly been the worst part of an already heartbreaking process of settling the estate and affairs. We feel that the money pre-paid was stolen, and that there had been no care or concern on the part of Neptune Society, at all, and that there has been no effort to provide any assistance or relief, of any description. We feel we have been treated with shameful disregard at a time that was already horrifically difficult.
First of all, I will say that the salesman, Nick, was EXTREMELY nice and professional. I really liked him. It was the COMPANY that is the problem. Nick had no choice in the matter. I was given TWO contracts. ONE was for the Cremation services. $1100 plus $499 for the "Loving Memory" service for family. I added on $549 for the travel service in case I pass away out of town. OK. Good. Then I purchased the "RETAIL PACKAGE" that included the fancy box, candle, etc. It was an additional $1309.91 (including tax). There was NOTHING on either contract LINKING these as some kind of special price. They were independent contracts and signed independently by purchaser/me, and seller. After I got home and read the description i found that the cremation itself included a "cardboard box" urn, which for my family will be all they will need. They just aren't in to the fancy box stuff. So I called in to the office and told them I want to CANCEL the RETAIL contract. Well, yes, they said. I can cancel the RETAIL part, but then the Cremation part increases another $1100 or so!!! So in essence, I am FORCED to purchase that $1300 box from them, or pay this amount in an up-charge pass through profit that they get for contracting with a funeral home. This is unethical. Why would I want to do business with this company?
I used this service when my Mom passed 3 years ago & after the ordeal of losing the most important person in my life, I failed to post this review because I was mourning my loss. Time speeds by, but one constant nagging memory is what this place put me & my sister through. It was not a peaceful loving experience. Once they picked up my Mom, I was supposed to be able to get her ashes in a normal allotted time. This place continued to tell me the reason for this unprecedented wait was due to being understaffed or a change in management issue. NEWSFLASH if you can't handle the amount of business due to staff, this is not a business that you delay a family in receiving their loved one because of your incompetence!!! It took them forever to get my Mom's ashes back to me. Not to mention ITS ENTIRELY WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! DO YOUR RESEARCH. There are companies that provide this service for a fraction of the cost and quickly follow through. Losing someone and already being vulnerable.. dying should not be a lucrative business! I am sharing this experience, so that I can save someone else the agony. No need to add more of a bad memory to an already painful experience!!!
I contacted Neptune several years ago when my husband requested to be cremated and it became apparent his Parkinson’s was progressing. I was contacted by sales representative who was very professional and empathetic to our needs and situation. Neptune provided a wonderful packet with all their options. At the time, I felt his health was not bad enough to make final arrangements. Unfortunately, he experienced a very rapid decline and passed away before I finalized his arrangements. Despite this, as soon as I reached out to our sales representative, she quickly started everything in motion. She followed through on every step to make sure our needs were met. I very soon received a call from the funeral director, who was empathetic, professional and was very supportive through out the entire process. He provided detailed instructions and options every step of the way. He made this process so easy that family members that were planning more conventional burials are now considering cremation.
I recently experienced the loss of my dear husband and due to his foresight, we had made pre-arrangements through the Neptune Society to handle our final arrangements when the time came. This was the best decision we could have made. I have not experienced any of the stress I’ve seen many people deal with at the death of their loved one. The Neptune society contacted me once they had my husband in their care, spoke with me to answer any questions I had, emailed me and again called on several occasions to assure I knew what was happening- they were very kind and compassionate. I cannot tell you the peace of mind I have knowing my final arrangements are in the hands of the Neptune society. Knowing that this final event of my life will be taken care of and it will not add more trauma at a difficult time, it pleases me that I’ve done my best for my loved ones.
We worked with Stephanie Sylvester when my mother passed in 2022. Stephanie was extremely prompt and available in assisting us, especially in the beginning when we were confused as to why our mother’s body was not taken to the funeral home we’d chosen. Once we were convinced to accept Neptune’s preferred vendor, however, we were no longer able to reach Stephanie. I left daily messages, initially to try to get the link for her memorial service onto the website, and as those went unanswered to see if we might get the link to the replay. For over a week. My calls were not once returned, and I was told that no one else could help since she was assigned to us. I understand that Stephanie may have had personal reasons for being unavailable, but I do wish then that Neptune had a way to ensure that our family was able to receive assistance when needed.
Cremation is not for everyone, but if it is your choice, Neptune Society is the best answer I have found. It is the complete package. They pick up the body, notify the people you have listed, make funeral arrangement (if desired), and furnish the urn for the ashes. They give you a beautiful wooden box with memorial pieces and book that has a ton of useful information plus all of your information on notification and other things. My family lives far away and are elderly like me. After have to deal with my sister's death a couple of years ago, it became evident that my death would also be a burden. This way, they do not have to travel or make any of the arrangements. Neptune does it all. They even give you "Thank You" cards to write in advance to friends and relatives. It is such a wonderful service at an affordable price.
My husband passed on Jan. 4, 2023. I went to the internet to obtain prices for a cremation. I called several places before calling Neptune. I was met with what I felt like coldness, until I reached Tracy in the Knoxville location. I was quoted prices a little cheaper than Neptune but Tracy's compassion won me over. She has treated me like a friend (& I really feel like I have made a friend). I called no one else after reaching her & have not regretted it one bit. I even pre-planned my cremation through her. She is not a "sales" person with the company, but she probably could be. She is wonderful, compassionate and timely. I felt comfortable in reaching out to her with questions and/'or requests. I would recommend Neptune Society to anyone & I pray lots more people get met by Tracy & her compassion!
I am writing this review for my long time friend whose name appears here. Linda recently passed and she and her husband had set up a service program with Neptune. My name is Joan and i have been assisting Linda's husband with his needs. I personally dealt with Neptune - namely Lori Gregory, Location Manager, who could not have been of more assistance as i fumbled my way through this paper nightmare created on someone's passing. I am from out of state, and she expedited all of my needs to assist me, enabling me to return home. I can't say enough about the procedures carried out by Neptune. Fast, efficient, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Get your pre-planning done, and your wishes will be done very efficiently.
My aunt and uncle used the Neptune Society so no one would have to worry about their final arrangements. My uncle died, and the entire process after his death was a disaster. It took 12 days for his death certificate to get signed which delayed his cremation and funeral. This caused my aunt an incredible amount of pain and suffering. It took my sister calling the hospital several times to find out the wrong doctor was listed and the paperwork just sat there. What were we paying the Neptune Society for? They couldn’t find this out and quickly rectify the situation? My aunt had a policy with them and we canceled it. We would not want her body and life to be disrespected in this way. Buyer beware.
My husband passed away unexpectedly last month. Because we had made arrangements through Neptune Society, the process of saying goodbye was so much easier. I cannot say enough about Stephanie who handled all the details. She is one of the most caring, compassionate people I've had the pleasure to meet. She took care of every detail of the service and made each member of our family feel comfortable and comforted throughout our saddest moments. She greeted me with a much needed hug each time we met and she shared my sorrow. At a time for me filled with loss, confusion, fear and sorrow, I felt surrounded by the help and care I needed. Thank you so much, Stephanie...you are truly a blessing
From the initial meeting with the Neptune Representative, it was very sympathetic, professional and supportive. When I had to go to the office to finalize paperwork, the funeral director, Mr Padgett had a finesse that was not only emotionally supportive but a lightness of brevity that was appreciated. Mr. Padgett made sure everything, and I mean everything, went smoothly during the celebration of life service. I had a specific necklace that holds a loved ones ashes; he made sure I had that on prior to the service. In short, if cremation is what you/a loved one desires, this organization comes highly recommended by myself.
We purchased our cremation packages from Neptune Society years ago. When my husband recently passed I wasn't sure how the process would work. Mr. Opie Padgett called me and walked me through everything that would be taking place. He helped my family as we were going through each step. On the day my husband's ashes were ready, he made a special trip to my home to deliver them. He made sure that they were properly placed in his urn. We would to thank Neptune Society, especially Mr. Padgett for going out of their way when we were going through such a hard time. Now my children know what to expect when I pass.
Opie did a phenomenal job fulfilling our contract with Neptune Society. We had prearranged cremation services. Opie was personable, professional, a great listener, and was adept at anticipating our needs for support. For example, I spontaneously showed him a picture of my mom. He took one look at that picture, beat us to Woodlawn, and chose a lipstick color for her that she would have chosen herself. She would have been so pleased (because she would have haunted me if I had sent her off without her lipstick)! Thank you, Opie - for your kindness, your sensitivity, and especially, your (appropriate) humor.
I have had the experience of being able to use the Neptune Society of Nashville/Brentwood in August 2020 for my dad and in March 2021 for my mom. I highly recommend them. The process is easy and they take the stress out of having to deal with arrangements unless you choose to have a service of some kind. I am so thankful my parents had already prepaid and had this all set up and left me with one less thing I had to do. They are very reasonably priced, and if you set it up in advance, they used to set up a payment plan, they did for my dad, so I am guessing they still do. It is the way to do things!
Our experience with the Neptune Society was so positive on every level. From the first meeting during which they followed the tone my husband and I set, which was to approach end of life arrangements in a positive and humorous manner. The cost of their services are half of what one would pay in a typical funeral home. And lastly, after my husband had passed, they handled everything efficiently and with great warmth, compassion and sensitivity. I too have made my end of life arrangements with The Neptune Society and I’m very happy with that decision.
We purchased a prepaid cremation plan from Neptune Society for my mother in 2018. She passed away on December 3, 2021 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN (BTW we highly recommend Alive Hospice if you are ever faced with that need). The Hospice staff contacted Neptune and in short order made the arrangements to transport my mother's body. We also spoke with the Neptune staff and they were very helpful in navigating the process. The cremation took longer than we expected but otherwise we had a very good experience with Ariel and the Neptune Society.
My parents arranged their cremation with the Nashville, TN Neptune Society in 2015. This was such a gift to my family. My father passed away a couple of weeks ago, and the day after his passing we received a call from Stephanie from Neptune Society. Every interaction we have had with her has been seamless, loving, and informative. She has lightened our burden during this difficult time. If you are considering cremation I recommend, without reservation, the Neptune Society.
I absolutely love the thought that my daughter doesn't have to do anything but call Neptune Society when I pass and they will take care of the rest. I got my box through the mail and it came with a candle holder, candle, my Urn, a book to leave messages or any important documents and information that my daughter will need for my estate. This is so simple and the Urn and box is absolutely beautiful. Anyone who is looking to get cremation will love this.
Steve, my Neptune advisor was outstanding. I wanted to save my family the angst of having to handle my final arrangements and so after doing a lot of research I finally found Steve at Neptune in Sevierville TN and he came to my home and for a very reasonable cost (3,000 total to be payed in monthly installments, my end will be done by Neptune and my family freed of these trying details. Give Neptune a call; you'll be glad you did
I would add five more stars to this review because I'm so satisfied so happy my children are happy with my box and everything in it we're very excited about the arrangements thank you for being there I'm so thankful for finding you all I have no worries now and thank you for the person and gentlemen that took time to think about us all and start this foundation. I will always be grateful and thankful for the Neptune society.
We worked with the Neptune Society to cremate my dad in 2019 and my mom in 2023. The service is incredible. The staff we worked with in each instance were professional, caring, respectful and helpful. They show you a variety of options and services, but are not pushy about upselling. They make sure that your/your family's wishes are followed. I can tell that the staff really care about their work and serving families.
My experience with them was very smooth and I felt very cared for through the whole process. The staff is an amazing group of individuals that really take what they do seriously. They are very caring and professional and will make sure the process is as easy for you as it can be. It was a difficult time but working with them made it easier than I thought it would be. Thank you Neptune Society.
They sent a paper saying "Time Waits For No One" to the address of my freind. Who's mother had died of cancer. What the hell is wrong with this company. what if that had come right after her mother was diagnosed and her mother read that? how would that have made her feel. how do they think that made her daughter feel? this company needs to look at itself and ask if what it is doing is ethical.
Compared to some of these reviews, I must have dealt with a different Neptune Society. Everyone I met, from the first phone call, to the sit-down to arrange everything, everyone was supportive. As for the price as one review expressed, We wanted the absolute basic, not because of me being cheap, we're following my wife's request. The cost here was over a $1,000.00 cheaper.
I was surprised that folks I talked to in Tennessee hadn't heard of Neptune Society yet. It was the first place I thought of when considering cremation for my Mom. They were great to work with. I would recommend them from start to finish, even down to the detail of carrying my Mom's ashes out to the car and buckling her in. That made me believe how much they cared.
I highly recommend Neptune Society. Suffering a loss is devastating to say the least. Having lost my Dad I knew his request was for cremation and I had to honor his last wish. I chose Neptune Society after talking with via phone. Upon meeting with them I knew I made the right decision having them take care of my Dad. They are amazing, sympathetic, warm and sincere.
The Neptune Society's service was great. They helped me through my wife's Cremation and followed up with me afterwards to help in anyway possible even to this day. Look them up and consider using them. It was so good to not have to worry about it because we opted to pay for their services in advance through small monthly payments. Thank you Neptune Society staff.
When my dad passed, I was in Pittsburgh and he was living in Nashville. I was overwhelmed with how to handle the arrangements long distance. Ariel Boyle was there for me throughout the process, and I will never forget her kindness and warmth. The Neptune Society is lucky to have her, and I feel blessed to have crossed paths with her during this difficult time.
I was so amazed at how Neptune took care of everything from moving my husband's body from the hospital to the cremation. We had purchased the plans from Neptune not really realizing all that they do at the time of death to his funeral here in Smyrna, TN. We are so grateful for the Funeral Director's kindness and Thank you all, Linda Michael and families.
Ariel Boyle of Neptune Society was by far the sweetest, kindest, and warmest person I’ve ever met. They are very lucky to have her on their staff. When my Father passed, I felt very alone. Ariel made me feel like I had a friend from the very first time I spoke to her. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. Thank you Ariel…I’ll never forget you :)
My mother had prearranged her own cremation because she wanted her passing to be easy on everyone. When that day came, we called the number that she gave us, and they took care of everything. Everyone, Mr. Padgett in particular, was kind and compassionate and conscientiously kept us informed with updates throughout the process. We are grateful for them.
Everything about neptune was a easy experience. Stephanie made sure that we understood everything and walked us through it. I however didn't appreciate having to help the person that picked my brother up. He was a older gentleman sent my himself to pick him up. Me and my niece had to help move my brother's remains only 2 hours after his death.
Lori is with me every step of the way. I highly recommend the Neptune Society. From the signup a few years ago, to now, needing their services, they have been there for me. They were very respectful and friendly when they came to pick up my husband's body. And Lori has been so helpful and kind during this tough time. Thank you for everything!
Pre-planning for end of life was essential to our family. We both signed with Neptune because of the services provided at a reasonable cost. The representatives were very professional and at the time of death, the staff was compassionate and supportive. I would whole-heartedly recommend Neptune for planning your end of life experience.
We were all new to Nashville when Mom passed away at home and we would not have known where to begin. The Neptune Society took care of every detail from the moment she was gone until we put her to rest in Buffalo NY. All it took was a couple of phone calls. It's an amazing 'service' that anyone who loves their family should consider.
Neptune should have been able to look up the client by their Social Security number! I'm now thinking twice of using you people. In California, Neptune is wonderful. My father passed in San Diego and they went and picked him p and brought him back to Santa Monica. I wouldn't be surprised if Nashville Neptune would charge mileage.
Neptune was my first experience with cremation. It was my brother. Stephanie was there for me every step of the way answering every question quickly and professionally . They are very caring , and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are also very affordable . Thank you all for everything during the loss of my brother.
James was great to work with following my mothers passing. He went as far as to drive to our home on a Sunday on his own time to deliver paperwork. We had great updates per phone calls and emails about the process and what to expect. After this experience my wife and I will be contacting them for our cremation plans.
Outstanding! James and his team we're awsome! Very professional and patient with my sister and I they went beyond to assist us in our journey. Thank you all so much for you hard work in making this process just bit more tolerable. My Morther made a great choice for her final wishes with Neptune, God bless Thank you!
Neptune Society made the passing of my husband of 45 years easier. I was overwhelmed with trying to handle my grief, along with all that needed to done. The office in Nashville was so kind and caring. Thanks to Stephanie Sylvester, and Marshall hostettler for Answering ALL my questions and handling my concerns.
The representative was very professional and answered all of our questions. She was so thorough we had very few questions to ask. It is a relief to know that this is taking care of and our children won't have to make the final decisions. If your plans are for cremation I highly recommend the Neptune society.
Awesome staff. Our brother passed in Tennessee and the society met our need to get him to Florida. Family that attended the service were very pleased. During time for arrangements and follow up with us they walked us through and have been wonderful checking in on us. Our family is very thankful for Neptune.
I had a great experience with Stephanie after my father passed. He was in a different state from me when he died but Neptune took care of everything. I so appreciated not having to worry about his arrangements as I needed my energy to be on processing his death. I highly recommend The Neptune Society.
We met with our Neptune Society counselor a couple of weeks ago at a local coffee shop. Everything was so easy and relaxed. We wanted to take care of our cremation plans so our children didn't have to struggle with last minute decisions. We cannot say enough good things about the help Beth gave us.
My brother past away in February. Lori Gregory helped us get through a difficult time. She worked beyond what her job was to help get things took care of for my brother. She was caring and understanding. She showed compassion in our rime of need . I can't think her enough for all she done.
We were dealing with an out of region death. Neptune services were superb. Even though my brother had not previously enrolled the staff not only took care of his remain with reverence but problem solved for us. Compassionate, professional, networked, timely. What more can I say. Pat King
Our family is most happy with all handling and procedures in the final handling of the mortal remains of our departed family member. All persons involved were sensitive and very professional in there handling of our loved ones remains. A sincere thanks to Neptune Society Nashville.
Very amicable staff, knowledgeable with military arrangements, very easy to work with and available for questions. Would definitely use their services again. They made it easy for family to rely on them to do the right thing so family could care for each other and grieve together.
I have nothing but good things to say about Neptune Society. They were invaluable after my Dad passed away on February 10, 2017 and again when my Mom passed away on August 21, 2021. Plus, Ariel and Elizabeth are very nice and great to work with. Highly recommend Neptune Society.
The compassionate people at the Neptune Society ensure your family's grieving process is eased with their professional options and kind hearted, welcoming, grieve with you employees. Losing loved ones is hard enough, make it at least one thing easier and entrust this group!
My dad made arrangements before he passed and they really took care of us at such a horrible time. My husband and I have recently signed up, our kids will appreciate it. Thomas came to our home, took his time, answered all of our questions, was very nice and knowledgeable.
Neptune Society has provided us a measure of comfort knowing our wishes will be carried out. Plus our only child will not have to be burdened with more than a phone call to Neptune Society for our arrangements. They hace bern very professional in their dealings with us.
I wish that Neptune Society would remove me from any future mail outs! Between the mail outs and the Telemarketers for Neptune Society they are nothing but a pain. I would never ever use or recommend Neptune Society 1187 Old Hickory Blvd #100, Brentwood, TN 37027...
Don Admire was very professional, personable and explained everything to us very well. He answered all of out questions and there was no pressure. I would recommend the Neptune Society without hesitation. Thank you Don for making this an easy decision.
Lori and the team at the Brentwood location of the Neptune Society are just the best. Very helpful and respectful. It is such a stressful time that you go through in dealing with the loss of a loved one, and they make it so much easier...THANK YOU!!!!!
Wonderful company, when my father passed away, they were there for anything I needed, and even reached out and made sure I was OK after. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I am deeply thankful for the service they provided.
This place is very professional and have a staff that is very caring. They go up and above to ensure that feelings are first and foremost in time of need. Opie and Stephanie have the best customer relations that I have ever seen.
