My mom passed very suddenly and unexpected on a Friday. The medical examiners took her and did what they had to do, but did not prepare us for it. I called Nashville Cremation Center at 6am on Monday morning and I was called back immediately by Ms. Beth and we talked about direct cremation. My mom was not released until Tuesday and with all the paperwork it was unlikely that I would get her remain back before Sunday when I had to fly back home. Through the power of Ms. Beth and her wonderful team I got her back on Friday and was extremely grateful to have her with me. Ms. Beth not only handled my mother with care, but she also managed my family and I with our thousands of calls and emails. If I had anyone left to set up arraignment for I would absolutely use Ms. Beth and the Nashville Cremation Center again. I am forever grateful!

I have buried many family members over the years but this has been the absolute worst place to deal with. I would never recommend going here.The website had a price listed ,they quoted a different price price over the phone and added a 1000.00 dollars after we got there. Then they said they could accept donation payments and when people called they told them they couldn't take the payments. They told us we could pay the final balance the morning of the viewing and then called back and said it had to be paid the day before by 5. I am so shocked that we were lied to so many times during such a hard and painful time.

I couldn’t have prayed for an easier process for a difficult situation. Nathaniel was so professional, empathic and helpful. He is a man of his word. I live in Virginia and my veteran dad unexpectedly passed away in Tennessee. Nathaniel made sure everything was taken care of and even had the forethought to suggest an upgraded container when I could not, specifically, voice what I was thinking. One can definitely tell that Nathaniel takes pride in and has been providing this service for a while. Nathaniel, I can’t thank you enough for my peace of mind during this process. God bless you!

December 09/2017 we lost our third imitate family member, to natural causes. 04/11/2017 we lost our baby sister to stage 4 Breast Cancer, 07/31/2017 we lost our mother to COPD and our baby brother to Acute Aspiration Pneumonia and Septic Shock. Hard as it has been, baby brother (61) wishes were to be Cremated. From the first call from the hospital to Nashville Cremation Center, Nathaniel, has walked our family through such a difficult time, ending when we picked, baby brother remains, compassionate, leaving us with peace. Beth is the owner/operator & she does a fabulous job taking care of everything. She's respectful, kind, caring, and funny. Her forms of communication are on point. There's something about losing loved ones that makes this super hard. She's not in this business to take advantage. She's in this business to care for others when their loved ones pass. Thank you for making this easier on us and thank you for making the tears disappear while doing paperwork.

I'm very thankful for the way everyone took care of my mother. They knew how important she is to me and was there for me and her. The only thing that I would have changed was for them to relate to my mother as... "We have your mother ready for you." I was pretty emotional when they referred to her as cremated remains. That kinda made me feel nauseated. But, I really do appreciate everything else and the way things were handled. Thank you Beth.

Really Oughta get 10 stars because they were that good. My Mom passed suddenly and I didn't have a plan in place... I called (at 2am) and They were calm, helpful and professional. Literally took care of everything, promptly and professionally. I was exhausted and stressed out (obviously) BUT Nathaniel made sure everything got taken care of AND it was really affordable. Nashville Crematory Center is WONDERFUL and I would highly recommend them. They are a smaller company with a big heart! My father passed rather unexpectedly and we found ourselves with limited resources for his arrangements. Their pricing was very reasonable and Beth was amazing! I am so thankful for her kindness and guidance through such a difficult time !!

Beth was so accommodating and understood my needs. Everything went smoothly even though I live out of state. I few hiccups were resolved with ease. I highly recommend them to anyone who have not had to handle the death of a love one. I was comfortable making decisions and honoring my loved one's final wishes. The staff at Nashville Cremation Center were extremely helpful. I contacted them with questions and they immediately called me back and gave answers in full details. Not only did they help with my questions, they made me feel confident in my selection.
