We went on a slow Saturday afternoon for a late lunch (around 2pm, 4 tables with costumers). It was our first time. We thought the menu was a little bit pricey but we were eager to try the PB & J burger - what a special combo! We ordered and waited for 30 minutes... the waitress arrived with plates but gave them to the table next to us. The guy took a few fries and lifted the bun of his burger. We looked because we were very disappointed that they received their plates before us - we ordered 10 to 15 minutes before them. The waitress came back to give us utensils and said it wouldn't be long. At the same time, the couple next to us said 'Miss, it's not what we ordered. We ordered the philly. The waitress lifted the plates from their table and DROPPED THEM ON OURS! My wife said to her 'You're giving us meals that they touched? for the waitress to say 'Oh... they touched it? and she just stood there. My wife then said 'I am very sorry but we are gonna leave. The waitress asked us why to which I replied 'We were very hungry when we arrived and we waited 30+ minutes, we can't wait anymore. The waitress followed us with the plates and said 'Sorry that you're so hungry, I can pack those meals if you want to eat them on the go. Again - food that someone else's touched. That last response really showed us how much she didn't understand the real issue. We left with no food.

Fabulous place for meals and party at the same time!! The decor is western chic with barrels, barns wood and cast iron all over…… outside in finishing in the open area so it feels like outdoor western village ….. there is also a show stage and a dedicated dance floor for bands and party goers who want to dance a bit!!! As the night we had dinner , there was a band, “ event dinner was served”. Although limited choices, every dish ordered was tasty and flavourful. They really try to bring the outback ambiance into Ottawa suburb area. Warm lighting and girls selling beers out of bathtubs all all …. Great food, excellent band and d’aboulies ambiance!!! Definitely will be back here again!!! Tip: check out their weekly special menu before you order. Some amazing deals on drinks and food everyday!!! Tip2: make advance reservations. Especially on weekend and when there is a game at Canadian tire centre. Tip 3: make a late dinner reservation if you want to eat and party at the same time and place!!! You have a better seat choice and no worry about floating around. Also, they usually charge a cover after 9 pm…… so be prepared. Social!!!!!

This was a recommendation from a coworker and it was a drive for me but I wanted to give them a try. Glad I did. I have the Chipotle Taco salad with added chicken and steak and it was very good. Not great but good. Quality was great as the amount was good but I’ve had larger salads for the price. I would order it again if I had the opportunity. The staff was very nice even thought it was close to about 9pm and it was raining out so the place was not packed. Sports on all the screens all over. The steak I added was great, but not enough for $12 extra, in my opinion. There are ALOt of other menus items I have got to try such as the apple crumble skillet, butoverall would I go back and or recommend: Yes.

Cool restaurant/ bar in a very commercial area. You can walk here from most of the hotels on north side of the 417. All sidewalk or parking lot. Visited on a Tuesday night and it was fairly quiet with the atmosphere pretty laid back. But it sounds like this is the go to bar on the west end of Ottawa. Very close to Canadian Tire Center for pre/ post game hangouts. I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and would highly recommend. They have a good selection of beer on tap and bottled as well.

Comfortable cowboy atmosphere with friendly and outgoing staff (albeit, I was there around 21:00 and the place was far from full). Good bar service, and my food arrived quickly. I really enjoyed the food, and would go back again. The rib steak was very good (not served on their signature griddle stone for good reason) but what really wowed me were the sides. Even at the end of the day, the seasonal vegetables were crisp and varied, and the baked beans were proper Southern style, homemade, not from a can. It was a proper meal.

best experience ever, the food is amazing each time, never have a complaint, reccomend trying the stone grill so fresh and juicy (too die for) I recommend the tenderloin from personal point of view its a must have, the service is good they always come by check if you need refills and if your enjoying your food, very polite, however if your looking for a place that is quite and bright this place is not for you. This is my favourite restaurant in all of ottawa and I always recommend it to all my friends and family to try it. ALWAYS DONE TO PERFECTION.

Food was very good. Service was decent enough, but not superb. Beer selection is pretty generic. They had 1 IPA on tap, everything else was domestic or American lager type craft. The atmosphere is classic over the top decorating, but it is beautiful inside. Very western vibe. It is quite dark, bring your glasses if you cannot see well or read in dark spaces.

I HAD always enjoyed the food and atmosphere at crazy horse until the person I was with got coldly "dress-coded" for wearing a cut-off shirt by a male worker who didn't bother telling us who they even were. No such dress code is advertised anywhere. The nice staff at Jack Astor's next door had the pleasure of telling me (with a free side on the house) that they're known to dress-code people on an interesting basis, amongst other things. So if you'd like to enjoy your time there make sure you're dressed like a nun!

You've gotta eat here! Well known locally, this place is the quintessential country bar in the area. People travel from afar to go. Apparently, the place turns into quite the nightclub after the dinner hour, which we did not stay for, but our dinner and service were top shelf. Fun to also be able to grill your own steak as well!!

Wow. Honey BBQ Chicken with a side of baked beans (like no other in the city) and a side of onion rings (tie for best in the city)...the best meal combos I have ever had in the Ottawa. Drink prices not excessive, very reasonable. Absolutely will be back for the daily specials. Lexi, our server was perfect as well. Excellent experience, totally worth it.

Our server was not good at all ! We ask for a rhum pineapple he said that doesn’t exist. Ask question about the menu he didn’t answer good and when I ask him what seem the problem he just said I have 5 tables ! And so ?? Very bad service !! Bouncer with a beard and attitude Saturday night was incredibly rude. It was freezing cold outside and he was charging girls $20 cash on top of a cover fee to skip the line… forcing everyone else to wait longer to enter. Even had the audacity to ask my fiancé if his winter boots were steel toe. We told him they were not and continued to step on his toes.

Happy hour beer was excellent. Lemon Cajun salmon steak was lovely with roast fingerlings and a veggie salad. A definite repeat. 3rd time and excellent. House wines decent. One of few places that have kept the bill up as little as possible but not compromised on the quality which is the best.

This is hands down my fave place to come and eat. I love that they have a mechanical bull on wednesdays! I still have to try it out. I've come Saturdays from mississauga to ottawa and have eaten here twice. The food is amazing and fresh. I love the fried pickles. Love the atmosphere lighting decor all of it.

Thought I'd try something new. Weekday night and they weren't too busy. I went in without looking at the menu and was a bit shocked at the prices ($50 steaks!), but figured what the heck. After waiting more than 15 minutes for a server to grab even a drink order and got up and walked out. Montana's is next door.

Typical steakhouse with a well-prepared menu. Full bar with lots of drinks and cocktails available. Friendly and thoughtful staff. Chris and his coworkers made the experience enjoyable. I recommend Stonegrill Experience as a fun and different way to prepare and enjoy your food. Besides Stonegrill it was just as another steakhouse.

We had the pleasure of enjoying a meal there last weekend. The staff were amazing (shoutout to Pete and Jordan). We will be returning for sure.

I loved the atmosphere and food. We had dinner here before a concert. It was extremely busy but the staff and kitchen killed it. Great job! I had the fillet minion and my wife had the salmon. They were setting up for a band to play later that night and I I was tempted to just stay. Lol More

Yummy food with nice indoor and outdoor atmosphere. Service is great. Lots of parking. Wings are pretty decent but different with a smoky dry unbreaded style. 7$/lb on Thursday. Selection is limited. Definitely try the Fruit Habenerro. Nachoes are almost as good as the Keg.... Delicious.

Crazy Horse Steakhouse kindly provided Civic Hospital workers a wonderfully cheesy Mac and cheese with a tasty toasted garlic bread! Wow was it delicious. Definitely will visit in person when circumstances allow. Appreciate the kindness.

We stopped to eat before a show at the Canadian Tire Centre. Thursday half price wings! The wings were meaty and well seasoned/cooked and the fish tacos were excellent. Recommended.

Fantastic steak on a stone. Hot tender, cooked as how you like it. Great experience, always an amazing evening with a live band, so you can work off those calories with a bit of dancing and not feel guilty.
