This place is absolutely disgusting. The manager speaks to their employees worse than anything I've ever encountered and they are constantly threatened with their jobs and intimidated. Makes them pay hundreds for their own Uniform which is ILLEGAL. The employees literally live in fear of their jobs. Two people I know have left now and have had to go to the CCMA this week as after their notice period they have not been paid and their attempts to contact the owner are being blatantly ignored. Don't know about anyone else but I will never support a business that does this to people especially during a pandemic when people are struggling to survive and people are one salary away from losing everything. DESPICABLE.

I struggled to find a decent pet store. Was my first time trying to find one for a dog (as I will be getting a dog for the first time). Upon entering I was pleasantly greeted by a staff member who was very willing to help, assist, and explain things to me to help me make decisions. The young lady was extremely helpful and kind, she has definitely made a loyal customer out of me. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else. They offer a wide variety of items that were especially useful for me getting a pet for the first time. I would gladly recommend Crazy Pets to anyone that asks or has pets. Thank you so much for all your help and the wonderful and joyous experience.

Loved it! Sooooo much to choose from. And they had a special ending today, was exhausted yesterday so went back today to buy. Definitely going back. Friendly staff. Helped my daughter pack the very many kitty litter bags we got. Many new products I had not heard of. Great to see what other people are offering. Sanitizer available at the door. Thank you guys for a great shopping experience. Also the shop is quite large, clean, neat, everything in its place. Much appreciated!

I have 3 Amazon Parrots and you would be amazed at how difficult it is to get the proper specialised foods for them. Most pet shops don't even carry bird stuff! Crazy Pets is is a joy to shop at. Huge range of food mixes and treats specifically for my feathered babies and at such a reasonable price. All the staff are so friendly. Thank you for remembering my Angel after all this time!

I used to love this store before I knew about how poorly they treat their staff. There is a massive turnover in staff constantly. My dogs have recently gotten I'll and refused to eat the Monte and Me food we have bought from this shop for over a year and the we have not changed their diet at all.

Absolutely amazing team at this store... brilliant customer service compels me to drive totally out of my way to shop at Crazy Pets Ferndale because I KNOW I will be attended to as a customer and not dismissed as an inconvenience; which, sadly, is the case in the South African retail space.

They have such good priced food and toys. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They even gave my scared foster dog a packet of treats... It shows they care about their true target market.

This store is a one stop shop for all pet lovers. They have a very wide range of just about every pet food and toy you can imagine.

I have to stop myself from buying the whole shop. I was looking for a water fountain for my cats and Crazy Pets was the cheapest
