Terrible Customer Service Mike's broke my windshield and denied all liability. I Asked for them to at least turn in an insurance claim and I was told that they are "self-insured." They said the crack was due to "pre-existing" damage although Jiffy-Lube had inspected my car including the windshield and found no damage just minutes prior to driving across the street to get my car washed (I offered to show them the paperwork from Jiffy Lube). They would not even inspect the damage. The determination was made by someone at the corporate office looking at a photograph emailed by the supervisor on duty who barely even looked at the car. The person who replaced my windshield (after I claimed it with my insurance) told me that his company does all the window repairs for Mike's and they keep them quite busy. What??? I guess my out of state vehicle and plausible deniability is enough for Mike's to not take care of the customer or even conduct a proper investigation. Don't take my word for it. Read the other reviews about damage and the irresponsible ownership practices. Hell, they didn't even offer to give me my money back for the mediocre car wash. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

I have a white car, so it’s easy to see when it’s clean and when it’s not. I went through the first time and got a regular wash, got out the used the white cloth to wipe my car down and my car was still dirty. Like lots of dirt on the lower part of the car and the driver side front and rear door. So I asked if I could go back through and this time get the front scrubbed off. The young lady was very nice and said yes. I grabbed three more white cloths. Now mind you, I just wiped the whole car off. So I go back through, get out and start wiping my car down again, it’s dirty again in the same spots and on the other side door also. At this point, I have to leave to get to work, so hopefully they’ll read this review….I think it may be time for the equipment to be cleaned inside the car wash. There is no way I should have went through the car wash TWICE just to leave out with more dirt on my car…smh.

Went to the Allisonville location after I went with a coworker when she got her car washed at the 86th street location. She was happy with her membership so I decided to give it a try with my car. Byron helped me and was very friendly, answered every question and more when signing me up for a membership. He even ran after my car because he wanted to make sure I got an air freshener. I did the Ultimate unlimited plan and was surprised that the layers of brake dust on my rims was 95% removed, after trying a few times myself beforehand. For those who complained about bug juice not coming off- you have to understand that if you neglect your car exterior and let layers of dead crusty bugs build up before you do anything about it, you're not going to get that crust off immediately. I had no issues and was very pleased. My car looked better than the day I got it. Thank you!

If after you exit the CarWash, you are in any way not completely satisfied, they offer an immediate re-wash...High tech vacuums with small air guns for those that wish to detail their prized vehicles are available as well...Beautifully maintained facility, (including the self-service service bays), all very well lit and well-landscaped in a very tastefull fashion,....In describing Crew CarWash to my out of state friends, I simply say "Imagine Elon Musk & his SpaceX Rocket company built a CarWash, & then hired Chick-fil-A to run it."...I think that is Crew CarWash to a T !

Quality is low and all the vacuums and air blowers are weak, not just this branch but all branches as well I used to be unlimited member I canceled it because of that.Quality is low. The soap is too thick and doesn't get washed completely from the body and particularly from the windows. The dryer side doesn't remove the water drops from the windows and when the wash is done then I have to use windex to clean the windows take me 10 extra minutes. I wish they fix this issue by either fixing the mechanical side or have someone to wipe the windows for quality service. Prime car wash is doing it. I'm not mad or something I just want to have excellent service. Good luck to you and thank you. By the way back of the car doesn't get washed well.

Great Carwash. My truck is shining! Had a coupon from the back of a register receipt. They said they even accept expired ones. So Nice! Wait line moved pretty fast, but the Clean don't lie. It is Amazing! I'll be back for sure! It puts a kick in your step when your ride looks so good. We had to take it out for dinner. Ha! And I returned with vehicle No. 2 on a sunny, sunny Thursday afternoon with another great coupon from back of a register receipt. No waiting today with friendly staff. But, when I got home, because of the car shape, the flat top of the trunk and the tail weren't clean. So, be sure to check the car before you drive off - regrets...Still, the car looked pretty great.

Changed vehicles didn’t know I needed information off of sticker barcode Mike manager would not give me a free car wash State and I must call customer service to get the number because customers will lie and use that same excuse to get free car washes. I said it to manager Mike that all customers are liars and I called customer service in front of him and got the information. This is poor customer service because crew car wash can give customer car washes any event they don’t have the barcode due to changing vehicles. I think I’m gonna change and go somewhere else and get my car washed! I deserve better

These guys stink. They had a sign advertising 'Early Bird' and when I pulled up the guy turned it around. I asked for the discount, no one was behind me and he just gave the discount to 3 cars in front of me while I waited. He said it ended at 9:00am. (It was 9:05am, technically..yes) I asked him why he didn't turn the sign around at 9:00? He screwed your company out of the car wash cost because your employee doesn't understand the advertisement was still up and posted. As a business owner myself, I would have been more than happy to give the discount for the business. We left.

The car wash is good. The up selling can be a bit much when they continually ask to add something - "you have a great finish on that car, would you like to protect it?" I say no thank you, and they leave it alone. (What I would like to say is, "my car looks like my toddlers took a rake down the side of it - what do you mean I have a great finish?") The people are always pleasant and seem to care about safety - for customers, employees and vehicles. I would suggest getting a book if you are going to use the wash multiple times - you'll get 1 or 2 free washes out of it!

They do a great job removing all the dirt and grime from my truck. I have the window sticker they scan, so I don't even talk to them, and just drive on through the car wash. My truck almost always comes out very clean and shiny. Rarely has the wash ever missed stuck on bugs or dirt that required me to drive thru a 2nd time. The hot water and high tech washing gear seems to do the trick on my vehicles. I recommend going here to get your car clean in under 10 minutes. They are a bit expensive for the works car wash, but they do a good job.

Went to crew carwash on yesterday and the crew member, Tyler went out of his way to assist me with my truck. I wasn't aware that the items on my truck bed was not allowed through the car wash so Tyler took it upon himself to help me remove the items even when the manager completely blew me off and said I couldn't go through and then he then helped me put them back on the truck. Thank you Tyler for such a great job yesterday. I would suggest that everyone check out crew car wash on Allisonville Road.

I am an unlimited member. And this location is 1st I've witnessed that when I was finishing inside the wash the automatic sign that tell you the wash your car received did not illuminate to which wash I received. It was obvious my underbody did not get washed, nor did it look like the fast wax was applied either. The staff had a less then polite attitude when I tried to ask the guy pre-wash. Did not like this crew carwash location. And I've visited A lot.

The best ad always! Is a must to have a membership here and you simply put the sticker in the top corner of your windshield and zoom right through afterwards we were able to actually use to vacuum my friend, and I to attack the car at both sides got it vacuumed up really quick and out of there She's a really bad driver as well so when she was going up on the rails, the woman was very kind and helping her get them readjusted overall five star experience.

Asked for extra spraying to be done to the back hatch of my vehicle as it collects a LOT of dirt when roads are wet...the person taking money marked in my windshield to spray the back. Great! Got to my turn and got some lazy wave of the sprayer on my back glass. Pulled out with a still dirty vehicle and a line too long to wait to go again. Very irritating to pay $22 for a carwash, ask specifically to have an area sprayed, then leave with a dirty car.

Bent a second license plate! Never had this problem when it was Mike’s. This costs money to replace plates. I don’t like plate frames and again those cost money. I asked for two ultimate wash vouchers. That would’ve been fine but the manager refused. The crew member said I can put in a claim but it will be refused so it won’t matter anyway. Horrible customer service. I have been a customer for 17 years. I will no longer be using crew car washes.

The quality of this location's wash is ok. I'm only giving it 3 stars because it has such a small, tight parking lot/lanes that I don't feel comfortable spending time cleaning the vehicle interior before, nor definitely not stopping anywhere at exit. This location, though is conveniently near the interstate so if all I seek is a quick wash and go while in a rush, ok. Otherwise I prefer to find a different Crews with more space

We've been so busy that we havent even taken our car to get a much needed wash. We squeezed in this location 10 mins to close and after the first round, our car still had stuff stuck. Sammy and Olivia cheerfully accomodated extra scrub and spray even with a minute to spare at the end of their night, and it made OUR night. Thanks to these sweet young employees giving us service with a smile all the way

I love the quickness of going to Crew for a car bath. The people are always smiling and friendly whether it's cold or boiling hot outside. I'm still wondering why they took down thre mirror at the top that guided you on to the rails though. Because the big yellow ball's seem to cause you to be in an obstacle course and could cause more damage. Bring back the mirrors! Still I love it here.

I drive my older car to work to save miles on my new car. My driver is still pretty nice so I decided to get it washed. It slipped my mind but it has an old style electric antenna. The attendant didn't tell me it was up so I went through and it destroyed my antenna. Have they never seen an older style antenna? By the time I knew it I was at work. Thanks a lot.

The young woman who guided me through the options and services was outstanding. Her professionalism, demeanor, knowledge, and beaming personality led me to buy the largest package! The wash was excellent, though the toe Wells were left with some dirt on the hub caps which I was disappointed about. Love the double vacuums, accessory, and unrushed surroundings.

On a recent trip home to Indy I stopped at crews car wash on allisonville...I was disappointed to see all the bugs still smashed on my front bumper and to see my custom ordered European license plate had been ripped off..screws and all. And then later noticing my wheels were still dirty with brake dust, dirt, grease, etc . I expected more from a $15 car wash.

Service has went down hill over the last 5 years. Used to they would do everything they could to get your car as clean as possible. Now you tell them what you did like done and they smile and push the button and send you on your way. And no this wasn't a one time experience to make me write an upsetting review. They just really don't seem to care as much.

I work for a limo service in Indianapolis. I was doing a wedding event and ended up getting stuck in some mud. In a panic I drove to crew carwash to see if they could help. Even though my limo wouldnt fit through the carwash, they were determined to help. They drug hoses out to the parking lot and got me all cleaned up. Crew Carwash is the real MVP

I was a little bummed that the vacuum machine did not take cash, as I did not want to run my card for two dollars, and as always, I wish the drying times were extended somehow. Overall, I was impressed with the vacuum, the employee that assisted me was friendly, and it was your typical crew car wash.

Never a complaint with this great car and person friendly establishment. The greeter is alway happy, helpful, and very knowledgeable. As well, if your not satisfied with the first go around, they make sure to take care of you and get your car shining like new.

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my wash, and even sent me through twice to get bugs off my car. If all people were as awesome in their customer service jobs, it would be amazing. This crew was 100%fantastic!!

While going through the car wash it shut off. Sat there for about 30 secs so not long but when it started back up I did not get all features. I paid for ultimate but did not get clear coat or tire detail. Did not want to wait in line again to have redone

Crew is the best! I travel a lot, and always wash my car when on the road, even rental cars. So I try a lot of car washes. Crew just does a great job of getting the car clean and mostly dry very quickly. The staff of every location is always friendly.

All Mike car washes are starting to be too high for what you are getting. They took the early bird special way I don't know why. And you can't use change at that vacuum cleaners they want to use your bank card get over it and let us use change.

I enjoy the quickness but I do find the drying of the vehicle isn't up to par. Wish they would offer a towl for $2.00 so either a worker can dry it for me or myself since I tend to forget mine. This would help my rating. Options is always good.

Many locations don't ever have towels. I have to wipe my rims and side mirrors, headlights and lower panels after each wash, so no towels available is a big problem. Lower half of my car is never clean to my satisfaction. Tire shine remains

Genuinely the best service I’ve had from anywhere in a loooong time!! The guys who were there at the time were so kind and so professional. They treated me with respect and went above and beyond to help me take off and put back the bike

Carwash bent my license plate out by about 60 degrees. Nothing aftermarket about it or my car. All available bolt holes were being used. All they offered was to bend it back for me or a branded license plate frame. But, my car was clean.

Fast, reliable, helpful. Can't ask for more. I recommend getting the unlimited pass, I was skeptical at first, but once I realized how much salt was building up on my car I started going more often, so getting the pass just made sense.

Crew car wash is OK I’m not gonna give it lasted five stars I have a visit other carwashes. Sometimes I have to go back through the second time which can be frustrating but it is an OK car wash so I gets five stars and that’s my story

My child got sick in our van. I pulled up to the vacuums and let the attendant know what had happened and he quickly brought me papertowels, air freshener and some bags in case he got sick again. Really appreciated the help!

I just left the Allisonville Road location. The emergency brake in my vehicle was accidentally pressed while going through. Sam was the most helpful, and selfless person! He was super kind and reassuring. Such a good human.

Spent $16 on a mediocre wash..have water spots all over the hood and this was the 2nd time someone at Crew hit my car with the sprayer. I didn’t realize there were spots until I got home otherwise I would have gone back

Crews Carwash is about the same all over but this one is a little bit small, there are no self cleaning base to wash your car yourself just vacuuming and the entrance is a little narrow coming in with a big truck.

This location is awesome, they literally made sure they got all the bugs off by giving me some extra spray time and they were all so pleasent about it. I'm glad I am an unlimited customer and will continue to be.

The team was helpful after I showed up with a muddy car that had been stuck in a ditch. Came over with a power washer to help me get mud out of the wheels and undercarriage. Grateful for their kindness and care.

The staff always does a great job and the car always looks great afterwards I just wish it wasn't so expensive to get your car washed. But then again the convenience of five minutes versus an hour is quite nice

Fantastic customer service. Stopped by here after two 12 hour road trips. Supervisor came out after car wash and inspected the grill for bugs. Then insisted on taking care of the remaining bugs personally.

Great staff!!, l had my dog with me, and so a co worker offered my dog a treat and also spot dry my SUV as I was leaving because, he saw that my dog was a little scared after going through the carwash.

I use this carwash everyday. The unlimited club is the only way to go if you keep your car clean. The staff is always very friendly and the facility is always clean and stocked with working equipment.

This is a surprisingly good crew Carwash being in the hood. The staff here is always been great and friendly. Not too much else to say but being a smaller crew Carwash it's a pretty nice one

My two year old loves the car wash, we went a second time! Lights and colored bubbles and stiffed animals.... Crew carwash is really into making this a fun experience for kids!

Went through twice. After the 1st time the windshield was still dirty. After 2nd wash, still not great but no time to try a 3rd time. That was with Ultimate wash @ $20!

Every crew carwash I have been to has the most helpful & friendly. I've only encountered 1 grouchy gal and that was when the facility has just started construction.

Unhappy with the vaccuums -- my husband and I used and both of the vaccuums did not have much suction. Car wash was average -- still a lot of dirt on my car after.

Waste of time, but wouldn't wash a truck because a 300 lb winch was bolted down in the bed.. Folds mirrors in too and doesn't even wet or wash then as requested .
