UN ASCO! El personal es muy grosero, específicamente una mujer de etnia latina, anciana con obesidad mórbida y aspecto desagradable a pesar de llegar 1 hora y media antes de cerrar estuvo todo el tiempo recalcando que la hora de cerrar era a la 9 el mantenimiento de el lugar es nulo ya que más de la mitad de las lavadora y secadoras están fuera de servicio, por último está empleada nos apagó las luces de la zona donde se dobla la ropa a las 8:50 10 minutos antes de la supuesta hora de cierre. DEFINITIVAMENTE EL SERVICIO MÁS DESAGRADABLE Y TERRIBLE

This used to be myFAVORITE SPOT to dry and wash butand i always have my kids and they use the vending machi es and stuff slowly they started taking my mo ey amd the worker there always said we couldnt get the money back. And then dryers sometimes dont dry good and now I cash money to get change and i didnt get my change i told the worker and once again like she has been saying for the past months u cant do nothing about it she said or u can call that number up there....smh.better service.perhaps

This place opened and was great at first and then...omg They dont repair machines. They dont give you your money back when the machines eat your money and they argue with you about it. The lady there is who runs the place will leave in the middle of everything and even babysit while on the job. These are things I've witnessed. I hate having to go here but its the only place available to me that is close to my house. And no i do not have a car at the moment.

My experience here was terrible! The bigger woman working there is rude and will yell for no reason it seems; I'm not the only one who received treatment like this here from reading other reviews. The machines are arbitrarily cut off by a sticker covering the coin slots, on machines that work. Do not visit if you have other options.

Bigger lady working there is extremely rude. I have never experience worst customer service. Went once and didn’t even get to wash my clothes because she was yelling at me for getting $20 in change. Told her to keep the change and give me my $20 back and she threw it to me. Muy mal educada esa señora. Y por ella no les va bien.

Awful! Washers are crappy and dryers don't work.. when TWO washing machines right NEXT to each other weren't working I was refused a refund. Simply put, this place has no customer service. I had to wait the 28 mins for them to finish just to wash them elsewhere! Do not go here. Needs to be updated.

Muy amable las señoras que están al cuidado de este lugar . Siempre te dejan saber cual es la mejor lavadora y la mejor secadora . En conclusión están al pendiente del servicio este funcionando bien . Secadoras secan con 3 monedas ❤❤❤

Great staff, very alert and helpful which is nice because they know which machines have quirks and can help out with that. The owner is a very nice down-to-earth man as well. The prices are very good and competitive.

I stop to wash my clothes and linens . The attended was very polite and helpful. There was a language problem for me the attended did not speak much English. The place was clean and sanitize.

Been using a few laundromats in the area and this has been the best by far. Good prices very clean. I'll only go here from now on! UPDATE: Been back 4 times now. This is still my go to spot.

9:30 lady made me take my clothes out of dyer. Sign on door says closes at 10pm Guess ill be going back to the one on Gould and 25th least they will wait tell your "WORK CLOTHES ARE DRY"
