I bought samsung washing machine from ashram road store to be i stalled Adalaj ATPL. Water valve was leaking while connecting to water pipe. Service engineer hardly observed 5 min for the issue and even he damaged the back covers. When i complained to samsung and croma they are passing the time and no replacing my washing machine. Croma sales person assured me to take care of the things but still no response from croma store and service department. From 10 days the problem is same and no warranty replacement action is being carried out by both parties.

Very bed experiences. અમે washing machine લીધું તો ખામીવાળું મોકલ્યું service આપવા આવ્યા તો એ પણ ડેમો બતાવ્યા વિના જતા રહ્યા જ્યારે કાલે ચાલુ કર્યું તો હજુ plug ભરાવ્યું પણ નોહ્તું ને માત્ર પાણી નો નળ જ ચાલુ કરતા મસિંન માં અંદર પાણી પાડવા લાગ્યું કૉલ કરી ને બોલાવ્યા તો સરખી રીતે વાત પણ ન કરી ને ખોલી ને બતાવ્યું કે નળ ફીટ નોહત્તો ફીટ કરી બીજી રીતે ને સાઇડ પર પણ પતરા વળી ગયા અંદર સાઇડ બધું ઘસારો લાગ્યો હોય તેવા નિશાન હતા જાણે જૂનું મશીન આપી દીધું હોય એવું લાગે કૉલ કરી ને ફરિયાદ કરી પણ કોઈ સરખો જવાબ ના આપ્યો

The store is good, I bought a new TV and was told by Prakash Bhai That TV to be delivered and installed on same day after a day but there was only delivery after a day and was told that installation would take few more day's, then what's the point of giving false hope's to the customer and what should I do with the TV without installed for next few days? This is not tolerated and I highly say that ask full information precisely and get a recording of the delivery details as well for safety in future
