Not the latest of 2021 and 2022 models were available. Though if you visit them you will have a lot of products to chose from. Just see the helping ones are not from direct companies like Samsung etc for their biased suggestions. Be an informed purchaser and a prior research always helps.

I purchase samsung washing machine from croma, when the samsung technician unbox the washing machine it was not proper wrap, there are lots of scratches on washing machine, and now they denied to replace the washing machine. It seems like the delivered used product. Poor Service.

Visited Store today for Samsung S23 Ultra. My loan approved and everything . But at last, i was told that there is technical issue on server of samsung and IMEI of new phone is unable to get registered. It has been 4 hours now. No update. Can someone please assist this issue.
