I am going three times a week now & I love it. They offer a "fit AF" class which is essentially still crossfit but focusing more on the fitness side than the heavy lifting side & it's not something I've come across at other gyms & love the challenge!

Fantastic Box! If you're interested in pushing your limits, and having a lot of fun, then you need to give it a shot. The trainers are phenomenal as well, they really put in effort with people at all skill levels.
