Sam is very nice, he is so polite and helpful. Every time that I go there and Sam is there, I get excellent customer service. He helped me to cancel my Covid vaccine appointment from his system because I had a very bad cold and I was told by my doctor that I couldn’t get the booster with fever. I know I can do it online but Sam was very nice to do it for me. However, there’s a very rude guy who is also there. I called today to ask if he could help me to cancel my appointment ( just like Sam did) and he said “no, we don’t do that; we don’t have access to that information” and I told him that Sam helped me the other day and he said “oh yes, but I’m very busy and I can’t help you”. This is not the first time that I have to deal with this person. I don’t think it’s fair to be treated that way as I was respectful to him. Im sorry but I don’t know if I want to deal with this person again. He doesn’t even let me speak, he interrupts and starts raising his voice :( I had another incident with him about Covid tests, so this is the third time that I get this treatment.

I have Been using crowfoot coop pharmacy for over a decade. I’ve been in three times in the last week to pick up a medication that had refills. They still haven’t filled the prescription. I have now been with out vital medication for a week. Completely unacceptable, un professional and a vary obviously neglect to there patients well being. This is far from the first time I’ve had issues with this pharmacy. It’s a struggle to get regular prescription I’ve been filling here for years. Just completely disgusted with the operations from a licensed pharmacy. Stay away from this pharmacy.

I don't write reviews but I had to when Sam from Crowfoot Pharmacy went out of his way to serve my elderly parent!! Sam is very knowledgeable and will go out of his way to call you back and find what you need. My entire family is changing their pharmacy to go to this one. Service, expertise, and a caring person is what you will get at this personalized business. Thank you Sam for all that you have gone the extra mile for to help us! The place is very clean. Sam, the owner, provided clear explanation to the procedure of giving the flu shot. He showed us the information of the vaccine that we were going to get injected, and the physical vaccine itself to ensure there would not be any mistake. He is very polite. The shot was quick and I felt nothing. Just call and ask if there is any vaccine doses available and they accept walk-in. Highly recommend.

Visiting Crowfoot Pharmacy will be a pleasant surprise as I have experienced. Sam the pharmacist/owner of this place is exceptionally helpful and efficient. He goes beyond the normal courtesies to accommodate, whether you are a regular customer or a first-time customer. I will keep returning for all my vaccination and other needs. The professional and friendly team at Crowfoot pharmacy are very helpful and knowledgeable. Sam helped my son’s cold sore outbreak right away and we got the medication required.
