Every time i take my dogs in for a vaccination, or my dogs have issues they are always genuine and loving towards my furry kids and give the best service i've had compared to other places. (i've been to alot of places due to moving around for work) Recently my dog Bubba had major issues with his eye, and they put me onto a eye specialist, which resolved the issue so he didnt damage his eye any further. Dr Danielle Eyssens really stood out the most to me, her natural energy of love and care she takes is really wonderful. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a great vet, and just a great person to engage with. Danielle recommended me to another vet to take over in the next location, which i really appreciated. Sad that i will no longer be able to have Danielle as the boys vet. All the best :)

The team at Croydon veterinarian clinic cannot be more highly recommended! We recently had to have our 18 year old cat euthanized and they were amazing when we needed the support and help. They saw us walking in with our cat and we got escorted straight into a private room while we were in distress. They had nothing but compassion and understanding of our needs even when we didn’t even know what we needed. They looked after our boy like their own and we are forever grateful and thankful on how amazing they treated us and our beautiful boy. They had nothing but love for our boy. After spending $1000 for antibiotic shot and some pain killets thats it , got no definitive answers just assumptions , and got hassled for the .20 cents that We were short, No compassion , lady kept talking over me on the phone and would not let me speak, very frustrating, Made me realize its always about the money and not helping your pets Even more so now it seems and Vets always milk 2 vists out of me everytime!!! And didnt take biopsy even though they assumed dental cancer , and they had him under anaesthetic !

We moved to Croydon in April and have been bringing our senior adopted dog Cloud to the clinic since then, quite often recently due to a number of problems (mostly due to medication not prescribed by this clinic, she had pre-existing issues!) and me being a nervous first dog owner, every vet we have seen here has shown nothing but compassion for us, always listening to our concerns and explaining things clearly. They often follow up a day or so later to check in on cloud which I think is so sweet ☺️

I've been using this clinic over a number of years for various pets & have always been happy with service & advice. Recently they assisted me with a recommendation to a service called 'My Best Friend Vet Home Euthanasia' to help in the farewell of our beloved elderly dog. I can't thank this clinic enough for that recommendation, it proves that you care about the animals, not the $$, as you directed me away from your business to get the service that I needed at this critical time. Not all vets are the same in this clinic. Same goes for the vet nurses. Been here 5 times now and, if I go again I will be very careful to ask for the vet I know listens which I didn't do on my last visit. Also the one that asks pertinent questions without stating the obvious. I also thought on my last visit it was inappropriate to administer an injection without advising me or letting me know first. The only proof I have that one was admimistered was the bill!

Was referred to this vet clinic by a friend. Since we have two older cats which have their health concerns due to age and their relationship between each other, we were a bit worried about the whole change in their vet care. Well, the staff was very helpful and very considerate about our needs. They are helpful with sharing tips about general care of our cats and also how to get them as friendly to each other as they can be. We will stay with this vet clinic.

I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else! They've taken such great care of my pets for almost 20 years, especially recently with my little epileptic cavalier Toby who's been a "frequent flyer". I've always been impressed with the depth of knowledge of their staff, friendly manner, and the care they've taken with my pets. Having done puppy school here too, my Toby bounds in the door ready to greet everyone (even when he's not feeling the best).

Over the moon with the staff and service I received here. I took my 12 week old persian kitten in for his vaccination and the vet was kind and gentle and professional. Being a first time fur parent, I could have not asked for more then what I received from all the staff here. Super informative and all round lovely people. I cannot thank the team here enough. Will be taking my little baby back and recommending to all.

Professionalism and support for my Little Calvin has always been an amazing experience every visit. There was a time when Calvin was very unwell and was not able to walk . I thought they were going to give up on him but they push through the limits of care. The trial and the plan succeeded!!! Calvin recovered well with their guidance. Thank you to the nurses and Dr's. Staff are generally lovely but some of the more senior vets forget your still a customer and a person. One or two can be very patronizing and talk down to you like your stupid.
