We were super lucky and she was able to get us an upgrade to a nicer hotel at no extra cost. What an amazing surprise!! When we went to book flights to South Africa she was unable to match the pricing online and immediately encouraged us to book them using the online provider without pressuring us into booking them with her I was floored.
