I am one of those rare people who does not like chocolate. Having said that, most vanilla cakes usually are all the same. A dry cake with an over sweet, very dense buttercream. I must say, I was very pleasantly surprise that this was not the case at all with the cake my family bought from here for my Bday. The cake itself is huge. Each layer of cake, is the full cake. Not cut down and falling apart. It is also moist and delicious. The frosting is not overly sweet where is coats your whole mouth. It was a delightful amount of sweetness, with a great texture. You can tell is was made fresh. It has now become the go to cake for the holidays. I know we should try the other flavors, but we are all so happy to have found a great cake that we all agree to love, we are sticking with it.

I am a huge fan! The cafe is well run, always have something fresh baking and the staff is so pleasant to deal with. I stopped by recently with a last minute request for a cake for a weekend getaway with family & friends and asked if they could inscribe 'happy summer' on the cake. Not only did they have the most beautiful inscription, they also decorated the cake with the most fun summer vibe (beach umbrellas, tiny lounge chairs, sprinkles etc.)! The cake looked so pretty and was absolutely delicious! I adore businesses that go that extra mile to make your order special and Crumbly Café is top of my list!

I fell in love with this place immediately with those fresh baked blueberry scones... So good! Same with their Chai Tea. What i love most is the customer service. There were 2 different times something went wrong but it was easily remedied by staff. Shout out to Josh and Mia! Thank you! Maybe i will even see you Tomorrow morning for another scone while i am in town! I love this place so much..the only reason i am not here everyday is because i travel and am mot always in the neighborhood. But when i am...forget Starbucks folks!

This place is amazing and we are very grateful that they have joined the neighborhood. We have been waiting for an excellent Bakery for so long. Mia and André and Mia‘s mother are fantastic. Everything is baked on site and it is delicious, specifically the bread, the muffins, the brand muffins, the cookies, the unique Nutella cookie! We ordered carrot cake & baguettes for Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. Everything is very good. And the staff is amazing, all-around a wonderful experience. Sweet people. Sweet product.

I go here every morning before work and that will NEVER change. Not only is the marble cake super rich but the butter croissant and chocolate chip scones go perfectly with a rich morning coffee. For any occasion involving others, I love getting the pistachio croissants, mini jelly donuts and Oreo balls as a dessert and they are always a hit!! The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff has made it my favorite place to go on any day, for any reason. I HIGH RECOMMEND!

I have been to bakeries pretty much all over the world. I have never experienced this level of love care quality in all of my traveling years. The immense hospitality, that the owners who, by the way are a lovely couple provided was an experience that marked my New York City trip. Crumbly is a wonderful addition to this neighborhood! The cappuccino is a MUST - one of the best I’ve ever had. To go with that nectar of the gods, their savories and sweets are divine. The turkey and cheese on croissant is perfect for lunch, and the cheesecakes, cookies and large cakes are like ambrosia. You cannot go wrong with your selection here, and Crumbly bakes ALL DAY LONG so everything is exceedingly fresh, unlike so many others throughout the City.

Great family owned bakery in Sutton Place. My wife and I come here every weekend. There is a huge variety of homemade cakes, muffins, scones, croissants, cookies to try. If it's your first time you should absolutely try the Crumb Cake or the Nutella Cookie. Both are insanely good. Space is a little small, but there is outdoor seating. Get there early on weekends if you want to try whatever new thing they've imagined that week, as they do sell out!

Small bakery with the nicest staff that literally has everything and it’s all SO SO GOOD!!!! Also best coffee in NYC! They also do custom orders! I ordered a custom cake for my husbands birthday and they had it ready within a day - it was perfect and exactly what I asked for, plus it tasted amazing (and normally custom cakes from other places don’t taste good - this one was UNREAL!!!) Super charming bakery in Sutton with really friendly staff. Great place to go for coffee and a treat. The muffins are a highlight for me (all of the flavors are awesome), but they have tons of other cakes and sweets that look delicious as well! Crumbly is the best! We love going all the time for great coffee and fantastic baked goods. The staff is always so sweet. I ordered a cake for a birthday very last minute and they were so nice and accommodated me (their cakes are the best! The coconut and the vanilla ones especially). We also really enjoy their scones and cookies. All in all, a great little find and so happy to have it in the area!

Incredible spot! The baked goods are always delicious and a perfect breakfast or snack, and the service is outstanding. I went in to see if there was any way to get a last minute cake for a birthday in our office and much to my surprise they were able to put one together for me same-day! Incredible service, kind staff, and delicious through-and-through.

The owners of this store are wonderful. They are extremely kind and accommodating. I ordered 20+ cupcakes last minute one morning for a party and not only did they go out of their way to help me, but the cupcakes were both beautiful and delicious and reasonably priced! I am a very satisfied customer and grateful that they opened in our neighborhood.

Great coffee (probably the only decaf drip coffee served in town), great pastries (all baked in-house), great people (M, her husband, mother and father)… Best cheese danish (I see some of my rivals here) so go when they’re out fresh, they are served with love and loyalty. I bring neighbors that I love and share the danish and cookies. It’s worth it.

The owners are very sweet and the baked goods are delicious and fresh. My favorites are the coconut cake, chocolate fudge cake and the banana cream pie.

Not only did they make a delicious cake for my son's third birthday, but they took the time to listen to exactly what I envisioned for the colors to go along with the fun toppers I had bought. The owners and staff are kind, thoughtful which truly sets them apart from the rest! Not to be missed!

I just discovered this gem in the middle of Manhattan. It made my morning. The coffee has the perfect taste and the owners are the nicest people. The outdoor seating also amazing!! My son's birthday cake exceeded expectations. The staff at the venue where we served it said it was the most beautiful cake they had seen there. We’ve been ordering a rainbow layered custom made birthday cake from Crumbly for the past two years for our girls and it’s a big hit every time with both kids and adults! Beautiful and delicious!! Delivery always on time. Communication is great. Highly recommend!

Love crumbly bakery! All of their items are delicious, but favorites are the Oreo balls, Nutella pie, and brownies. Everything taste homemade. The owners are very friendly and treat you like family. Would recommend to anyone in the area of visiting

I ordered a custom Minions birthday cake for my 2 sons. The cake decorations were perfect. Exactly like we discussed. My sons loved it and so did everyone else. The cake tasted delicious. The bakery had great communication and arrived on time.
