Do not do business with this place. I bought a truck from here back in March. We noticed some of the lights were out, wiper blades need to be replaced badly(falling apart), and the ac wasn’t working properly. We asked that as a condition of buying the truck these small things be fixed. The seller reassured me that these would be taken care of, specifically by stating “check my google reviews, they’re good, we will take care of it”. Don’t trust them, if you get it fixed do it before you give them anything besides a deposit. That was in March. I had to replace the wiper blades myself. The AC is still not fixed. I had to fix the lights myself. I had taken it back a week or two after purchase for them to fix the lights. Well the mechanic at the time actually took a part out of the aftermarket lights that we needed for the lights to operate properly and said “we don’t need that”, I asked are you sure and he said “yeah it’s just for aftermarket lights” which they are and we did need. So they ordered new lights, which they didn’t have to do in the first place if they knew what they were doing. Got the new lights in and as stated he was supposed to fix it. $410 later I had it fixed myself because I got tired of him not having a mechanic anymore. When asked to be reimbursed for what they promised they would do they fought back on it stating that they did fix it by buying the lights, again they never had to do that in the first place. Whoever is running this place really needs to take a long hard look at his staff. Also they blatantly ignored me when I would text them about this issue and didn’t realize that I can see they read the messages and just didn’t respond. The guy is also never there magically. Every time I called for two months I got “oh he’s not here, he’ll be in this day”. Call on that day and he’s not there. This is not how you should treat or act towards your clients who have spent thousands of dollars at your business. Will never do business here or refer them again. I’ve sent multiple friends of mine there when they were looking for trucks. Will not be doing that anymore. Like you said “check my google reviews” so just thought I would leave you a nice one!

I'm only going with a 3 because I bought the car yesterday and Shabir was great to work with, the notes are good, the down payment was fair and also purchased a 1 year warranty. I test drove my 2013 Nissan Altima SL, the car is very clean, with all the bells and whistles and I did research before going to the lot because I lost my husband 7 months ago, and my father almost 2 weeks ago, therefore I checked on the owners and salvage history. Because of my father and husband, I knew what to look for, during the test drive I did find some minor issues, brakes squealing, and upon acceleration the car has a shake from the back after about 50 mph, and the passenger side headlight only works on bright. I told them about the issues, and they offered to keep the car and do the repairs and I could come back next week. That would have been the best thing to do, but because of personal issues I needed the car over the weekend. Now, I'm only posting now instead of after the repairs because I've seen great reviews, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable without any pressure, BUT because of the last review from Chris I wanted to be sure this was documented and in hopes of Crystal Auto to keep their word and continue to live up to the reviews! After the necessary repairs have been done, then I will come back and update my review! This is not to bash anyone, only to make sure everyone in the transaction is aware and willing to take accountability and responsibility because this is how we can all continue to have great reviews. Nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes and sometimes things just happen, but we can also learn from them as well, I'm looking forward to working with Crystal Auto because of the experience I had and to continue to have! Again this isn't a negative review, I hoping to show people that redemption and 2nd chances can and should be granted as warranted!!!

Crystal Auto Sales Inc. was the easiest and most relaxed car buying experience. Mr. Shabir Afzali was courteous, genuine, and never pushy. If he is not able to find you the right car or truck, he will do his best to guide you in the right direction. Fortunately for me, he sold me a beautiful Infiniti Q50, premium package. I was so impressed with this vehicle. Clean interior, beautiful exterior, and all the bells and whistles. I have posted some pictures of my car in the sunset! Mr. Afzali even worked with my budget to get me a great price! Just like any used car, there are going to be a few rattles and dings. However, unlike most used car dealerships, Mr. Afzali will do his best to make sure the car is up to factory standards. He has an extremely experienced and friendly mechanic on staff. This gentleman took his time to check out the vehicle and resolve the small issue. If this were any other dealership, I’d certainly be out of luck. This level of care and customer service is A+!!! If you want a no nonsense buying experience that is nothing but professional and courteous, Crystal Auto Sales, Inc is the best car dealership in Nashville! I will always buy vehicles in the future from them!

Purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey from Crystal Auto Sales today and am very happy with the purchase! I talked with Shabir and one other associate, both of whom were friendly and up front about the vehicle, not pushy in any way; I asked as many questions as I could and was satisfied when I scrutinized the vehicle as best I could in person. The vehicle was not completely free of defects, but few used cars are in utter mint condition after 10 years. I was assured for traveling a 2hr distance (from Huntsville, AL) with payment in hand and full intent to seriously consider a purchase that they would hold the vehicle for me (within the same morning) until I arrived. The price for the vehicle was very fair given the condition, and the payment option was reasonably flexible with partial credit accommodated per my request (the rest paid with a cashier's check). My wife is happy with the vehicle and it suits our needs as a growing family. Thanks for answering my calls and being flexible and communicative. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a new ride and found a 2018 Honda Civic Si at another dealer for $20900 with 32k miles, out the door for $23300. Crystal had a 2019 Honda Civic Si with 16k miles for only $19900, out the door for $21700 ! Granted, it was a 6-speed Manual Shift and had been on their lot for 20 weeks, but I get much better gas mileage from a Manual Shift anyway ! They were very friendly and their office was... well, an office... but I didn't have to stay long because I had my own financing set up already. They have a 4-bay shop on the lot as well, so the cars are serviced as well. Always still a good idea to get your used car checked out by your mechanic as well ! Mine only needed a little air in the tires and the computer said it was past due for oil, maybe it wasn't reset ? I got a lube anyway.

Drove all the way to Nashville intending to check out several dealers and options I'd found online. Figured the green corolla of my dreams was too good to be true, but not only was this car in beautiful shape, the men running the car lot were SO helpful, kind, and generally just friendly and patient with an anxious mom trying to find a safe car. Thank you Shabir for throwing a bow on the hood and making my first car purchase experience SO PERFECT! Gave me an amazing deal and I left with a massive smile on my face.

I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. They took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. Easy car-buying experience. No pressure. I love their business model. Cars are already very competitively priced with a 3 month warranty on engine, transmission, etc. If you would rather negotiate than have the warranty, they will do that too. So you have a choice. Personally, I would rather have the warranty because a major repair could run up a much higher bill than the extra $ I could save on price. I got a great deal with great coverage.

I bought a truck from these guys less than a month ago and should’ve known better… When I asked to take the truck to a mechanic to get it checked out they said no.. fast forward they sold the truck to me with a blown turbo, breaks had less than 5% life and have to replace all rotors plus a bunch of other stuff… 8k to my mechanic later and I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to buy a vehicle from these guys. Scam artists at its finest.

Kabir, Wais and Afzali were the 3 most helpful car salesman I have ever dealt with. They are very honest and let you truly know everything that is wrong (if any) with the car up front before you buy. This place was awesome, it was the first that i buy a car by myself and these guys made it so easy and simple, they are very helpful and friendly and it never felt like i was being taken advantage of.
