Purchased a full detail for my Lexus RX450H suv. $440 for six hours. When I returned to the car, I had to ask for several things to be completed. There was pet hair still in the trim, dirt on the bottom of the doors and around the sunroof and water pooled in the centre console. Darren stopped me asking for more things to be done by threatening to charge me more if I kept asking. He referred to the age and kilometres of the vehicle as a reason for some of the issues i mentioned. I had high hopes and had made detailed and specific requests that were not met. I’ve waited a while to post this review because I worry about the response but the longer I wait, the more disappointed I feel. I guess I want to help others manage their expectations if they use the service. I had high hopes because Darren has special equipment suited to my Lexus but there are still stains in the roof lining that I was hoping to be cleaned. He did adjust my rear wiper for me and he’s a nice enough guy, it’s just disappointing to spend so much money for a low quality detail.

Not only did they do a great job, after I had paid, Darren very kindly spent a fairly significant amount of time providing great advice on how to best maximise the quality of the finish on my car. He even buffed out a couple of hideous marks on my car. That's extremely kind and generous. I really appreciated the way he treated my car as though it was his own. For anyone thinking about using crystal car care for detailing their car, I'd wholeheartedly recommend it. The professionals do a much better job, in a fraction of the time it would take the average person. Thank you again

I saw the reviews and thought I'd give them a go .I had been driving past this place for years and thought they only sold cars. Anyway, I couldn't be happier. Darren was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. He and his team looked after my VB SLE Commodore and the extra effort they went to was greatly appreciated. I had a polish, wash, engine degrease, touch up etc for a very reasonable price. I was so impressed I booked my 2010 corolla the next day. Again, I was very happy. After experiencing an horrendous time with a major car yard on Sth Rd, I saw a car advertised that suited my needs and rushed there to check it out. We brought a car from Darren today, he was the most friendliest, honest and helpful person to get a car from. The car was $7990 but we only had $7300. There is no aggressive pin-stripe wearing salesman here. Darren is a very honest, family man who wants you to enjoy your car. He goes that extra mile and got the car ready for us right up to the last minute of driving it away. He sat in it with us to explain the accessories etc. All in all a great experience and would come back again for next purchase.

Great place to get yr car. Just got mine today. Toyota Camry 2005 241KM But the condition of the car is very well maintained. They gave me a free car service. Their customer service; Karen is amazing with her customers. She is super friendly. Darren wasn’t there (the owner), however Bryan (co-owner) is easy going and friendly too! Defo will recommend.

Salesperson shouldn't have left to serve someone he thought had more money. I was looking to buy one car in particular, was there before anyone else and was left there. Two stars because the salesperson there did seem nice in the two minutes I had with him but poor effort.

I decided to hand my 4x4 as the payments were breaking me. A friend suggested this car yard, I have passed it so many times and and wondered how he moves a car , so many. He had had a great cheap Nissan. Sold and got it home the same day. So many cars and he wasn't pushy.
