This has been my surreal journey with CubeSmart, marked by confusion, injustice, and obfuscation. My story begins ordinarily with a leased unit at CubeSmart. However, peace was soon shattered by my estranged ex's chaotic actions. He managed to acquire a unit in the same facility, using stolen keys to my unit for pilfering my possessions, a plot twist straight out of a convoluted drama. The zenith of his disruptive antics was a loud confrontation with the staff. In a fair world, this would lead to a resolution that separates his misdeeds from my involvement. Instead, CubeSmart's response was a bewildering decision to terminate my lease, implicating me in this chaos without clarity or justification. Adding to the absurdity is CubeSmart's baffling policy on personal belongings. They prohibit storage of items of "immense sentimental significance," an impractical and perplexing rule. Storage units are often sought precisely for such irreplaceable personal items. The policy's subjectivity and enforcement raise serious questions about its practicality and CubeSmart's understanding of their customers' needs. Through this ordeal, I've felt like an unwilling character in a story where logic and fairness are absent. This account isn't just about airing grievances; it's a cautionary tale for anyone considering CubeSmart. It serves as a stark reminder of the potential risks when a facility's policies and actions are at odds with customer expectations and basic fairness. In entrusting one’s belongings to CubeSmart, I unwittingly gambled with fate and became an inexplicable target in a narrative of guilt by association. A storage facility should be a reliable sanctuary, not a stage for Kafkaesque scenarios and unfair, impractical policies.

Our company has been renting out various units and parking spots for the last year. We have spent thousands of dollars at this location. We have had 2 trailers stolen from this location. As of today we will no longer be renting from any CubeSmart. As we moved out today The rep at the front desk came yelling at us about our code gate, I explained to him what the situation was. He continued to argue we me and raise his voice. At the end of it all, he started to cuss us out. Walked about putting his hands up and still cursing and saying things to us. I would think anyone in that position would be more professional, especially dealing with a customer that has paid thousands of dollars at this location. Never again will our company rent from any CubeSmart.

I work remotely from Lubbock, TX but travel often to Dallas for various community health & wellness events. So I decided to get a storage unit to assist me with having successful events without the worry of baggage fees via airlines. Ranko, the manager, made this process so convenient and easy for me! We complete all paperwork via email and he even offered to hold my storage keys in a lock box upon my arrival. Additionally, he allowed me to ship boxes to the storage unit to help decrease the number of boxes in my garage. Thank you Ranko & CubeSmart Harry Hines location for your superb customer service! This CubeSmart is not only clean, pretty and new like many others of the same company but also big enough for RVs to be stored and driven in, but also super friendly, professional and pleasant people running it so it was a pleasure to start doing biz with them. I'm a long term storage user and also appreciated the very sharp pricing with promos for long term people, or that fit needs for long termers. Very impressive place in every respect! It will be a pleasure to pay the bill each month knowing my precious treasures are being well cared for by very smart, pleasant people!!

Public Storage operates in a very customer unfriendly manner. They promised certain open hours then unilaterally changed those without acknowledging this is a contract change. They have no plans to return to open hours they originally stated nor to even attempt to be open more hours. They also have neglected to fix the elevator for months and fix their security log in pads. In this day of 'screw the the poor man (customer)'' attitude of the current administration this business deserves an award signed by our 'loving' President for upholding it's values.

Everything was easy and fine till I got to the room. I got a 4x5 room for overflow from a move. It would have fit everything except this room has a gigantic concrete column in it. I had to work around the column since the rental truck had to be returned. I am having to donate things that wouldn't fit into the room bc I have no place to store them. I feel like I am on Punk'd. Very disappointed with this place. The room would have fit everything without column. Be careful when you rent bc what you think you're getting,you might not. Not pleased.

The property is very clean and orderly. The management is very friendly and helpful. The security after hours is limited to cameras focused on the entrance/exit points. Very little (quality) surveillance is afforded the outside storage areas where peoples RVs and trailers are kept though. In my experience, the cost of storage started out very reasonable but increased annually at a rate that simply became unsustainable. My overall experience here was good and I would recommend them as one of the better storage companies in the area.

Michael was exceptional to work with. He answered all my questions knowledgeably, quickly identified and located the 5x10 storage unit I needed, guided me through the paperwork, and had me ready to move in with no unnecessary delays. He explained that pest control was in place (I personally saw evidence of traps) and I observed that the facility and restroom was clean and neat. I signed a 1-year lease and tested all my access points successfully. A 4-star experience at a great price with excellent access to Harry Hines Blvd.

Was helped by Ranko Milovanovic, who was a great conversationalist and very helpful; he did not try to sell a more expensive unit, but rather helped find the best deal for what I needed. The inside of the building is very clean, the unused units are also clean, the building's layout makes sense, and each floor has a map even if you do need help finding your unit. Of the three places I've now stored (the other two in College Station), this is the best location so far.

Ranko and Cruz went way beyond what would be expected when it comes to customer service. Our experience with confirming a place to park our RV and Truck was excellent. We felt very comfortable leaving our belongings in their care. To top it off we ran into a problem with our truck just hours before we were to catch a flight and the staff help arrange repair on site allowing us to catch our flight and do so with peace of mind. Thanks again to Ranko and Cruz.

Lied about move in total due.lied and said they called me when they did not Harassment via email. I am a crime victim and moving from out of state. I've lost everything due to pandemic and crime losses! I have the emails they sent and responded to! There is no denying the truth!!! They need to be fired and sued for misrepresentation . Also interrupted and upsety interview scheduling with their rudeness, lies, and unprofessionalisn!!!!!

I can not thank Ariel Cooksey enough for all the help she provided me with. I sent an e-mail out at 1:30am this morning and as soon as she got to her office she started to help me and she sent me all the paperwork I needed. 5 stars all the way for Ariel Cooksey for being so professional, friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. She answered all my questions and was extremely promptly in calling me back.

Ranks Milovanovic was very helpful and informative. It was a pleasant experience, as a customer I can say this......he was dealing with a very difficult customer to say the least when I arrived about one minute to closing I must add. He handled the situation with poise and professionalism. I applaud him for that, he’s the type of person that tips the scale Cube Smarts way when deciding on a storage service. Thanks again!

Wonderful experience. Storage made easy with great service. Ranko got me set up with a storage unit and advised me on the right size for what I needed at the best cost available. Storing everything was a breeze with the easily accessible loading bay and carts available for use to move everything from the car to the storage unit. The indoor facility is great and clean and they’ll even hold my mail for me.

I have used storage units for business purposes for the past decade and this facility was one of the easiest to work with. I had to store a company vehicle last minute and Ranko and Will were a huge help when I needed it the most. They were professional and efficient in my time of need (had a last minute work emergency). The move out process was equally as seamless and I cannot sing their praises more!

Staff was very friendly and helpful and assisted us through the rental procedure. The office is very nice, clean, and has comfortable seating. We ended up getting a climate controlled unit which was really nice. Roll up door was smooth and easy to operate. The huge flatbed carts and elevators made moving from the vehicle to the unit easy. The price was also very good compared to others in the area.

Very Unkindly When I Tried to Move Out They Said There Elevator is Broke So I Came Here Monday, Wednesday & Friday Again But They Said Elevator Still Not Working so I Went to Denver Co with Empty Truck & I Came Back from Denver Co at the Last Day But They Locked the Door. My Last Day is September 5 But They Locked at September 4. I Paid $729 for a Month for 15X30 But They Don't Care There Customer.

Great experience with the Harry Hines Cubesmart. We were offered a great deal on 2 storage units and 2 parking spaces. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The General Manger, Ranko (I think that's is name) is hilarious. He was great to deal with. The facility is very clean and I feel my belongings are safe. Very glad I found them. This place is amazing and when I say amazing I mean it, the manager there is so nice and hopefully she was so understanding and went above and be on answering all questions we had. The only down fall is the bathrooms are a little out dated but everything else is very nice and clean I would definitely recommend this storage facility. Wish I could give 0 stars on this review. Since I got a space with this storage place has been nothing but issues. Mu gate code never works and it has caused issues with my drivers getting trucks hence causing delays in operation and angry customers. I reach out and they never respond or fix the issue so decided to start parking my trucks elsewhere. So glad I’m out all this mess.

The general manager Mr. Ranko was awesome. He helped me get through the application process with great conversation and was warm and pleasant. Also showed me the various size units available to ensure that I rented the right unit for my needs. The storage area was clean and well kept too. I received excellent customer service and would recommend this storage place.

My experience at CubeSmart had been amazing. I moved here from another storage facility that was not clean or safe. Stewart has been very welcoming, helpful, and professional. He’s been prompt in responding to my messages- answering all my questions, and making sure I have everything I needed for a smooth move-in. Also, the storage building is super clean.

I had zero issues with the place. Management was friendly, helpful and explained everything very well. Had dollies on hand to use for moving heavier items into my storage unit which was very convenient and gave me one less thing to worry about. If I ever have a need for a storage unit again in the future I will definitely consider this location again.

This facility is Grade A. Clean, comfortable, accessible, secure, and climate controlled. Large, plentiful flatbed dollies are available for use. Management is top notch. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. I put a premium on customer service, and I can't think of any way they could impress me more with the quality of theirs.

Look no further, this is the best self storage place I've experienced. Best prices no doubt. The managers, Ranko and William, took care of us well and provided excellent customer service. The move in was very smooth and easy. The storage and facility is clean and well maintained. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

You’d think for the price we’re paying that we can get a working elevator. Been here randomly over the last 3 weeks and elevator has been down every time. Its vitally important for people who doesn’t have units on the first floor to move their belongings effectively. Guess Management is too foolish to understand or simply doesn’t care.

The experience with Cube Smart storage (Harry Hines, Dallas) was very good. Ranko was both helpful and informative. What I originally thought I needed was not what I really needed and Ranko quickly and painlessly helped me get to the right solution. I would recommend this facility to any of my friends for any needs that they have.

We park many commercial vehicles with this location and I always get above and beyond service from them. Their office is inviting and they treat you like you're the most important customer they have. Ranko and Michelle (awesome tattoos) are top level customer service people. I highly recommend their clean and secure facility.

Clean, secure, nice units, great price. Ranko is there 5 days and is very friendly and helpful. It's nice seeing the same person there every time and I feel like he really knows what's happening there at all times. It's slightly out of the way, but well worth it because its less expensive but overall a much nicer facility.

Used this place maybe 3 times, my code never worked nor my 24hr acces. Was locked inside 4 times at night with no way out. Such an inconvenience for work, not professional at all or attentive at issues. Would not recomend to anyone who runs a professional job and rely on 24hr accest to storage. Its a joke in all honesty.

I am graduating college and needed a place in Dallas to store some of my things before I sign a lease. Johnny was incredibly helpful and easy to work with, and I felt like my stuff would be safe in the facility. Easy to access, plenty of carts to help move furniture, and an overall great experience.

Everything was good, except they try to force me to pay for insurance and never told me I could use my homeowners insurance to supplement. I had to find that out on my own. They could have been much more up front about the insurance and my options.

We have just taken out Storage at Cube Smart out on Harry Hines in Dallas. Really pleased with the clean and secure unit. Patricia was super helpful and really nice. Rates are good too. Particularly like the easy access. Would recommend it!!

Very secure place!!!! You have to have a 10 digit code to get in and the same code to get in the door and once you go in they have these big carts to help you push all your stuff in. Very nice storage place !!!!

Vehicle was broken into and they took items inside and outside the catalytic converter. A few weeks later another vehicle crashed into my vehicle while it was parked in storage.
