Had to find a climate controlled storage facility for my business contents. Came upon CubeSmart #5696 since it's just west of the bank I use. Dottie B was great from the start answering all my questions and even showing me their different sized units. I did compare to other storage facilities in the area and none of them had any 20X10 units or if they did it was two 10X10 units side by side or the price was not comparable to CubeSmart. Decided to get to my unit earlier than the reservation date and Kris S was kind to share current specials that would save me even more money. It was also nice of him to take me to see the exact that I would be renting and once done the contractual process only took 15 mins. I would recommend this business to anyone needing a safe place to store valuable personal or business assets.

I cannot express how appreciative I am of Amber. She took the time to listen to my needs. And then take it to the next level.. I'm going thru some bad times and I was crying. And she hurgged me that meant more than anything in the world. Someone who did not know me but had empathy.. She is an amazing person and she listen to all the needs I needed for my stuff to put in the storage.. I definitely do recommend going with cube storage for your storage needs.. I even talk to customer service. And he was amazing as well. The customer service was beyond reproach.. They had the best deal for what I needed and I will always use them..

We needed a place for a few months while our house is being built and I chose this CubeSmart based upon price, not knowing much about it at all. It was s great decision because everyone here is wonderful and so helpful. The place is new and so clean!! Service is spectacular. We had to get something at the back of our unit and Scott helped my husband pull half of things out, find what he needed and then reorganize even better. Chris and Dottie also helped get us organized and helped give us some reassurance during a stressful time. Thank you!

I was not provide an increase info until I got a notification of my invoice. I tried speaking to the manager of the storage to keep the price after 6 months as they do an crease which is not mention when you sign for the first time. They had a lot of empty units offering for a lower rate that I had and all I was asking was to not have my rate change or decrease stated no. Also the location has a roach issue I would not recommend to anyone poor cause.

This facility, more specifically, KRIS... is charging a full additional month for paying the bill for storage ON THE DUE DATE?! .. not late, but ON the DUE DATE... the facility manager will not grant access to remove the items, ON THE DUE DATE?!... so they are basically MAKING us pay an additional month of storage that's not needed in order to get our items ON THE ACTUAL DUE DATE. ... again, not after, but ON the due date

The unit was fine. The place is brand new. However, pricing was deceptive. I rented storage units before from other companies and the price was close to that advertised. But here, there was a $60 difference between the ad and the actual bill. For example, i had to buy a barrel lock that can only be bought there, although I didn't use it. I also had to get insurance. I was disappointed and very frustrated.

Carmen goes above and beyond for her customers, and it is much appreciated!! I have a remote tech that receives packages to his storage unit, and the staff is super helpful with making sure the deliveries are going to the correct unit and delivered with care. Great customer service and communication at this facility. Thank you again, Carmen!!

I rarely leave reviews but Carmen Rivera made my encounter in securing a storage unit fantastic! I was dreading the process but her exemplary customer service (which is a rarity) is very much appreciated and valued. Thankful CubeSmart employs Managers like her. if you come across Ms. Rivera please give her a smile and a big thank you from me!

Super friendly staff and the process for obtaining a locker was made easy. A representative personally called me before I had paid for my unit in order to give me some tips, and even told me how I could save money. Super accommodating to students as well. Not to mention, the units are extremely affordable.

Cube Smart is a great business with professional, friendly staff and the facility in VERY clean and organized. I had a very easy exchange when securing my units! Carmen was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous!!! In the past I also interacted with Dottie who was also great to work with!

Bianca and the Senior Manager (I forgot her name. Sorry!) were both great. They showed me the original reservation I made and then offered to show me the next size up which ended up being a better deal so I upgraded. Both of them were professional, helpful, and pleasant. Thank you both

Love the fact that you can do everything online so when you arrive just go to your unit and they have a welcome bag inside of the door with your new lock and keys. This saves so much time in my opinion so you can get to unloading your things and get on with your day.

Dottie has been wonderful during a very difficult part of our family’s life and I highly recommend working with her and all the team members at this location! The unit itself had plenty of room and kept everything safe and secure! Thanks again Dottie- you’re amazing!
