Becca and George who manage the facility, are very knowledgeable, professional and personable. They discussed my storage needs at length with me, so that I would get the amount of space that I needed. Becca took the time to walk me through my first access to the units which was reassuring to me. The units were clean, lighted, and cooled (which is greatly needed in summer. in Las Vegas)! The security was very good, the facility hours were convenient, and my units accessible. I felt content and confident that my "worldly possessions" were safe from theft and damage while being stored at this CubeSmart location -especially with these particular conscientious managers watching over the facility.

I've had a unit here for over 2 years. Every time I went to retrieve something, even in the heat of Vegas summer, my unit stayed cool and dry. I recently emptied the unit out and the same woman who helped me secure the unit was there, and she recognized me right away! Closing out literally took 10 seconds. That says a lot and I feel bad for not remembering her name but I really appreciate her friendliness and service! (Blonde, pretty sure her name started with a K?, possibly store manager) Thanks cubesmart!

Every experience I've had with the personnel Rebecca and Richard, has been outstanding. Their knowledgeable, thorough and hard-working, I can't tell you how much I appreciate them. I had to give this business a 4 star however. This is because of the price increase over the last 18 months. The storage unit price was 140.00 in the beginning, then went up to 168.00 and now it just increased again to 203.00. I purchased a storage container, moved it onto my property and used that for my storage needs.

CubeSmart was great! Communication was easy. I like that I could call and someone would answer the phone to help me. There was also always someone on property if I had an issue when I arrived. The email reminders for payment were very helpful as well. When there was a flood issue, Rebecca called and emailed me right away. Then, she walked to my unit with me and helped me with the process of starting a claim. She is wonderful. If I ever need storage again, I would definitely come back to CubeSmart.

I have visited other storage facilities in my area but really did not get good reception from them and did not answer all questions I have. But upon meeting Rebecca at cubesmart storage, she made an impression to me by being met with friendliness and she answered all my questions and more. She's very nice and explained everything to me in details and I just got wowed with the service she provided me. You gotta meet this lady and she's awesome. Thank you Rebecca.

Stopped at the office to close one of my 2 storages and Isaiah greeted my mom & I he was so helpful very friendly,ran and checked to make sure the storage unit was emptied stayed an spoke with him for about 15mins as he was closing out my unit even nicked named him Cali(being from California)thank you for being so pleasant, sweet & thoughtful good luck in your new city of Las Vegas Isaiah

Rebecca was great! She was very helpful with any questions and very friendly. She even helped me save quite a bit of money. I found a deal online for this location and she ended up telling me about another option that saved me even more. The facility seems very nice. I love the drive up access to my unit. I will refer this facility to any friends or clients that I have.

I'm a lucky customer! I manage to land a top notch storage unit 5'x10' for a deal and a steal! Price was better than most facilities in the area. The building was brand new and I felt special because it was super clean. The personnel handling me was knowledgeable, nice, totally helpful and left me satisfied. Prices for storage space are extremely high, and being late 5 days and putting a lock on the storage unit is extremely demanding and harsh. The company policies made it difficult. Storage areas are clean and staff are great, but the company...they work with people and personal property. They should treat people the way THEY would want to be treated.

How quickly I was able to get everything set up. The pricing is really nice & the storage area itself is extremely clean. The fact that I’m charged on my calendar move in date and not the first of the month is the biggest reason I’ve decided to rent with you. I plan to move my other belongings from a different storage facility over to yours.

I like the options available for short and long term. Many sizes of lockers. All indoor climate control. Outside space for RV and commercial. Best prices in town. Free use of in-house moving van, see store for details. Number 1 for me, customer service. All employees are warm caring thoughtful. You gotta love that

Excellent service when we arrived. The manager, Jan, took us by golf cart to see where we would be storing our RV. We like the access hours, security cameras and that you have to have your own code to get in. Good location for us as well. You can set up auto payments which is very convenient.

TAD was what made my experience amazing. After I called and talked to him on the phone and he got me all situated I didn't call any other storage place. He was so nice and really very helpful with everything I needed! He is a great employee to have! Your very lucky to have him working there!

I've been with Cube Smart for the last 2 years, and I've had 3 storages in that time, they have been, polite , pleasant, and ultra accomodating when I needed to access the storage after the office closed( I forgot my code), and even once I needed the lock cut. Very friendly, kind, and sweet.

We like the facility. The storage unit is clean and spacious but most of all we really like Shandra, the agent who helped us. She was very helpful and friendly which was a huge part in getting us to go with CubeSmart instead of other storage facilities that we looked at and compared with.

Everybody on staff is super helpful and making moving/storing very easy and fast. Rebecca initially helped me, but I was also helped my an older woman and a gentleman working in the office. My space is perfect for my needs, the location is clean and well kept. I give 5 stars.

I'm a new customer and are using CubeSmart to park our travel trailer. The location is good and a little hidden away from major streets. Staff was awesome and helpful! They have staff living onsite and conducts checks of the property throughout the day.

Racist at its finest said that people are so judgmental Oct 31st 2022 idk who they lady was but I guess she had to come out and say something but other people doing the same thing but never said a word to them but yet she had to come say something to me

Jan and Rebeca are two delightful ladies that helped me find the right size space at the time that I needed it! Their facility is spotless, easy to get in and out of, and the ladies made renting the space a pleasure. They made me feel very welcome.

Isaiah was very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of the facility. Overall we received A-1 service at Cube Smart from both Isaiah and Rebecca. We will happily recommend Cube Smart to our family and friends because of them.

Never anything happened to our rv while in the storage area. Customer service was always very helpful. My one and only complaint would be that the price increase every year? Started at $145 and in January was raised to $212.00??

Unfortunately, we had to vacate our unit because we no longer want to pay your outrageous prices!!! You don't seem to want to keep your customers by raising your rates all the time!!!

It's a very nice place but the fees are a litte high for a 5x10 unit. Raised the rate and have not had it a year. I shutter to think when and how much the next rate increase will be.

The front office staff was very professional and accomodating. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the unit 28 door was always going off track which was an irritation everytime.

I stored my stuff for 2 yrs and no problem. Today, I moved out completely and Rebecca was kind enough to give me some refund as payment was processed yesterday. Thanks Rebecca.
