I went once to have hi-lights and came out with bright ginger hair. I had to go to another salon to rectify the mess. Luckily the other salon could fit me in last minute because there was no way I could walk around like Ronald Mcdonald. Maybe ok for a blow dry but definitely not hi-lights (and that was the owner as well!)
