Amazing service. Ikki, and the rest of the team went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they provide an excellent customer service experience but also they sold me a bike that meet my needs. Switching to electric is a big deal and requires a lot of thought as there are so many options on the market. But with the help of Cycle Spirit the process was seamless and they answered all my questions. This just shows they truly care about their customers and want to ensure everyone gets the right bike that fits there needs. Two months ago, I had the pleasure of buying the electric bike Raleigh Centros. The manager Ikki advice was valuable, always looking after my interest. The quality of the bike and all the accessories has been brilliant !!! Ikki has done every thing possible to satisfy my requirements and even gave me a discount on an item I forgot to order originally to get it when I collected the bike. Give them a raise! James and ikki are top guys. If it wasn’t for them I would’ve been stuck with a terrible Apollo bike (don’t buy Apollo bikes). Went above and beyond to help me out. Went through various bikes with me to ensure I got the one that is worth the money, done all the adjustments to the bike on the day I went to collect the bike and ikki even switched out a handlebar piece so that it fit better because I have short T-rex arms. The entire staff are amazing to be honest. If you want your bike serviced or a new bike go to them. They all deserve raises!

I was very happy with the customer service at Cycle Spirit. They were super helpful and informative when I needed a few things changed, which encouraged me to get my bike serviced. They were really thorough with everything, chatting me through what they needed to change/fix and also gave me some options. The bike feels amazing, though the main thing I like about these chaps is that they're friendly, explain every detail thoroughly and don't make you feel stupid for asking novice questions. I highly recommend this place, it's my now my go-to cycle shop.

Had my Babboe cargo bike serviced at Cycle Spirit last week and have to say they did a brilliant job! They were wry professional and really seemed to care. They did a fabulous job on the cargo and it hasn’t felt as smooth a ride since we purchased it about 3 years ago! So great to have a local gem that can service family cargo bikes. A bit more expensive than a ‘normal bike service’ but definitely worth it. Highly recommend and will be going there from now on.

Amazing place, the people who run it are always friendly and so professional. Always willing to give advice, I can’t speak more highly of them! Recently I had a tyre issue, I was told it would take a week approximatey and was naturally disappointed to not have my bike. The wonderful people there had it done in two days! You can understand how happy I was, honestly a great place with quality individuals. :)

Highly recommend Cycle Spirit if you want any advice about your bike, whether it’s a road bike or an electric bike or even a trail bike. The whole team are really friendly and support the local community - they even went above and beyond visiting Whipps Cross Hospital recently - fixing NHS workers bike breaks for free! Well worth a visit if you’re cyclist & in the area.

This is a little gem of a bike shop in my search for my specific bike. The team were fabulous from start to finish, and ensured i had everything i needed. They held on to my bike til i was able to pick up, and advised on kits etc...which was all fitted eady for pickup. Very friendly, helpful staff and a nice shop - they helped me choose the right gear I needed for my daily commute and fitted everything to my bike. Special shout-out to Terry for replacing the fitting on my new lock to ensure I could get it on and off comfortably. I'll come here again for future cycling needs and would recommend them to others!
