Great place. Not a huge selection of second hand bikes, so just a case of keeping an eye out if you’re looking for something in particular. Jakub was super helpful and very knowledgeable - not pushy or condescending or anything. If you need any repairs it’s clearly a great place to go. I just bought a new road bike from them which was practically new, but they still service all bikes before selling and will do a free 6 week service. Also if you’re in the market for a Dutch style bike - they have a great selection. Highly recommend this place.

I got a (very!!) flat tyre in the middle of a cycle but luckily we found Cyclecare and they saved us! Not only were they lovely and welcoming, but they let me replace the inner tube myself so that I could learn and gave guidance when I needed it and didn't charge me the service cost. Best bike service I’ve had in London! I’ve been to the store a few times now and everyone that works there is always super nice and helpful. Recently, I had a few problems with my tires’ position that were rapidly fixed. After that, cycling felt like flying! Great service for a fair price and very considerate people.

Snapped my freewheel cog on the way to work this morning and dropped into Cyclecare to book in a service.
