I phoned DNG regarding a valuation on a property I wanted to sell in Templeogue and Sarah made an appointment for Graham to call and do the valuation. I found Graham very professional on the day and I got a good vibe from him and decided that this was definitely the auctioneer I needed to work with. And I was right. There was fantastic communication the whole way through and when both my solicitors and the buyers solicitors where dragging their heel’s Graham was in-touch with both myself and the buyer letting us know what was going on and this really helped speed up the sale completion. I recently purchased a house and Orla from DNG was the selling agent. I viewed many houses during the process of buying and had many different experiences. Orla was extremely knowledgeable about the houses I viewed, and very quick to find out information if she didn't have it. She quickly figured out what sort of property/area I was looking for and would suggest others I should view as they were coming on the market. Beyond this Orla was always friendly, welcoming and very patient with any questions I would have. Orla's communication skills are second to none, throughout the viewing, bidding and final sales process she would email or phone promptly whenever needed. While I did not sell a house through DNG and Orla, I would highly recommend them if you are considering selling, as Orla goes above and beyond with potential buyers.
